Chloe Brockett is heating up social media in her swimsuit. In one of her latest posts the TOWIE star shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while on a getaway. “So beautiful,” commented one of her followers. “Look at you shining across the world,” added another. How does the 22-year-old maintain her fantastic figure? Here are some of her top lifestyle tips.


1. Manifest Your Dreams

Chloe believes that if you think it, it will come. “Manifest it all,” she captioned one, which reads, “Everything you can imagine is real.” “Nobody is cheering harder for me than the girl I used to be,” reads another.

2. Take a Walk

Chloe loves going for walks. Luckily, her dog keeps her on her feet. Not only are pets scientifically proven to boost mental health, but walking them is a great form of exercise. Here she is walking her canine pal in the winter. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

3. Play Tennis

Chloe loves playing tennis. “I’m s**t at tennis but at least someone made me laugh, “ she captioned this photo of herself playing a game with her pals. According to ACE Fitness, tennis is a great sport because blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

4. Prioritize Self-Care

Chloe makes sure to indulge herself in self-care. One of her go-to ways to treat herself? She treats herself to spa days. “Need a spa day rn..” she captioned this photo of herself standing in front of a hot tub at a luxury spa.

5. Drink Juice

Chloe loves drinking juice. “Starting the year by setting myself new fitness goals, using @fuelstationuk juices to keep calories low and my nutrients intake high!” she captioned this photo of herself and a box of juices. Drinking fruit and veggie juices is a great way to get all your nutrients in, but make sure to pay attention to the calories, as some juices might have as many calories as a meal.
