In the mornings, Vanessa likes using her Know Beauty Purifying Cleanser. “My skincare regimen needs to happen morning and night,” she tells Marie Claire. “I make sure to cleanse with my Know Beauty Purifying Cleanser. Then I have a whole routine beyond that, which involves rolling my skin out, putting my serums on, and making sure I put on sunscreen because that is extremely important.”
Vanessa loves using face masks at night. Luckily, she has a perfect one in her Know Beauty line. “At night, I always make time for my skincare routine,” she says to Marie Claire. “Sometimes that includes a face mask, like the Know Beauty Collagen Mask, and a bath.”
Glacial Clay Mask
Vanessa tells New Beauty that she loves using another mask in her line. “I made my Glacial Clay Mask out of necessity. I love clay masks, but they always dried my skin out…so I set out to create one that would pull out impurities, and leave my skin hydrated. I added sea kelp to reduce fine lines, and lactic acid to remove dead skin cells and even skin tone. I’m very proud of it and use it religiously.”
Arctic Gold Vitamin C Mask
Another mask Vanessa uses is her Arctic Gold Vitamin C Mask. She talked about the process of making it with New Beauty. “Arctic Gold Vitamin C Mask came about after my makeup artist told me she loved the way my skin held makeup after I had a applied a vitamin C sheet mask. I went out and found the most potent form and threw it into this mask. It is amazing at targeting hyperpigmentation and giving me even skin tone, which is a huge part of feeling confident without makeup on.”
