2. She Skis

Welby is also a fan of skiing. She tells Boots, Shoes & Fashion, “I also went skiing this year for the first time and loved it. Welby opened up about her career to Essence Magazine. She says that she’s learned to not have any regrets in life. “No regrets. As corny as it sounds, I do believe in fate; things happen for a reason and my life has been all about timings. So far, it’s been a lot of graft that’s led to some incredible opportunities, but I would like to go back to acting in some shape or form. It’s just so much fun. I didn’t really fit in drama school because all I ever wanted to do was comedy! I have such a passion for comedy, my mission every day is to talk about funny things on the radio or tweet something funny, so the dream would be to have a part in a sitcom. When I look back at shows like The Office or Extras, I just wish I had been part of them. I’ll write something one day, probably about the madness of showbiz!”

5. She’s Confident

Welby has a lot of confidence in herself. She talked about how she builds confidence to Essence Magazine. “I think it’s also important to balance that confidence with authenticity so that you don’t feel you have to pretend to be something or someone you’re not. “I have loads of energy so lately I’ve been trying to channel that into an exercise routine. But I’m still very much a beginner. I now work out three to four days a week because I know it’s an important part of keeping healthy,” she told Women’s Health. “I’m actually finding it quite fun. Once a week, I do a one-hour boxing workout with my trainer Bradley Simmonds, who keeps me motivated; if I’m on my own, I’ll pump up high-energy songs like Bicycle by Vybz Kartel to get me through my workout.”

“Before my trip to Australia for I’m A Celeb, I started a vigorous summer workout plan, which consisted of three sets of burpees, jumping squats and planks (non-stop for 20 seconds then 40 seconds rest), followed by seated shoulder presses (three sets of ten reps), squats (three sets of ten reps), crunches (three rounds of 20 seconds non-stop plus a 40 second rest) and press-ups (three sets of ten reps),” she told Women’s Health. “Although, I prefer weight training on the machines and I still do some cardio. I usually ease myself in with a run or fast walk on the treadmill.”

“I just think [working out] helps your mental health so much anyway – there’s a difference in how I feel if I go out and do some exercise versus just staying in bed all day. I notice how it impacts my brain and how I’m feeling,” she told Stylist.

After having her daughter, India, Felstead wasn’t as focused on losing weight. However, she told The Sun that she found herself working out a lot more by just living her life. “At first, fitness and getting in shape is the last thing on your mind. All you care about is this wonderful baby and you’re so exhausted everything is a bit of a blur. But without realizing it, you’re picking up prams and cots and you’re constantly on the move.”

When it comes to working out, for Felstead, the earlier, the better. Felstead tells The Sun that she likes to work out first thing in the morning.“Going to the gym in the morning really calms my mind, and sets me up for the rest of the day.”

After Felstead lost the baby weight, she was naturally asked how she did it. However, she tells The Sun that she doesn’t want other women to feel pressure to look like her. “So many mums say to me, ‘How did you get into shape so quickly?’. It’s so important for me to stress that I absolutely didn’t. Aside from the fact that it’s dangerous, it’s also not what being a new mum is all about. It’s a time to enjoy being a mum without any pressure of ‘getting back in shape’.”

4. She Works Out With A Personal Trainer

Felstead, like many, works out with a personal trainer. She tells The Sun that this has helped her work out a lot more consistently. “I wanted to feel better and had no idea where to start by myself. Everyone said ‘you’re going to get the fitness bug’, and I thought that’s NEVER going to be me, I just tolerate it. But after a few months of training once or twice a week, I found myself looking forward to the sessions. I noticed a new confidence.”

5. She Mixes Up Her Workouts

Felstead tells HealthWellBeing.com that she and her personal trainer like to do a lot of different exercises. “I do high intensity bodyweight workouts nearly every day with Tyrone,” she says. “He got me back to where I am after having India. We mix it up with strength and high intensity because I like getting a sweat on. Tyrone does yoga and Pilates too, but I’m more of a ‘go for it’ girl.”

She says that she does a lot of core workouts, and lists her favorite exercises. “I am trying to focus more on my core at the minute so, Number 1 – would have to be the Plank. When it comes to her diet, Sugden doesn’t believe in completely cutting out her favorite indulgences. She tells Women Fitness that she thinks this lifestyle is the easiest to maintain. “I don’t think it is sustainable for me to cut out snacks and treats. I wouldn’t stop myself from having what I want, I just try and have it in moderation.”

3. She Balances What She Eats Each Day

Sugden tells Women Fitness that she eats a balanced diet. Her approach to balance? Eating a healthy food and an unhealthy one in the same day. “If I feel the urge to have something unhealthy, I will just make up for it the day after by eating healthy.”

Sugden has a large following on social media. She says that she doesn’t want to contribute to the unrealistic expectations women are supposed to look like. Sugden tells Women Fitness that she posts photos of herself not always looking “perfect” on occasion. “Social media puts a lot of pressure on women these days, keeping it real is the way forward. I am more than happy to post pics of me with a little pot belly after a heavy weekend. Sugden loves to go outside. One way she likes to get around is by riding scooters. She posted this fun video of herself doing that on Instagram. She talked about where this comes from to The Modems. “I am very ambitious and stubborn so I feel like I naturally keep myself motivated to reach my goals, but I also have my bad days where motivation is just a struggle. Breidinger is a big believer in having a positive mindset. She tells The Modems that this is one of the reasons for her success. “I’ve gotten so much good career advice over the years but the best one was, ‘Mindset is what separates the best from the rest’. I always knew a positive mindset was important but I never really applied it to my life until this year and it really has changed my life for the better. It sounds cliché but I swear by it.”

She Tracks Her Fitness

Breidinger tells The Modems that she likes to use fitness apps to track her wellness. “I’ve used MyFitnessPal to track macros, which was helpful when I started to get serious about my nutrition. I also use MapMyRun to record all my runs so I can keep track of those as well. It’s so handy to be able to keep track of all my health goals easily all in my phone.”

While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. “I've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Cavallari said. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. “I love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.”

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. “This salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. “He kicks my ass,” she says. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”
