She Built Her Career On Instagram
For Louise, Instagram is a way to help with her career. She talked about this in an interview with Inked Magazine. “I love Instagram. People like to follow people who are different, or pages that inspire them. I feel Instagram is a way of showing your personality and what inspires you. For me Instagram is my full-time job, I book all my modeling work from there. I was never really tall enough to join an agency, so Instagram has given me and hundreds of other models the platform to grow and showcase their talent. People who are different and not your average model can now book jobs that they wouldn’t have been able to before. It really has changed the modeling industry, and what we all define as beautiful. It has given so many opportunities to people who are really talented but never really given the chance.”
She Does Squats
Louise makes sure to hit the gym. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing different exercises. In it, she is seen doing different types of squats, like jumps and plie squats with weights. Piedmont states that squats have a lot of benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do.”
She Does Lunges

Louise is seen doing lunges with weights in the previous Instagram video. Lunges have a lot of benefits. The Mayo Clinic states, “The lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”
She Hikes
Louise spends a lot of time outside. One thing she does to keep herself in shape is going for hikes. Louise shared this set of photos of herself hiking in Yosemite on Instagram. She Drinks Protein Powder
Louise likes to take protein powder to help keep herself in shape. She shared a photo of herself making a drink on Instagram. Louise captioned it, “Quick morning workout before I start my day.. 💪🏻❤️ #iam1stphorm. Regardless of your goals -improving strength and power, increasing muscle mass, decreasing body fat, or just getting better at the physical activities you love #creatine will give you the ability to train harder and give you the energy to help you achieve them!”
