Georgina Campbell is taking a hike in her workout gear. In a new social media post The Watchers and Barbarian star shows off her fit figure in shorts and a top while exploring the outdoors. “Taking tips from Dora 🎒,” she captioned the Instagram post. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.
1. Breakfast

Georgina doesn’t skip breakfast. In an interview with The Guardian she ate avocado eggs Benedict for breakfast. Another hearty breakfast she loves? Porridge, she told Happiful.
2. Running
Georgina is a runner. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say. If running is too intense for you, going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
3. Hot Water Therapy
Georgina makes time for self-care. One of her methods? Soaking in a hot tub. Similar benefits to taking a bath, sitting in hot water will lead to better sleep and may also minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that soaking in hot water may even boast cardiovascular benefits.
4. Red Wine
Georgina’s alcoholic beverage of choice? Red wine. “In my natural habitat, surrounded by wine and waiting for pasta,” she captioned a post last year. “Red wine, in moderation, has long been thought of as heart healthy,” says the Mayo Clinic. “The alcohol and certain substances in red wine called antioxidants may help prevent coronary artery disease, the condition that leads to heart attacks.”
5. Hiking
Georgina spends a lot of time outdoors. In addition to walking and skiing she loves to hike, as evidenced in her recent post. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:
- Building stronger muscles and bones
- Improving your sense of balance
- Improving your heart health
- Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems
