Tracee Ellis Ross In Bikini Says “Free Time…With The Friends”

Tracee Ellis Ross is an icon. She’s starred in TV shows like Girlfriends and Black-ish, movies like American Fiction, and she’s Diana Ross’ daughter. What’s not to love? Tracee is currently enjoying a vacation with some of her friends, and shared highlights on Instagram. In a post, she is seen eating at a restaurant, going on a walk, and tanning on the beach. Tracee is seen in different outfits, including swimsuits. Tracee makes sure to eat a healthy diet. One way she does so is by cooking healthy meals. Tracee shared some of her go-to recipes with People Magazine. “I love grilling salmon, steak, all those things. I’m a big salad maker. I love crushing Brazilian nuts and putting them over everything — quinoa dishes. Putting it over a salad instead of putting meat on it.”
She Does The Tracy Anderson Method
Tracee shared some of her fitness secrets with POPSugar. “I do a lot of Tracy Anderson Method,” she says. “I love being in the heat; we work out in a really hot room there, and it really works for me. I love sweating; it’s one of the ways that I process everything that goes on during the week and move it through my body. It’s always really loud music and great music, which I love, and the workout changes every 10 sessions, so even if you take classes, it changes every 10 days, it changes.”
She Loves Face Masks
Tracee has amazing skin and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared some of her secrets in an interview with Shape Magazine. “I love moisture masks. I’ve been known to do up to three or four a day. Why not? Sometimes I will come to work wearing a hydration mask from SkinCeuticals (Buy It, $55, dermstore.com). I do not wear foundation if I’m not working. I don’t even wear a lot of it when I am working.”
She’s Consistent
Tracee makes sure to workout on a regular basis. “I’m a big advocate for keeping my body moving,” she said to POPSugar. “It is definitely vain, and it is about aesthetics, but truthfully I feel better about myself when I work out. I sleep better, my back feels better, my knees feel better . . . when I’m moving and keeping my body long and strong, I feel like I’m more productive and I get more done in a day.”
She Keeps Her Skin Hydrated
Another of Tracee’s skincare tips is keeping it hydrated. She shared her tips for doing so with Shape Magazine. “I usually spray my body down with a hydration mist that was meant for your face. And then, when my skin is still a little damp, I put on two natural lotions, one from Shikai (Buy It, $22, amazon.com) and one from Kiss My Face (Buy It, $10, amazon.com). I combine them. If I want an extra layer, I use body oil on top of that.”
