In 2023, she notably lost a lot of weight, due to improving her diet and exercise routines. Kyle shared her approach to fitness in an Amazon Live at the time, as reported by TODAY. “My workout routine, I shake it up. I do something different every day. I do the Peloton, a very long extensive ab routine (and) I’m now doing weights. I always did light weights, but now I’ve increased the weights I’m lifting.”

In addition to her tenure on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Erika Jayne is also a singer and has played Roxie Hart in Chicago on Broadway. Erika shared the workouts she turned to when she was on Broadway with TODAY. “It’s good to go and lift and do strength training, of course. But when you back it up with Pilates, like, once a week, it gives you a certain — I don’t know why — but it gives you a certain type of fitness and strength. It’s a nice combination.”

Prior to her 2023 wedding to Louis Ruelas, Teresa did a lot of walking to get in shape. “I was doing a lot of walking, like in my development, Louie and I would walk together,” she said to CNN. “You know, walking is really important. In an Instagram post, as reported by Bravo, she revealed that she’s prioritizing her workouts even more now. “I keep saying ‘I’ll start working out tomorrow’ or ‘I ran around all day, does that count?’ But my mental health can’t take it anymore, I need to put my health and fitness back at the top of my priorities.
