She Protects Her Skin From The Sun

As you can see from her Instagram post, Jenna spends a lot of time in the sun. Luckily, she makes sure to protect her skin from it. Jenna tells Marie Claire that one of the first things she does in the morning is put on sunscreen. “My beauty routine is pretty simple: I layer on as much sunscreen as I can. Honestly, it’s about an inch thick.”

She Makes Smoothies

Jenna also shared some of her favorite meals in her Marie Claire interview. She says that she loves drinking smoothies each morning. “For breakfast, I’ll have a smoothie made with spinach, romaine, lemon, celery, banana, pear, and apple,” Jenna revealed. “It’s filled with so much fiber, minerals, and vitamins—it’s changed my energy and skin.

She Loves Fitness Classes

Jenna makes sure to workout on a regular basis. One thing she likes to do is go to fitness classes. “If I can get in a workout a few times a week, I’m happy,” Jenna tells Marie Claire. “I like going to a fun, upbeat class with loud music, like dance cardio. I grew up dancing, so I generally push myself a bit harder when I’m around a crowd.”

She Works With A Trainer

Jenna shared some of her favorite workouts in an interview with POPSugar. “Lately, I started with a trainer, which for me is new,” she says. “I had been just doing Pilates or dance-based workouts or yoga. The trainer’s been great for me. He’s full-on — we’re deadlifting, we’re squatting. But I give him 45 minutes and I’m like: this is the time I have, make it worth it. And it’s really helped.”

She Eats A Balanced Diet

Jenna’s diet is all about balance. “I’ve been vegan before and I kind of went vegetarian while pregnant,” she said in her POPSugar interview. “But I really like [to get] as much vegetables and greens as possible, and then add in on top of that. I try to do an 80-20, 80 percent really good for you, and 20 percent to enjoy what I want to enjoy.”
