UFC’s Paige VanZant In Bikini Says “Miami Sun Heals The Soul”

Paige VanZant is one of the top female fighters out there. She’s competed in the UFC division, MMA, and is currently competing in boxing. Paige also shows off her amazing figure on Instagram. Recently, she took a trip to Miami, and posted a set of bikini photos on her page. In them, she wore a blue suit with red patterns and yellow trim. She Boxes

Since she’s currently competing in boxing, Paige naturally does a lot of it to help her train. “I of course have a very strict workout regimen,” she said in an interview with Women Fitness. “I’m in the gym every day twice a day. Since I have switched over to professional boxing, my schedule comprises of boxing every day sometimes twice a day.”

She Cooks Healthy Meals

Paige makes sure to eat a healthy diet to keep herself in fighting shape. She tells Women Fitness that one of her secrets is cooking healthy meals with her husband. “Dieting is a huge part of being any sort of professional athlete. My husband and I love cooking and we really enjoy making healthy meals together. I like to think of myself as a chef and have competed on many cooking shows.”

She Believes In Balance

Paige does eat a healthy diet, but that doesn’t mean she completely deprives herself. She tells Women Fitness that she believes in eating a balanced diet. “We of course have our occasional cheat day here and there. But once we have a flight scheduled, it’s down to business. Then after we fight we go a little bit crazy and eat everything in sight.”

She Does A Variety Of Workouts

Paige shared some of her workout secrets in an interview with Vogue. She likes to do a variety of different exercises. “Every day is different,” Paige says. “It depends on what day of the week it is. We have lots of classes, wrestling, jujitsu. I do a lot of Pilates, yoga, CrossFit as well. I also try to include one relaxing workout through the week like hiking.”

She Ups Her Cardio Before A Match

Paige does a lot of cardio to keep herself in shape. Especially, when she has a fight coming up. “When I gear up for a fight I try to cut out a lot of the fun outdoorsy workouts and do a lot more training in the gym,” she says in her Vogue interview. “I do more cardio, and I run a lot if I can. I do a lot more sparring and more combat throughout the week.”
