Tiffany Haddish in Two-Piece Workout Geary Shares Workout on "Day 46 of My New Life"
Tiffany Hadish is hitting the gym – in her two-piece workout gear. In a new social media post the actress and comedienne shows off her fit figure in exercise gear, while revealing a few of her workout moves. "Day 46 of my new life I am happy to say I am enjoying it so much. Thank you to the people that are really here to support me you are the best," she captioned the post. "We are here for you!!" commented one of her followers. "Yes girl, let's get it💪🏾 we gotta get in some more booty workouts together soon! I'm dropping your Hollywood 100 Booty workout with me this week," her personal trainer, Nicole Steen, added. What are some of the healthy habits Haddish has incorporated into her life? Celebwell has the details.
Exercise appears to be playing a big role in Haddish's "new life." In her video she does a weight and strength training workout that includes TRX rows, dumbbell squats, and other weightlifting exercises. She also appears to be wrapped in saran wrap, which may induce sweat. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.
Haddish is a big fan of therapy. "I've been taking care of me. I've been going to therapy since I was 16, and me and the therapist was definitely talking about this. And I've learned that I have to have boundaries — with you, with anybody, especially with my friends and family, I have to have boundaries," she said on Los Angeles' all-news radio station KNX.
Hiking in Nature
Tiffany is incorporating other healthy habits into her life, like hiking. In December she shared a video from one of her hikes in Hawaii, basking in the beauty of the scenery. "God did this," she said over and over again in the video, as she hiked by a stream. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:
- Building stronger muscles and bones
- Improving your sense of balance
- Improving your heart health
- Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems
In December, Tiffany also revealed to her followers that she had gotten into horseback riding. I miss this so much. I already know how to ride like a Cowboy but on this day I was learning how to ride like a lady. According to the American Heart Association, riding horses is great for your health. Not only does it boost cardiovascular health, but builds core strength, burns calories, and lowers blood pressure. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.
In Haddish's new post, she seems to reference sobriety with her "46 days" comment. After her second DUI arrest she told Entertainment Tonight "this will never happen again," adding: "I'm going to get some help so I can learn balance and boundaries," she noted.
