Tracey Edmonds is reminding fans and followers about what’s most important in life. Edmonds, 57, shared a picture of herself looking stunning in black leggings and a matching tank top, posing by the pool. “Happy Wellness Wednesday Fam! The best things in life are NOT material things! Focus on and appreciate your inner peace and good people. Love, peace, and happiness are what's PRICELESS! Sending you love! ✌🏽❤️,” she captioned the post. Here’s how Edmonds’ health and wellness regimen is helping her thrive in her 50s.

1. Lemon Water and Smoothies

Edmonds starters the day with lemon water and a superfood smoothie. “I begin every morning by drinking lukewarm lemon water which cleanses the system, builds the immune system, aids in digestion, and much more,” she told The Eden Magazine. “I also consume a morning health smoothie, which includes superfoods such as blueberries, turmeric, chlorella, coconut water, chia and hemp seeds, and a few others.”

2. Wellness Brand

Edmonds started her lifestyle brand Alrightnow to share her wellness mantra with the world. “I believe that everything in your life can be all right if you make the right lifestyle choices,” she told The Eden Magazine. “Through the Alrightnow site, we are providing tools to make sure that every aspect of your life: your mind, body, spirit, family, relationships, career, etc. can be “all right” and thrive. We want you to live your best life and we are sharing tools that can help you achieve that goal. As far as the actual name, Alrightnow, All Right Now is my alma mater, Stanford University’s theme song, but I changed the spelling a little to clear the name.”

3. Vibration Plates

Rotterdam,-,Nov,24,,2016:,Power,Plates,In,The,FitnessShutterstock

Edmonds uses vibration plates as part of her wellness routine. “I work out on a vibration fitness machine every morning, the ones with the metal plates,” she told The Eden Magazine. “They are amazing. I do 30 minutes a day, 10 minutes of the cardio setting, 10 minutes of the weight training setting, and 10 minutes of the detox setting. These machines tone your body, build muscle density, get your energy flowing, and put you on a higher vibration to start your day. When I finish my vibration workout, I am charged and ready to go... I also have a sauna that I use a few times a week to sweat out the toxins and re-energize. I love to meditate inside there. It’s a great space to be completely quiet and isolated from the rest of the world.”

4. Feeling Blessed

Edmonds approaches life with a glass-half-full philosophy. "I’ve been very blessed in my life and career, but everyone experiences struggle at some point," she told VoyageLA. "I always use setbacks as learning lessons. My toughest time was after the death of my parents, but being surrounded by loving family and friends, and lots of prayer and meditation helped me pull through."

5. Yoga and Running

Edmonds enjoys yoga sessions and running on the treadmill. “I’ve always loved staying in shape and fitness routines that incorporate flexibility and balance,” she told Tinseltown Mom. “I did a lot of Pilates for about 20 years and switched over to Yoga a few years ago. My routine now is running on the treadmill for 20-30 minutes to get cardio in and then practicing yoga in the evening to ‘wind down’ and de-stress.”

It would be silly to pretend otherwise. But you don't have to let the negatives color your whole outlook on life. Remember that what is right about you almost always is more than what is wrong," says the Mayo Clinic.

Ross is a big fan of the popular Tracy Anderson Method as a way to stay in shape. She tells POPSugar, "I love being in the heat; we work out in a really hot room there, and it really works for me. I love sweating; it's one of the ways that I process everything that goes on during the week and move it through my body. It's always really loud music and great music, which I love, and the workout changes every 10 sessions, so even if you take classes, it changes every 10 days, it changes . . . I love that! I never get bored."

4. She Enjoys Working Out

Ross tells POPSugar that one of her secrets to exercising is the fact that she enjoys doing it. "I'm a big advocate for keeping my body moving," she said. "It is definitely vain, and it is about aesthetics, but truthfully I feel better about myself when I work out. I sleep better, my back feels better, my knees feel better . . . when I'm moving and keeping my body long and strong, I feel like I'm more productive and I get more done in a day."

She may not have made it to the Paris Olympics, but the future is bright for gymnast Gabby Douglas. Douglas, 28, shared a picture of herself wearing shorts and a tank top, posing outside in the sunshine. “Ooooop🫢happy weekend everyone peace, love and happiness to you all x,” she captioned the post. “Happy weekend to you gabby, you stay beautiful, sweet, healthy and strong 💪 ❤️😍!” commented a fan. Douglas has big plans and goals to reach—here’s what her health and wellness routine looks like, and what’s next for the athlete.

1. Intense Training Routine

Douglas is disciplined about her training and workouts. "I either go all in or not at all,” she told Good Housekeeping. “So my workout routine is very intense every time I do it. When I'm not in the gym, I do trampoline workouts, dancing workouts, weight training. But when I'm in the gym I do more cardio… I was very sad to end my Paris journey, but I'm very grateful for all the lessons. I'm excited to continue my gymnastics career. I'm definitely looking at 2028, but in the meantime would love to go to a few more World Championships."

2. Mostly Vegan Diet

Vegan,Curry,With,Cauliflower,,Chickpeas,And,Butternut,Squash,Topped,WithShutterstock

Douglas considers herself 99% vegan. “I’m all organic, all non-GMO, and incorporating more fruits and veggies into my diet,” she told Well+Good. “I’m actually 99 percent vegan, which I find to be a huge benefit. I’ve also been eating a lot of the Mediterranean diet, which I’ve read is so much more beneficial than eating tons and tons of meat. I love, love a good chickpea dish. I've been making a lot of roasted chickpeas with some dill, or salt and pepper, or any spice really.”

3. Protein Powder

Douglas loves Natural Force whey protein powder. "I've been trying to get a lot of protein in because I am still training,” she told Good Housekeeping. “Before, on my 2024 journey, I had to make sure that I was getting the right amount of nutrients for my muscles in my body since I was back in the intense sport.”

4. Collagen Smoothies

Protein,Or,Collagen,Cocktail,With,Strawberries,And,Banana.,Copy,SpaceShutterstock

Douglas teamed up with Smoothie King to develop a line of collagen packed smoothies. "I've incorporated so many powder supplements and smoothies into my pre- and post-workout diet that my muscles absolutely love and enjoy," she told Well+Good. "My schedule is so rigorous—not only on my body but also on my brain and focus—and I notice a huge difference both internally and externally. With stretching, I've noticed huge benefits with incorporating type two collagen into my routine, which plays a huge factor in cutting out muscle soreness, maintaining joint health, and improving flexibility.”

Holistic Health

Douglas has a holistic approach to health and wellness. “I look at my whole body, even mental, skin, everything, as being one big machine,” she told The Healthy. “You can’t do one without the other. So I do a lot where it comes to mental and physical. I do a lot of icing. I do a lot of heating, and especially at night … I love taking care of my feet … I love doing the [Dr. Scholl’s] foot mask, which has a lot of essential oils in it, and Epsom salt too.”

Read on to see 5 ways Lea Michele stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Accepts Herself

After having her first child, Michele told New Beauty that she accepted her body and didn’t feel pressure to lose weight. “There is definitely the external pressure to ‘snap back’ as they would say, but I have found more than physically feeling the pressure to get back to myself, I feel more pressure to emotionally and personally feel like myself again and that’s been the biggest challenge for me so far. I’ve come to realize that nothing will ever be the same and my emotions and feelings are all completely shifted now that I am a mother and I’m embracing everything from my new body to my new sense of self and wouldn’t change a thing. It’s the strength of my body and my core that helped me get through creating this life as well as caring for my very active son now.”

2. She Uses Clean Products

Michele shared some of her skincare secrets with New Beauty. “I truly believe in clean products. Even though I’m no longer pregnant I still love using products that I know are safe and toxic-free. I absolutely love Necessaire body wash and body lotion. All of their products are clean, nontoxic and they are incredibly luxurious. I love Briogeo hair care products as well as Rahua. Their products smell incredible and make my hair look and feel so strong and healthy and are also completely clean.”

3. She Meditates

Michele told New Beauty that she practices meditation. “I relied a lot on meditation throughout my pregnancy. Through some of the most challenging times meditation helped me get through. I love the Calm app as well as the Expectful app. They were both very easy to use and truly helped center and calm me and give me the strength that I needed through whatever ups and downs I was experiencing.”

4. She Loves SoulCycle

Bellevue,,Washington,/,Usa,-,December,4,2019:,"soulcycle",SignsShutterstock

Michele shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with SELF. She says that she likes to go to SoulCycle classes. "I feel like SoulCycle is so inspiring and really uplifting and for me," she says. "A workout has to be good for my mind, body, and soul. It can’t just be going crazy in the gym—it has to be something that’s going to make my spirit feel good at the same time."

5. She Believes In Balance

Michele shared her typical diet with SELF. "I really don't deprive myself," she says. "I work out really hard and I eat healthy, so I never really feel guilty about the things that I'm eating. I try to stay on the healthier side, but I'm also Italian, so Italian food is my absolute favorite. A great bowl of pasta is also my favorite dinner for me."

2. She Works Out For Her Mental Health

McGrady is open about her struggles with her mental health, specifically depression and anxiety. 5. She Wants To Inspire Others

McGrady tells The Cut that one of the reasons she decided to try modeling for Sports Illustrated was to inspire other curvy girls. She says that she wanted to increase body diversity in the fashion and swimsuit modeling industry. “I wanted women to feel positive and I wanted them to feel confident when they picked up this magazine, and that they could relate to me in some way. It’s been overwhelming, in the best way possible.”

Water Skiing

Sydney Sweeney arrives to "The Road to the Golden Globes Party"

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Mariana Morais is showing off her ab-fab figure – in a two-piece exercise set. Sometimes we take steps back & that’s just a sign to course correct so we can leap forward. If 2024 wasn’t the year you expected, use it as an opportunity to learn, grow, & carry on. It’s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail 🤎 rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Prioritizing Digestion and Getting Blood Work Done

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
