TNA & WWE’s Cassie Lee In Swimsuit Is A “Love Letter Written In Motion”

Cassie Lee is one of the best female wrestlers. Last month, she returned to the ring as a part of their TNA brand. She was previously with WWE, under the name Peyton Royce, NXT, and Impact Wrestling. Cassie shares a lot of gorgeous photos on her Instagram. Recently, she shared a set of black and white photos of herself in a swimsuit. Cassie captioned the post, “Like a love letter written in motion.” How does Cassie Lee keep herself in shape? Here are 5 of her secrets.
She Does Lunges
Cassie doesn’t skip leg day. She shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram post. In it, Cassie is seen doing walking lunges. She captioned the post, “I workout because I love my body. And pizza. I love pizza! Give this workout a try! All you need is a chair/ step/ stool. I’m using this box the lovely folks at @theglutebuilder sent me, but you can literally use anything that is stable! 🤍walking lunges 1×100.”
She Does Squats
Another lower body workout that Cassie likes to do are squats. And she does a lot of variations of them. In the previous Instagram video, Cassie is seen doing both jump and box squats. She wrote in the post’s caption, “🤍jump squats 5×20 🤍box squats 4×25 (don’t transfer your weight onto your box, just tap it with your toosh 🍑)”
She Does Hip Thrusts
Another lower body workout that Cassie does to stay in shape is hip thrusts. She is seen doing them in the previous Instagram post. Cassie shared her routine for the exercise in the post’s caption. “🤍hip thrusts 5×20 (squeeze at the top for 3 seconds, lower to the floor for 2 seconds, then shoot back up in 1 second & continue that tempo)”
She Lifts Weights
Cassie likes to lift weights to keep herself in shape. She shared some of her favorite exercises with weights in this Instagram video. Cassie captioned the post, “We were NOT messing around with this one! The workout goes like this…. oh also! I NEED to put @ferlanbaileyifbbpro through a crash course on filming 🤣 he is an IFBB Pro, but an absolute novice behind the camera hahah.”
She Does RDLs
Cassie loves doing Romanian deadlifts, or RDLs, with weights. She is seen doing them in the previous Instagram video. RDLs have a lot of health benefits. NASM says, “RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”
