She Goes To The Beach

One place McGraw likes to go to is the beach. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself looking out at the sunset on the beach. McGraw captioned the post, "The sunset path." According to Cedars Sinai, spending time at the beach has a lot of benefits. "Being active on sand isn't just about soaking up some rays. When sand moves beneath your feet, it engages your ankles, arches, and calves, which can burn extra calories while you move."

She Has A Supportive Family

McGraw comes from a famous family. Her parents are legendary country singers Tim McGraw and Faith Hill. She also has two sisters. McGraw's family is incredibly supportive of her. McGraw is an animal lover. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself spending time and looking at animals. McGraw shared these videos of herself looking at a giraffe on a safari. She also posted this video of herself and her mom with geese. According to the Children's Nature Retreat, seeing animals in their natural habitat has a lot of benefits.
