Tiffiny Hall Shares Swimsuit Photo of Weight Loss "Secret"

Tiffiny Hall is sharing her “secret” to getting into the best shape of her life – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Australian personal trainer gives her followers an update on her health journey, showing off the proof of her weight loss and transformation by posing in a bathing suit. “My intention last January was to enjoy the journey back to fitness and feeling strong. I feels amazing to be here, a year later having had so much fun with the love and support of my friends, family, trainers and the beautiful TXO community. It really is about the journey, not the destination,” she writes in the post. What is the “secret”? Celebwell has the details – and more information on Tiffiny’s approach to health and fitness.

1. Non-Scale Victories

Bathroom,Scales,On,White,Background,,Top,View.,Weight,Loss,ConceptShutterstock

“My secret was not focusing on the scales but rather aiming for non-scale victories – running my first KM, keeping up with my kids at the park, learning to squat again after my knee procedure, fitting into an old pair of jeans,” Tiffiny reveals about the secret to weight loss.

2. Meal Prep

Another secret? She meal preps. “My day on a plate - if I do say myself - is straight-up delicious. I make sure I have enough nourishing meals packed with wholefoods in my fridge by doing a batch cook-up every Sunday to leave guesswork out of the equation and healthy taste front and center,” she told Body & Soul. “I really can’t stress just how much prepping for your week and portioning out meals helps when you still have 50,000 things on your to-do list at dinner time.”

3. A Smoothie Every Morning

Tiffiny.Hall.2Tiffiny Hall/Instagram

Tiffiny drinks her nutrients in the morning. “I love to start the day with a smoothie – regardless of the season. This is because smooth foods are simple to digest after a night of fasting,” she told New Idea. “Easy on the tum and great on the taste buds! Enter my Almond Hit Smoothie. I find the combination of banana and almond butter keep me full all morning.”

4. Eating the “Right Kind of Foods”

Tiffiny.Hall.1Tiffiny Hall/Instagram

“Don’t focus on quantity when it comes to eating for weight loss. Instead, consider the quality of what you are eating. It’s not about eating less – it’s about eating the right kinds of foods. Not all calories are equal and so it’s about eating quality calories,” Tiffiny warns. “Protein in particular has a better thermic effect and so the body burns more energy processing it than it does carbs or fats and boost your metabolism. Eating whole foods is the best thing. Swap refined sugars, flour and fat for high-quality, nutrient dense food in proper proportions and eat regularly and your body will start to operate very differently.”

5. HIIT Over Cardio

“Time and time again I hear the myth that long stretches of steady-state cardio is the best way to drop kilos,” Tiffiny told House of Wellness. My mantra is that you don’t need to train long, you need to train smart. HIIT or high intensity interval training is the best way to accelerate fat loss and increase fitness and also has ‘the after burn effect’ so it burns calories all day long,” she has said. “Here’s the happy truth – when you pick up heavy things, your muscles will get stronger but not necessarily bigger. Paired with the right diet of healthy foods, resistance training can help women burn fat fast and creates long and lean muscle and is a really effective way to lose weight. Female bodybuilders look the way they do because they train, eat and take supplements specifically to look the way they do.” There is lots of research backing up the benefits of HIIT workouts, including body fat reduction, improved cardiovascular function, and mental health. It is also time effective.

Kourtney Kardashian is showing off her baby bump in a bathing suit. In one of her latest social media posts, the reality star, who is expecting her fourth child, her first with husband Travis Barker, cradles her growing belly. “Growing you inside of me, my son, is the greatest blessing, honor and joy,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps and a video. Over the years, Kourtney’s view about body, diet, and exercise has shifted dramatically. Here are a few of the things she has said over the years about her body image.

1. She Openly Discussed Body Changes

2022 GQ Men Of The Year Party Hosted By Global Editorial Director Will Welch - ArrivalsShutterstock

Over the years, Kourtney has been candid about the changes her body has gone through, especially when it comes to fertility and pregnancy. “So, obviously my body has changed but it was all of the hormones that the doctors put me on,” Kardashian said to her friends during season 2 of The Kardashians in October 2022. “I think eight months of IVF treatment has definitely taken a toll on my body mentally and physically. It has taken a lot to get me to a place of feeling really comfortable and happy with the changes.” She also discussed all the comments from fans and the many times it has been questioned whether or not she is pregnant. “Everyone always comments on every photo that I am pregnant. Obviously, we wish for that but if it’s in God’s plan then it is.”

2. When She Was “Super Skinny” She Wasn’t “Happy”

Boohoo X Kourtney Kardashian - September 2022 New York Fashion WeekShutterstock

Kourtney tries to remind the world that being skinny doesn’t make you happy. “When I was super skinny, it is a time when I was super anxious. [It was] not about eating or staying at a certain weight but just in toxic relationships,” she said. “I would always say, ‘If I am super skinny just know I am not happy.'”

3. She Helped Make Intermittent Fasting Mainstram

Kardashian was one of the early celebrity supporters of intermittent fasting. "For me, this meant not eating for 14 to 16 hours after dinner. I wouldn't eat past 7 p.m. at night, and then I would wait to eat breakfast the next day until after my morning workout, which would be around 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m,” she said about the routine she followed.

4. She Also Promoted Keto

“My body never looked better than when I did the keto diet two and half years ago, when I did it for two months,” Kourtney wrote on Poosh in June 2019. “In my experience, I’ve found the best method to train my body to curb sugar cravings, burn fat and kick-start weight loss is by sticking to a keto diet.”

5. She Loves Her “Thicker” Body

Kourtney’s ideal weight has changed over the years. "My weight — I used to go so much by weight — I used to be 95 pounds. Then 105 became my new normal weight. I am 115," she explained. "I am so into my thicker body. I looked up photos of my body when I was so skinny — it is cringey."

This is 40 pounds down. I feel really different,” she captioned the set of photos. How is she getting in shape? Here is everything you need to know about her weight loss journey.

1. She Is Dieting: No Gluten, Sugar, or Butter

“Knowing that I did this PURELY through diet - no gluten or sugar, no butter and keeping fats down too,” Wilson continues. “Lately I have indulged in cheese and nuts which have more fat. If I chose not to eat corn tortillas, nuts and cheese - there's no way I could keep this up.”

2. She Plans on “Exercising More”

Carnie revealed that up until now she hasn’t been working out very much. “I need to start exercising more to make the scale start to move again, but I'm so proud and pumped,” she writes in the caption.

3. It’s a “Miracle

“I have totally adjusted my eating habits to satisfy my cravings but in a realistic way. And it's a miracle,” she continues. “Hope this inspires someone.”

4. Subhead Goes Right Here

In February, Carnie elaborated on why she decided to embark on a weight loss journey. “My body started rejecting gluten and sugar ... and with my blood sugars at a six ... cholesterol at 225 I was not heading in a good direction,”she wrote on Instagram. “I had a pain in my tummy and had an ultrasound to be sure I had no gallstones. Luckily, I did not. I was too scared to give up the food that I thought was bringing me comfort.”

5. Her Weight Loss Journey Is “An Act of Self Love”

“I know there are many ways to lose weight quicker, but it comes down to calories in versus calories expended,” she continued. “For me, this was an act of self love ... knowing which food made me feel like shit and also knowing I can't eat it. The result has been weight loss, more energy, feeling more positive, hopeful, in control and confident. I'm not counting calories or going too cray cray with the scale.”

6. Her Goal Is 155 Pounds

She added that she planned to “reach a physical goal of 155 pounds.” “It's hard sometimes because Lord knows I wanna cram it in my mouth!!! I know how I will feel if I do though — and that's what stops me,” she said. “Thank you for such loving and encouraging words the last five months! It means so much to me!!!!”

“Social media, while a great tool, can be dangerous when it comes to ‘influencers’ with little or no qualifications providing opinion-based advice on extreme body makeovers. How has the singer gotten into the best shape of her life? Here are all the things she does to stay in shape.

1. She Is Happy Being “Normal-Sized”

"I'm not naturally small," she told Good Housekeeping. "And I'm fine with that, because so many girls come up to me and say, 'Thank you for being normal-sized — it gives us hope that you don't have to be a size 2 to be somebody.'"

2. She Eats Healthy, But Doesn’t Diet

White,Plate,Of,Delicious,Broccoli,With,Cheese,Cream,,CloseupShutterstock

Miranda refuses to go on strict diets. "I did [Nutrisystem] for a month, and then got tired of it. You get tired of any diet. I've tried everything," she told Women’s Health. She recently changed things up and focuses on eating healthy, balanced meals.. "I just literally would make grilled chicken breast, sweet potato salad. There was no miracle." She also eats veggies, enhanced with flavor. "I like broccoli with cheese, and carrots with ranch dressing," she added. "It's just how I eat." She gets her greens in with green juice. "So if I don't eat anything else green that day, I feel like I've got my green in."

3. She Run-Walks

Miranda run-walks. "I hate running," Miranda told Women’s Health. "Like, in huge red letters: I HATE RUNNING."

4. She Weight Trains

In a recent letter to her fans, Miranda revealed her weight training sessions with her trainer, Bill Crutchfield. “We do cardio, a lot of circuit training. We do things with my body weight, like lunges. A lot of stuff with [resistance] bands,” she said. “The stuff nobody loves, but it works!”

5. She Works Out with Her Husband

Miranda’s husband is her workout buddy. “He does a pity run with me, and then he does his real run. It’s sad. These days, I just try to feel good about myself and know that I’m trying. And if there’s wine and cheese, sometimes I have it,” she told Health.

6. She Didn’t Go Under the Knife

Conceptual,Image,Of,Plastic,Surgery,Victims.,Woman,Wrapped,With,BandagesShutterstock

In the same letter to her fans, Miranda shot down claims she had weight loss surgery. “Though I NEVER care what the tabloids have to say about me I wanted to address this certain story they are running this week and set the record straight. I DID NOT have surgery to lose weight. That is ridiculous,” she wrote. “I lost my weight the healthy and good old fashioned way. Watching what I eat and working out with my trainer Bill Crutchfield.”

7. She Doesn’t Believe in Weighing Yourself

“It’s not about a scale. It’s about how you feel and how your jeans fit. And on November 10th when I turned 30, my skinny jeans were finally baggy! Mission accomplished! So for anyone who is tempted to read the ‘Trash Talk’ please don’t,” she wrote in her letter. “I am proud to be a normal size girl and I want to encourage everyone to be confident at any size.”

The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
