In a new social media post The Gentlemen star flaunts her fit figure in workout gear as she tries to offer a little motivation to her followers. "Whatever is good for your soul …Do that ❣️That's all for this Sunday," she captioned the Instagram post. How does the British actress approach diet, fitness, and self care? Chanel is an avid hiker. She regularly shares photos from her excursions. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.



Chanel is a golfer. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.
