Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe Kardashian are taking over Turks and Caicos – in their swimsuits. In recent social media posts the sisters flaunt their famous figures in swimsuits while vacationing on the tropical island. “This ain’t Texas…it’s Turks,” Kim captioned one of the posts. How do the famous reality stars approach diet and fitness? Here is everything you need to know about the Kardashian sisters' top lifestyle habits.

Kim transformed her body with the help of bodybuilder Melissa Alcantara doing “really hardcore” weightlifting sessions, Kim revealed to E! News in 2018, via People. The duo lift “heavy weights,” per Kim with Alcantara adding to Women’s Health that 85% of their training is done with weights. She also invests a lot of time into her body. “I work out about an hour-and-a-half every single day,” she told E! News.

Khloe uses the at-home rowing machine Hydrow. “I can get an amazing workout in a fraction of the time, especially on days I have like no time to myself,” she captioned a recent post. She can “get a total body workout done in just 20 minutes,” she added in another post. “Efficiency is key for me in this crazy life and I'm obsessed with my new Hydrow. Not to mention, the classes are beautifully shot outside, on the water, all over the world, not trapped in a studio, giving me an amazing mood boost right from home.”

Kourtney promotes daily exercise. "I think I take time for myself to work out every day, which I never did," she told E! News. "I just never made it a priority, and now it just makes me feel so much better—mentally and physically." Strength training, jump roping, running, lifting weights, stairmaster cardio, Pilates, and floor exercises are all part of her workouts.

Kim prepares for morning workouts the night before. “I will lay my clothes out the night before so when I sleep in, I’ll wake up at 5.53[am] instead of 5.45, and I just know my outfit is there,” she said. “I have a toothbrush and my toothpaste all ready to go, laid out by my sink. I just have to brush my teeth and go to the gym.”
5. Khloe Changed Her Relationship with Food

Khloé “always had a really unhealthy relationship with food,” she told Health. “When I was younger and was sad, I would eat—I was an emotional eater. And then I hated the way I felt after that. I was almost punishing myself for binging or having a bag of chips—it just became so much thought. When I started working out, I decided to make some lifestyle changes. So I'd say, for example, this week I am just going to do one thing—I'm just going to cut out sugar. Then, maybe I'd try to do it for a month. After that, I'd try to incorporate another healthy change.”
6. Kourtney Takes Supplements

Kourtney takes supplements "Every morning, when I wake up, I take collagen supplements on an empty stomach," she revealed in a recent blog post. She also drinks water mixed with one tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar. "Both of these habits have a ton of health benefits that affect everything from your skin to the way your body processes nutrients," she explained. And, she takes a vegan probiotic shot, followed by avocado pudding with the fruit and E3Live blue-green algae, bone broth protein powder, and MCT. "It only takes a few minutes to make and it provides healthy fats to give me energy before a workout,” she explained.
7. Kim Fuels Up on Simple Carbs for Workouts
"My trainer Mel always says that before and after you train, you should eat simple carbs, like sweet potatoes, and small amounts of fat and protein, like chicken. You should also have veggies with your meals, since you need them to help effectively break down and absorb your protein, fat, and carbs,” Harper's Bazaar claims that Kim wrote on her app.
8. Khloe Avoids Crash Diets
Khloé stays away from trendy diets. “I had tried every diet under the sun. Remember when Beyoncé did that lemon juice and cayenne pepper thing? I was like, sign me up! That's why I yo-yoed my entire life—I was always chasing some fad,” she told Health. “I want to say about food, it's this: Don't diet. When you diet, you are basically setting yourself up for failure. I mean, the word die is in there!" she added in her book, Strong Looks Better Naked. "You're not allowing yourself to enjoy the food you love, and it will only make you want it that much more. Make smart lifestyle changes, one baby step at a time."
9. Kourtney Advocated Intermittent Fasting and Keto
Kourtney was one of the early celebrity supporters of intermittent fasting. "For me, this meant not eating for 14 to 16 hours after dinner. I wouldn't eat past 7 p.m. at night, and then I would wait to eat breakfast the next day until after my morning workout, which would be around 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m,” she said. “My body never looked better than when I did the keto diet two and half years ago, when I did it for two months,” she added on Poosh in June 2019. “In my experience, I’ve found the best method to train my body to curb sugar cravings, burn fat and kick-start weight loss is by sticking to a keto diet.”
