Torrie Wilson is working out her lower body. In a new workout video the model and WWE alum shows off her amazing body while revealing a simple lower body workout that can be done at home. “Sometimes it’s the simplicity that brings the consistency,” she wrote in the caption. Here is everything you need to know about her workout and all her other fitness and diet habits.

1. Here Is What She Eats in a Day

Glass,Of,Fresh,Celery,Juice,On,White,Table,,CloseupShutterstock

Torrie broke her daily diet down to Muscle & Health.

7:00 am: Fresh pressed celery juice, 20oz

7:30 am: Coffee with Pruvit keto kreme and 1 scoop vital proteins collagen creamer + 1 tsp raw manuka honey

9:30 am: Avocado toast, 1 slide Dave’s bread “white done right” with 2 eggs (or scrambled vegan eggs, depending on mood) + arugula with balsamic vinegar

10:30 am: Pre-workout Pruvit keto nat drink (ketones)

10:45 am: Workout

12:15pm: Post-workout 1 apple +. 2 tbsps Justin’s almond butter

3:00 pm: 2 chicken tacos: 2 flour tortillas, organic chicken, beans, olives, avocado, lettuce, onions, tomatoes

5:00 pm: Snack: 2 handfuls vegan black bean chips + homemade green juice (celery, spinach, kale, lemon, beet)

7:00 pm: Halibut with ginger soy sauce, potato with plant-based butter, broccoli (raw and usually eaten while cooking)

9:00 pm: Coconut milk ice cream bar.

2. Daily Workouts

Torrie works out daily and offers a six-week program to help women reach their fitness goals. “It’s pretty immersive, I do a video every day, so participants feel like it’s more intimate,” she said. “I wouldn’t say it takes a lot of work to build muscle.” She also has a no pain, no gain mentality. “I know if I’m going to do something like weighted glute raises or deadlifts, it will hurt for a few days, but it also hurts when I don’t do anything, so I choose which hurt I want.”

3. 80/20 Rule

Torrie abides by the 80/20 rule. “I go for the 80% rule of healthy. I’m now more focused on eating whole, natural foods that have a lot of nutrients to help me feel good from the inside out. I’m anti-strict eating because of competing and being anorexic,” she said.

4. Exercise Over Diet

“If I had to choose between exercise and diet, the exercise would be my number one. You can have a little more leeway with your diet by having muscle. When it comes to being lean, that’s always been my motto,” she said.

5. Sleep

Cute,Blonde,In,Her,Bed,In,Blue,Pajamas,And,SleepShutterstock

Torrie’s secret to longevity is “exercise, getting enough sleep and probably not having kids,” she said. “I’m not afraid of Botox and skin peels. People might say that’s self-absorbed, but it makes me feel better, like having hair extensions and not being pasty white. Those are the little tweaks that make me feel better mentally. The world sometimes sends mixed messages, like there’s a fine line between being too overly self-absorbed, but I think I have a good balance.”

6. Here Is Her Lower Body Burnout Workout

Today’s quick lower body burnout – body weight only,” she wrote in the video. “This is not a workout I would do at a public gym but it’s PERFECT for a burnout at home. Sometimes we overcomplicate it all and get stuck doing nothing. Today’s not that day over here yo.” She does side lunges, “slow like a turtle,” followed by “pause then power” lunges into a jump. Next up, one leg sumo squats, and then an exercise for hip flexors.

Torri explained to Muscle & Health that after getting into modeling at a young age, it sparked an eating disorder. “I was told to lose five or ten pounds and became anorexic and lost much weight. The anorexia started to morph into bulimia, but I found it hard to throw myself up,” she said. “Because of the bulimia, I started gaining weight, and that’s what forced me into fitness and trying to build muscle. I realized I might not want to look like a super thin model. The curvy athletic body is just beautiful.”

Former WWE star Mandy Rose (real name Amanda Rose Saccomanno) is sharing her favorite glute workout on Instagram, much to the appreciation of her 3.5 million followers. Rose, 33, posted a video of herself wearing a blue one-piece workout bodysuit, doing a full routine using dumbbells and resistance bands. “Want thick cakes but unsure what to do at the gym? Follow my favorite glute moves to achieve that perfect 🍑!” she captioned the post. Here’s how Rose maintains her strong yet curvy physique.

1. The Glute Workout

Rose’s favorite glute workout, as per her Instagram, is as follows:

Bulgarian Split Squats 3x12

Banded Sumo Squats 3x12

Single Leg Deadlifts 3x12

Dumbbell Squats 3x12

Romanian Deadlifts 3x12

2. Lifting and Cardio

Rose combines heavy lifting and limited cardio for her regular workout regimen. “I usually work out five or six days per week, depending on my schedule, with each workout lasting about one and a half hours,” she told Muscle & Fitness. “Right now, I do a little more cardio because I tend to eat more with the crazy schedule—I can’t diet as much as I used to. Cardio is a good way for me to warm up and acts almost as therapy for me. My favorite body part to train is my lower body. I get a great feeling after a good squat day or leg session. That rush of serotonin is part of why I continue to work out and live a healthy lifestyle.”

3. Leg Burner Routine

Rose has specific workouts she goes back to time and again. Here is her favorite leg-burner routine:

Squat Jump – 4 sets, 15 reps

Single-Leg Hip Raise – 4 sets, 12 reps

Quick Toes – 4 sets, 30 sec.

Low Split Switch – 4 sets, 30 sec.

Duck Lunge with Band – 4 sets, 30 sec. per leg

4. Always Room For Donuts

Rose is careful of her diet, but admits healthy food isn’t always readily available. She even started Damandyz Donutz with fellow wrestler Sonya Deville (real name Daria Berenato). “I got to make time for the donuts and that was a fun thing we started doing,” she told Metro UK. “We are foodies, we love to eat, my dad’s a chef, and coming from an Italian family, we love to eat. Eventually, we’re trying to get our own online store, which would be cool.’

5. Plans For the Future

What's,Next,,Written,On,An,Yellow,Sticky,Note,Pinned,OnShutterstock

Rose is always thinking ahead to the next step in her career and personal life. “WWE is my priority right now, and it kind of has to be because of how much we’re on the road,” she previously told Metro UK. “But building a brand all goes hand in hand. It’s kind of just making sure you set yourself up for when this is all over. It’s not everlasting, eventually I want to start a family and have children so it’s being smart with your money and training and making sure you do have a long, successful career. Plus, injuries happen all the time, you need to make sure you don’t have all your eggs in one basket.”

Jena Sims Koepka is working on her core – in her exercise clothes. In a new social media post the golf wife shows off her strength and amazing body during an exercise circuit. “Cove + Core + Pulling,” she captioned the Instagram video, demonstrating every move in the video. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care and what is her core workout? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. F45 Workouts

Kirkland,Washington,,August,12,,2019.,Kettlebells,Are,Lined,Up,InShutterstock

Jena is a fan of a popular workout method. “My favorite type of workout is F45,” she told FOX. “It’s just a 45-minute class. And I think I like it so much because they play amazing music and it’s so loud.”

2. Weight Lifting

“I’m not a calm, soothing Pilates, yoga princess. I’m like, ‘Scream at me.’ I want to be dripping sweat,” continued Sims. “I want loud music, heavy weights. For my body type, I like to lift weights because I don’t need to do a lot of cardio. I find that lifting weights has been the most beneficial,” she told Fox. “I've been working on just upping my weights a little bit,” she added to Daily Mail. “I can get into this sweet spot and get kind of in a plateau of working out, so I upped my weights after seeing her video because I was so impressed by what she did with her fitness. I'm trying to lift heavier. Trying to build a booty.”

3. Clean Eating

To get in shape for her Sports Illustrated photoshoot, Jena didn’t diet, “ all I'm doing is just eating as clean as I can, but I'm still splurging,” she told Daily Mail. “Like, I had four dinner rolls last night at this charity event as well as my meal.”

4. Pure Barre

Jena also likes to “mix it up” when it comes to exercise. She loves Pure Barre classes, a fusion of yoga, Pilates, and ballet and a “full body, low impact workout” for everybody, according to the brand.

5. Here is Her Core Workout

Here is her latest workout, “such a good series to work the pull muscles and the ABS,” she says.

  1. roll up w/ leg extended
  2. tailbone raises w/ ball between ankles and arms overhead
  3. plank rows
  4. assisted band pull ups

Tiffany Stratton is known for her aggressive attitude in the WWE world—and she works hard to put her money where her mouth is. The wrestling star is all muscle, and one thing she never skips is leg day. Stratton, 24, shared pictures of herself posing in a pink sports bra, her blonde hair tied back in a ponytail with a matching pink scrunchie. “Buff Barbie reporting for leg day 🫡🎀,” she captioned the post. “Beautiful,” a fan commented. Stratton is a beast inside and outside the ring—here’s how she stays strong, focused, and ready for a fight.

1. Crossfit and Bodybuilding

Stratton has always been athletic and strong. “I used to be a bodybuilder,” she told TV Insider. “I did one show and won the entire thing. I used to do CrossFit. I feel like people are surprised at that. They look at me and think pretty blonde. I was an elite gymnast. I was on the national team. I just think people look at me and forgot what I did before coming into wrestling… I definitely feel like I have a chip on my shoulder. I feel people look at me and see just another blonde that looks pretty. I always deliver in the ring. I take wrestling very seriously. I take these premium live events very seriously.”

2. Sculpting Her Physique

Stratton got into bodybuilding after seeing photos of herself and being unhappy with her appearance. “I was kind of chubby in all honesty if I look back at my photos,” she said on the Out of Character with Ryan Satin podcast. “So I got into bodybuilding. That is exactly what I wanted. I wanted to be able to form my muscles to how I wanted them to look. That's why I got into bodybuilding and I went through a whole prep, a bodybuilding prep and that was life changing. I'm so glad I did that before I came to the WWE, because now I know how to get in shape for a big pay-per-view or just in general bodybuilding definitely taught me that and the discipline for dieting and stuff is on another level.”

3. Wonder Woman Dreams

Stratton has big dreams of becoming an action hero. “I would love to go into acting,” she told TV Insider. “My dream role would be some cool action superhero girl that does cool flips. That’s my dream role. Like a Wonder Woman. I’m a big fan of her. I was dressed as her for Halloween one year.”

4. Inspired By Charlotte Flair

Stratton was inspired by Charlotte Flair to go into wrestling. “I would say I was flipping through the channels. I came across a random Friday Night Smackdown and I saw Charlotte Flair,” she said on the Out of Character with Ryan Satin podcast. “I saw that she was blonde, she was buff, she could flip, she could talk some [trash], and I was like, that is literally everything that I can do."

5. Private Life

Stratton keeps strict boundaries between her personal and private life. “I still try to keep my private life private,” she told TV Insider. “But I’ve always behaved like a champion, even before I became a champion. I know how to act in public. It wasn’t like I had to change how I acted within the public eye. I was always very put together and never got drunk at a club and was acting crazy. So I’ve been able to avoid that.”

I’ve been doing pilates, I’ve been doing yoga, I’ve done just plain old walking. I wear 10 pound weights on my ankles while I’m working just so that as I’m moving during the day I’m constantly building muscle. It’s not great for your back but I’m doing it anyway. I do a booty workout thing that I just did for Shape, which was really fun. And I do Zumba. I have DVDs and I dance around like a crazy person in my house.”

Over the past few years, Sydney Sweeney has become one of America’s sweethearts with celebrated roles in everything from hit HBO shows Euphoria and White Lotus to big-screen movies Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and Anyone But You. In addition to her impressive acting ability, the star is a total bombshell and has one of the fittest figures in Hollywood. Here are the top 5 habits that help her stay fit at 27.

Water Skiing

Sydney Sweeney arrives to "The Road to the Golden Globes Party"

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Sometimes we take steps back & that’s just a sign to course correct so we can leap forward. If 2024 wasn’t the year you expected, use it as an opportunity to learn, grow, & carry on. It’s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail 🤎 rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
