UFC star Arianny Celeste is (like everyone else on planet Earth) obsessed with the new Barbie movie, judging by a reel posted on Instagram by BFF Lauren Drain Kagan. Celeste, 37, and Kagan are seen horsing around in swimsuits (pink for Celeste, lilac for Kagan). “Havent seen it yet…is #barbiemovie good? @ariannyceleste #barbiemovie #barbie,” they captioned the post. Celeste is famous for her beautiful looks and strong, powerful body—so how does she do it? Here are 5 ways Celeste is only getting better with age.
1. High Intensity Workouts
Celeste works hard for her strong physique. “I love high-intensity workouts, like hit training with weights, kickboxing, hot yoga, and Pilates,” she says. “I try to mix it up, so I don’t get bored. It’s important to do different workouts to shock the body, so it doesn’t get used to the same workout day after day. This allows you to build muscle and burn calories. I think it’s all about trying new things and evolving yourself. Sometimes you’re going to want to take it easy. Other days you might push yourself to go harder, but always listen to your body.”
2. Balanced Diet… and Burgers

Celeste is all about moderation when it comes to her diet. “I’m not on any special diet, but I live my life in moderation, for example, if I have a craving on the weekends, I’m going to let myself have pizza or In-N-Out Burger,” she says. “In-N-Out is my new thing on the weekends, but I’ll eat lean meat as far as eating clean. I mostly eat fish, vegetables, brown rice, quinoa, and salads regularly throughout the week. Then again, on the weekends, if I want to indulge, I let myself. I think it’s when you restrict yourself that leads to cravings and overeating, which will ultimately sabotage your attempts to improve nutrition and weight.”
3. Weight Training
Celeste is a trained athlete and loves lifting weights. “I was a competitive cheerleader and gymnast for 15 years,” she says. “We always had to work out and stay in shape. I was the one they threw around in the air. I get bored easily, so I maintain my physique by switching it up between weight training, Pilates, cardio kickboxing, cycling, and circuit training. I’m not afraid to lift weights. In fact, it’s necessary for my petite frame.”
4. SPF Every Day
Celeste takes good care of her skin and protects it from the sun. “I learned early on that certain things are a must in a skincare regimen,” she says. “First of all, never go to bed with make-up because there are all kinds of chemicals in make-up that are not good for your skin. Washing your face day and night is essential, incorporating a vitamin C serum, eye cream, and moisturizer with SPF. SPF is your best friend as it’s going to protect you from the sun, which is the one most damaging things for skin.”
5. She Works Out With Friends
Celeste loves working out with her friends—both human and canine. “I love working out, so that helps,” she says. “I do love eating so I just have to have a balance. I would say, find something that you like, maybe find a friend you can work out with, because that always makes it more fun, and switch it up throughout the week so you don’t get bored. I don’t really have time for hobbies, but I think working out is a very important one, hanging out with my dogs, I love my dogs.”
