Leslie Fhima is getting a Pilates workout in – in her exercise clothes. In a recent social media post the Golden Bachelor star shows off her super fit figure while on the reformer. "Thanks for the great Pilates workout this morning," she wrote on her Instagram Story. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Leslie is a marathon runner.  CBS News Minnesota reports that she has competed in a whopping 10 marathons. Why is running such a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

Aerobics and Barre

In her younger years, Leslie competed in aerobics. She currently teaches barre at Lifetime in Minneapolis. "Barre helps strengthen and tone your muscles without increasing bulk, and it improves your posture. It also increases cardiovascular endurance and metabolism, which helps to quickly burn calories. "Once you're standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up," they say.

Leslie recently revealed that she enjoys Pilates. According to research, Pilates exercises are designed to increase muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility, and to improve posture and balance. Experts maintain that it is a great workout for leaning out.
