In this reel, Zappardino says that she is no longer apologizing for living her life. She captioned the post, “Advice for girls: stop apologizing. I’ve had a full life and I won’t feel guilty about that.”
2. She Ice Skates

Zappardino does a lot of outdoor workouts to keep herself in shape. One thing she likes to do is ice skate. In Zappardino’s “Advice For Girls” reel, she is seen at an ice rink.
