Trinny Woodall is reminding fans and followers how important self-care is. Woodall, 60, shared a video of herself wearing leggings and a crop top, walking in the sunshine with two water bottles. “Years ago I walked in the park like a mad woman bouncing my bottles up and down. Today I remembered how good it was… love a multi-tasking moment - walking daffy before it gets too hot, doing an arm workout with two bottles or whatever takes your fancy (weight wrists etc) - and listening to nature before the park gets too busy. Walking meditation. Such a great way to start the day. Time for yourself is so important especially if you feel pulled in every direction. What are you doing for yourself today?” she captioned the post. Here’s how Woodall is thriving at the start of her 60s.
1. Strong Coffee
Woodall starts her day with exercise. "I like to wake up and start my days off with some movement,” she told Who What Wear. “I've been doing an exercise routine with my trainer and a few hundred people around the world on Instagram Live. This ritual has kept me sane since the beginning of lockdown. My workout usually lasts an hour, and afterward, I'll take a shower. This is when I'll start my morning skincare routine.”
2. Ginger and Turmeric

Woodall takes ginger and turmeric shots as part of her wellness routine. "In the mornings, I like to run out to a local coffee shop called Hagen, where I grab a fantastic strong Danish coffee,” she told Who What Wear. “I always follow up with ginger and turmeric shots before breakfast. Today, I'm having porridge made with coconut milk and topped with berries."
3. Low-Sugar Diet

Woodall is mindful of her sugar intake. "I work with personal trainer, Pilates specialist and nutrition coach Nathalie Hayward who has helped me reduce my sugar intake among other things,” she told Get the Gloss. “[For breakfast] I either have a little frittata omelet with broccoli and tomato – that's great for protein – or a seed breakfast with every kind of seed you can imagine. I'll include oat milk and cauliflower 'rice' to make a porridge, Brazil nuts, walnuts, sesame seeds and fresh raspberries.”
4. Quality Proteins
Woodall loves a hearty lunch with good quality protein. "I always have fish or chicken, rice or quinoa and vegetables,” she told Get the Gloss. “For supper, I have the same meal every night – a filling soup with lots of chicken, vegetables and, sometimes, rice in it. I eat it with two bits of sourdough bread with different toppings, like lashings of butter, cheese, chicken and fresh tomatoes, or a lot of mayonnaise. I also have a sourdough cracker with cheese and quince jam.”
5. Ageless Queen
Woodall embraces the wisdom and freedom of every year that passes. “Ageism is interesting because I’ve never defined myself by my age,” she told The Guardian. “I feel ageless. I talk a lot to people about how they feel ageless… I didn’t stop caring, I stopped worrying. I get that little fizz now when I have to, say, give a talk with 3,000 women, which is healthy. It’s not nervousness. I feel there’s so much to do; I have this finite amount of time. Right?”
