UFC Ring Girl Edith Labelle Shares Swimsuit Photo With "Birthday Pup"
Edith Labelle is celebrating her fury BFF's birthday in her bathing suit. In a new social media post the UFC Ring Girl shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while honoring her "birthday pup" on his special day. "My baby turned 3 this past week! Her Diet Is Healthy
Edith maintains a healthy diet. While she hasn't disclosed that many details about it, she told Muscle & Fitness, "I watch what I eat."
Her Lifestyle Is Active
Even when she isn't at the gym, Edith breaks a sweat by doing outdoor activities. "I like rollerblading in the summer and scuba-diving when I get a chance. I am also thinking of taking up Muay-thai boxing," she told M & F.
She Works Out Four Times a Week
Edith revealed to M & F that she works out "at least 4 times a week," she said. "I like to listen to house music when I work-out," she added. What is her motivation? "Knowing I have to get up in front of millions of UFC fans worldwide in a revealing outfit is motivation enough, but I would train regardless because I like to feel fit and take care of myself."
Edith loves to kayak. "Finally made it to Lake Tahoe and it's been amazing!! Kayaking on this beautiful day was on my bday wish list," she captioned a recent post. Kayaking is a great workout. Not only is it great for building upper body strength and helps reduce stress, but can burn up to 400 calories per hour, translating to 1,600 calories in four hours of paddling.
Edit is a hiker. "Runyon canyon," she captioned a post. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:
