Scheana Shay is a reality TV icon. She starred on all eleven seasons of Vanderpump Rules and is currently starring on its spinoff, The Valley. She’s also a singer, who’s released songs like “Good As Gold” and “Boy Crazy.” And she has her own podcast, called Scheananigans. This summer, Scheana is going on a live tour, and announced dates on Instagram. In it, she wore a pink bikini top and a black one. She Keeps Her Skin Moisturized
Scheana has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. One of her skincare secrets is making sure she moisturizes each day. Scheana talked about this in an interview with Honestly Jamie. “Anything moisturizing,” Scheana says of her favorite skincare products. “I moisturize every day. I use a night cream and an eye cream. If it has SPF in it, I use it.”
She Takes Care Of Her Scalp
Scheana has been open about her struggles with scalp health and hair loss. Luckily, she’s found a product that helps her take care of it. Scheana tells E! She Carb Cycles

Scheana also likes to do sessions with a personal trainer to keep herself in shape. She tells Us Weekly that she works with Seth Browning multiple times a week. “I’m working out with my trainer three, four times a week. He’s amazing.” Working with a personal trainer has a lot of benefits. ACE Fitness says that doing sessions with a trainer can help you stay consistent. “A trainer can hold you accountable and help you overcome all the excuses you might use to avoid your commitment to exercise. It’s a lot harder to skip the gym when you know someone is waiting for you.”
She’s Honest
If you’ve watched her on TV, you know that Scheana isn’t afraid to be honest. “I realized that it’s so much more relatable putting your truth out there than trying to pretend that everything’s perfect,” she told Us Weekly. “Even just, like, getting Botox or fillers or stupid like things like that. I’m going to talk about what I do because it’s, like, no I don’t just look like this, or it’s makeup.”
