Emmanuelle Vaugier is heating up social media in her workout tank. In a new social media post the Two and a Half Men star shows off her incredible figure in a sleeveless Aviator Nation top. “What do you say we skip the April showers and just skip to some Summer sunshine?” she captioned the Instagram post. “Wowzers. You are such a beauty,” commented one of her followers. “You are very lovely,” added another. How does the actress approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Horseback Riding

Emmanuelle spends a lot of time riding horses. “I’m usually riding and training with my horse 4 to 5 days a week when I’m not busy with work,” she told Livid. The American Heart Association maintains that riding horses is great for your health. Not only does it boost cardiovascular health, but builds core strength, burns calories, and lowers blood pressure. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.

2. Cardio, Pilates, and Weight Lifting

Emmanuelle infuses lots of exercise into her wrrk. “In addition to that, I do a combination of high-intensity cardio, pilates, or weight lifting workouts 3 to 4 days a week,” she added. Her favorite thing about exercise? “The way I feel after it’s over! And I love how healthy my skin looks after a good sweat!” she revealed.

3. Walking

Emmanuelle gets her steps in. “I also do a ton of walking with my dogs, on average I’ll walk 3 to 5 miles a day with them, weather permitting… they have a strong dislike for rain lol,” she said. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

4. Massages

Emmanuelle is all about self-care. One way she relaxes and protects her body from injury? “Making sure I keep on top of regular massage therapy, chiropractor visits, and sports therapy is also very important to avoid injury,” she told Livid.

5. Healthy Diet

“I used to be a lot stricter with my diet. These days, I listen to my body, I eat when I’m hungry,” Emmanuelle told Livid. “I mostly keep my food options healthy and clean… but I do enjoy desserts and the occasional thin crust pizza is always a yummy treat. I find if I don’t deprive myself constantly, I am much happier. I love seafood. Fresh grilled veggies. I LOVE cheese… burrata in particular! For a healthy snack, I always make sure I have a Lara Bar or some nuts to snack on in my purse.”

6. Hydration

“Staying hydrated is super important too,” Emmanuelle told Livid. “I always notice when I haven’t been drinking enough water, it will show up in my energy levels, as well as the condition of my skin.” According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Two and a Half Men star Odette Annable enjoyed a beautiful trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico over the summer, and posted the highlights on her social media. Annable, 38, shared a lovely picture of herself posing on a sun lounger in a one-piece bikini, stretched out in the sunshine. “Muchisimas gracias Mexico!! 🌊🫶🏽🇲🇽,” she captioned the post. “Stunning! Glad you had an amazing vacation in Cabo! 🌴😍,” a fan account commented. Here’s how Annable stays fit, focused, and successful.

1. Cooking For Self-Care

Annable loves cooking for self-care. “I would say that cooking has become a priority,” she says. “In a way, I think it’s the greatest form of self-care, and being in the kitchen has been quite meditative for me—even if it’s just my husband taking our daughter for a walk outside while I make the meal. I come from a Cuban family, and I’ve learned everything from my mom and my grandmother. Those recipes are still with me and I’ve been making them for my family more than I ever have before. It’s self-care and it’s self-care in the best way.”

2. Motherhood and Acting

Annable’s experience with parenthood has added dimension to her acting. “As far as I am concerned, being a mother has only helped me in my career,” she says. “I feel more of a connection to the characters I play since having Charlie. My heart opened up in ways I could not have imagined, which has helped me tap into so many different emotions that I couldn’t recognize before. There is no substitute for experience.”

3. Variety of Roles

Annable is glad she has never been pigeonholed as an actress. “I’ve had a very, very large gambit of beauty that I’ve gotten to portray and play around with over the years,” she says. “I’m so grateful for that because I feel like I haven’t been cornered into one physical look or one stereotype. I’ve loved all my looks. Now, I’m on Walker and it’s sort of an homage to an ‘American classic cowboy look,’ which kind of lends itself to minimalistic, very natural makeup. In Texas, the bigger the hair, you know…I’ve relaxed the look just a little bit, but we started off with that. We’ve kind of brought it down a little, just because I like to spend the least amount of time in that makeup chair and in hair as possible. But every single look has lent itself to some really fun beauty, which I love.”

4. Kindergarten Cop Role

Madame Tussauds Hollywood Welcomes Tom Green To Unveil New '90s Room LaunchRodin Eckenroth/Getty Images

Annable was one of the kids in the movie Kindergarten Cop. “My parents, in an attempt to help me socialize, stumbled upon a casting for the movie Kindergarten Cop and I booked the role of one of the children in the classroom,” she says. “I was the one kid who spoke Spanish in the movie. I’m assuming I checked their box for diversity? I had no idea who Arnold Schwarzenegger was, or that I was even filming a movie, but I LOVED every minute of it. My parents never forced me to keep at it—I genuinely enjoyed being on set.”

5. Beauty Maven

Annable is a big fan of beauty products with high-performing ingredients. “Any product that has hyaluronic acid as one of the ingredients in it is going to be a win for me,” she says. “I have combination skin, so it’s kind of oily and dry at the same time. Hyaluronic acid just deeply hydrates my skin and helps it retain all of the moisture, which is something that I really need now, because now I’m living in a place that actually has seasons! When my skin feels the seasons switch, it kind of goes a little nuts. Kosas is my favorite lip moisturizer. It’s loaded with hyaluronic acid. I love Barbara Sturm’s Hyaluronic Acid Ampoules as well. You put them all-over your face, and you can feel your skin tighten and hydrate; I love them so much. Those are my two hero products that I could never shy away from.”

Two and a Half Men star Aly Michalka is soaking up the October sunshine in Austin, Texas, spending time with her loved ones. Michalka, 34, shared some beautiful pictures of herself posing by the water in a swimsuit, looking relaxed and serene. “Barton Springs dip with the band on a day off,” she captioned the post. “The best day!!!!” commented a friend. Michalka and her sister Amy have been on TV since their Disney days—here’s how she lives her best life.

1. Family Pilates

Michalka loves to do Pilates with her sister Amy. “It’s great for strength, for core,” she says. “I love that there’s no way to bulk with Pilates. That’s impossible because you’re using your own body strength. It feels great on your joints. My body always feels so good afterwards. And warmed up. I don’t know. We’ve been doing it now for the past almost five years and we’re regular Pilates goers.”

2. World Tour

Michalka went on tour with her sister for their EP Sanctuary, which was high-intensity. “Our show is kind of a workout; it is very physical,” she says. “We are sweating and moving around on stage so that’s a form of an hour-and-a-half workout throughout the night. We’ll just shut down and it’s actually better almost for the course of the entire tour. We were always tempted to go out and hang with the band, see a movie, go bowling, do a million things. Sometimes, you might be in a city where there’s really fun stuff to do, but your body is telling you, you just need to sleep and rest.”

3. Makeup Style

Michalka and her sister prefer a more low key makeup look these days. “I think our motto is definitely ‘less is more’ now,” she says. “I don’t think it was when we started. I think it was definitely more of a trend to wear heavier makeup in the early 2000s, in general. I kind of love that being natural has become something that is now really embraced by so many women.”

4. Diet On the Road

Los,Angeles,-,Mar,09:,Aly,Michalka,Arrives,For,ëmulaníShutterstock

Michalka tries to make sensible food choices when she’s on the road. “We try to keep the greens up,” she says. “Trying to keep the greens in your diet, that’s been actually like the hardest struggle. It’s not always the easiest, but when we’re in a city and there’s the option to have a pizza, you’re like, ‘Well, maybe I won’t do that, and I’ll get something instead that’s actually going to nourish me.’”

5. Enough With the Eyebrows

Michalka has no intention of following eyebrow trends. “Oh my gosh, that weird eyebrow trend, [feather brows], where people are parting their brows in the middle is so crazy,” she says. “It’s absolutely insane. That and the overly defined eyebrow. People have become so obsessed with eyebrows, and I’m super against a heavy, defined eyebrow. I love when it looks natural and you can kind of see your hair follicles — not where it’s completely filled in.”

1. Meghann Fahy Hydrates

Meghann Fahy’s top tip? Hydration. “I down a massive Yeti water bottle, pre-coffee. Hydrating myself is key. I drink so much more water than I even care to drink because I think that it really really helps me get through those 14-, 15-, 16-hour days that we pull sometimes. It helps mentally and physically, and it’s great for my skin,” she told Women’s Health. “On days I can sleep till 7:00, I go to Orangetheory or run. I live in [Brooklyn], so I run by the water a lot,”

2. Simona Tabasco Loves Outdoor Exercise

True to her last name, Simona Tabasco likes to keep things spicy and even has a [chili-pepper tattoo on her forearm]. “Yes! I love it,” she told Vulture about being named after hot sauce. “I love that it’s in my name and part of me. But specifically, it reflects my personality — or at least half of it. There’s a side to me that’s quite quirky and spicy.” She also enjoys outdoor exercise. Two of her favorite forms of fitness? Swimming and hiking.

3. Haley Lu Richardson Dances

Fun fact: Haley Lu Richardson was a competitive dancer before she became famous, and it is still her go-to fitness form. “I danced for like eight or nine years. I was super focused and committed to that; all I did was go to school and then dance and get no sleep. That’s when I learned about self-motivation and committing to something, and also about how much I love entertaining and telling stories. And I think dance and acting have those things in common,” she told The Last Magazine.

4. Leo Woodall Hikes

Leo Woodall enjoys hiking. “Still sore from getting that Uber to the tippy top,” he joked about his Runyon Canyon hike in Los Angeles. Physical benefits of taking a hike include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

5. Aubrey Plaza Loves Yoga

2022 Gotham AwardsTaylor Hill/FilmMagic

Aubrey Plaza explained to The Cut that she believes wellness is “being conscious of what you’re putting into your body and on your body, and taking care of yourself.” She starts her day with water, followed by a smoothie, coffee, and ginger tea. As for her workouts, she loves yoga and basketball. “I’ve been playing since I was a kid,” she said.

6. Adam DiMarco Plays Basketball

Aubrey isn’t the only White Lotus star who shoots hoops. Adam DiMarco also stays in shape with the help of basketball.

She Strength Trains

The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
