She Is Open About Her Body Confidence Struggles

Jasmin struggles with body confidence. "A lot of people think I'm confident with my body, but I'm really not," she told Closer Online. "I feel like you're always going to get self-conscious when you're in the public eye and there's always something that you want to change. Obviously I'm never going to have the perfect body, but I'm happy at the moment."

Her Diet Is "Mixed"

"I kind of have a mixed diet," Jasmin told Closer. "Sometimes I'm healthy, and I'll have chicken, vegetable and potatoes. But other times I'll just go and have a burger. Mixing it up is a good thing and, if you're working out at the same time, there's no harm."

She Exercises

Jasmin prioritizes exervise. "I go to the gym 3-4 times a week, and I do a lot of toning. "So like squats and weights to help me build up my muscle. I'm on Protein World at the moment, and it's really helped me," she told Closer.

She Dances

"I don't do any cardio," Jasmin confessed to Closer. "But I dance, so occasionally I go to Pineapple studios." Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

She Eats a Big Breakfast

Jasmin revealed to Women Fitness that she fuels up in the morning. "I have porridge then just after that I have salmon, scrambled eggs, kale drizzled in lemon juice. With orange juice on the side. Then take a green shake which maybe I will have like, kale inside, spinach, apple, banana etc…" she said.
