Trinny Woodall is reminding fans and followers how important self-care is. Woodall, 60, shared a video of herself wearing leggings and a crop top, walking in the sunshine with two water bottles. “Years ago I walked in the park like a mad woman bouncing my bottles up and down. Today I remembered how good it was… love a multi-tasking moment - walking daffy before it gets too hot, doing an arm workout with two bottles or whatever takes your fancy (weight wrists etc) - and listening to nature before the park gets too busy. Walking meditation. Such a great way to start the day. Time for yourself is so important especially if you feel pulled in every direction. What are you doing for yourself today?” she captioned the post. Here’s how Woodall is thriving at the start of her 60s.

1. Strong Coffee

Woodall starts her day with exercise. "I like to wake up and start my days off with some movement,” she told Who What Wear. “I've been doing an exercise routine with my trainer and a few hundred people around the world on Instagram Live. This ritual has kept me sane since the beginning of lockdown. My workout usually lasts an hour, and afterward, I'll take a shower. This is when I'll start my morning skincare routine.”

2. Ginger and Turmeric

Woodall takes ginger and turmeric shots as part of her wellness routine. "In the mornings, I like to run out to a local coffee shop called Hagen, where I grab a fantastic strong Danish coffee,” she told Who What Wear. “I always follow up with ginger and turmeric shots before breakfast. Today, I'm having porridge made with coconut milk and topped with berries."

3. Low-Sugar Diet

Woodall is mindful of her sugar intake. "I work with personal trainer, Pilates specialist and nutrition coach Nathalie Hayward who has helped me reduce my sugar intake among other things,” she told Get the Gloss. “[For breakfast] I either have a little frittata omelet with broccoli and tomato – that's great for protein – or a seed breakfast with every kind of seed you can imagine. I'll include oat milk and cauliflower 'rice' to make a porridge, Brazil nuts, walnuts, sesame seeds and fresh raspberries.”

4. Quality Proteins

Woodall loves a hearty lunch with good quality protein. "I always have fish or chicken, rice or quinoa and vegetables,” she told Get the Gloss. “For supper, I have the same meal every night – a filling soup with lots of chicken, vegetables and, sometimes, rice in it. I eat it with two bits of sourdough bread with different toppings, like lashings of butter, cheese, chicken and fresh tomatoes, or a lot of mayonnaise. I also have a sourdough cracker with cheese and quince jam.”

5. Ageless Queen

Woodall embraces the wisdom and freedom of every year that passes. “Ageism is interesting because I’ve never defined myself by my age,” she told The Guardian. “I feel ageless. I talk a lot to people about how they feel ageless… I didn’t stop caring, I stopped worrying. I get that little fizz now when I have to, say, give a talk with 3,000 women, which is healthy. It’s not nervousness. I feel there’s so much to do; I have this finite amount of time. Right?”

Louise Redknapp is letting fans see what her live performance dance rehearsals look like. Redknapp, 49, shared a video of herself wearing black pants and a white shirt, going through a routine with her team. “A little look behind the scenes at Mighty Hoopla rehearsals 🤍 been having so much fun putting this show together for you! See you at 6.40pm this Sunday xxx,” she captioned the post. “How does she still look soooo amazing 😍🔥,” a fan commented. Here’s how the British singer stays fit, happy, and full of energy.

1. She Loves Pilates

Redknapp enjoys Pilates workouts on the reformer machine. "I love Pilates on the tower or on the reformer just because it's quick and it feels like a proper workout,” she told HELLO!. “One of my best friends is a pilates instructor so get through the whole hour. I think that's why I love it so much because I just lie there, my legs in straps doing an exercise and we're chatting away so it's lovely, just a nice thing to go and do."

2. Peloton and Love Island

Edina,,Mn/usa,-,January,1,,2020:,Peleton,Retail,Exercise,StoreShutterstock

Redknapp likes to ride her stationary bike while watching TV. “I've got a Peloton at home,” she told HELLO!. “I watch Love Island and go for a bike ride in the lounge, [people] must be looking [at me] like 'what was she doing?' If I've got a night in, I get on the Peloton, bike ride, do a few situps, then I'm done.”

3. Natural Beauty

Redknapp credits her preference for a natural look for her glowing skin. “I think it has something to do with the make-up I wear and the products I put on my skin,” she told Women’s Fitness. “I have always used quite a dewy base on my face which perhaps gives it a slight shine. I prefer a natural look to a full-on face of glam make-up.”

4. Grounded Life

Redknapp says she lives a very grounded life. “I am very aware I have had an amazing life and a great career, which has not come easy and has required a lot of hard work,” she told Women’s Fitness. “As long as I surround myself with the right people, I am OK. My two sons are my absolute world. The media speculate why I am not out there in the papers being photographed dating or with a new man on my arm, but I have not chosen to take that path. My priority is and always will be to be the best mum I can to my kids, who are my pride and joy.”

5. Not a Gym Bunny

Redknapp is not always motivated to work out. “If someone said to me, 'do you want to meet for a drink and a bit of dinner on Tuesday night or go to the gym?' I mean, I'm always going to meet my mate for dinner,” she told HELLO!. “The gym is not at the front of my priorities. I'm not a big gym bunny… I'd love to do yoga but after about three minutes I start thinking about all the other things I should be doing rather than sitting in this position and thinking I haven't got time for this today.”

I forgive her for sometimes finding herself in questionable situations and locations! I thank my younger self for following her heart, for trusting her intuition. Because it all led me to where I am now. And I love who I am becoming. 🌙”

How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Outdoor Exercise

In the post she reveals that she prefers outdoor exercise. “It’s no secret that leaving the San Diego perfect beach climate I lived in for 20 years for the desert has been a (bit) challenging for me. I personally believe that the environment we live in is so important to our health. And we are all so different. Some of you thrive on mountains, or the woods, or big cities or cold etc.. I thrive near water. And for me , moving my body in a great climate is where I heal and thrive and pull my creativity,” she says. “I’ve noticed that because I don’t have the same go to ability to exercise in nature anytime during the day when I crave it (way too hot and dry and the air quality is not amazing ) that I have GOT to find a way to move my body and feel motivated and breath good quality air.”

2. Cycling

Natalie enjoys biking. She is currently on the hunt for “an amazing exercise BIKE that I can put near a window (hey so I can see nature while moving my body),” she writes in the post. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

3. Lean Protein, Complex Carbs, and Healthy Fats

Jill discussed her diet with Prevention, explaining that she makes sure that all of her meals “contained lean protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats," she said. "I ate a lot of salads with grilled chicken or fish, and I added olive oil or avocado for fat.” One of Jill’s rules? She could only eat food with ingredients she could pronounce. She also ate more nutritious foods first, so she would fill up and “have less room for the ‘bad.’”

4. Strength Training

Natalie does strength and weight training, using body weight for resistance. Her workouts included lots of strength-training exercises, including pull-ups, squats, planks, and triceps dips. “I didn’t spend hours working out,” she says, adding, “If you are exercising daily, you really don’t need more than 15 to 20 minutes.”

In addition to her impressive acting ability, the star is a total bombshell and has one of the fittest figures in Hollywood. Here are the top 5 habits that help her stay fit at 27.

Water Skiing

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
