Una Healy is getting real in the gym in her workout clothes. In a new social media post The Saturdays musician opens up about her body changes. “I’ve gained a few kg these past few months…I’ve been keeping fit and healthy and lifting heavier…I feel a lot better now,” she captioned the Instagram Stories image. How has the singer transformed her body with diet and fitness? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Heavy Lifting

Una told RSVP Live that she lifts heavy weights regularly, “five-six times a week,” she said. “I have a little studio at home – it’s my sanctuary – and it’s so important for my physical and mental health.”

2. Self-Care

“I regard beauty and wellness as a form of self-care, whether it’s drawing a relaxing bath, popping on a hydrating sheet mask or just applying my skincare mindfully. I always feel better after a spot of pampering,” Una added to RSVP Live. What makes baths a great form of self-care? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

3. Walking and Running

Una also gets her sweat on outside of the gym. “I enjoy keeping fit with long walks and running,” she said. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

4. Nourishing Meals

Una lives by the motto “you are what you eat,” and takes her diet very seriously. “I nourish my skin from the inside out: I eat a balanced diet with lots of fruit and vegetables, oily fish,” she told RSVP Live.

5. Hydration

Una makes sure to hydrate. “I drink six glasses of water a day,” she told RSVP Live. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

6. Supplements

Multivitamins,And,Supplements,With,Fresh,And,Healthy,Fruits,On,WhiteShutterstock

Una is a fan of supplementation, ensuring she gets all the nutrients she needs. “I also take supplements: Nordic Naturals, Complete Omega-3.6.9 and Valens, Premium Collagen Complex in the morning.”

7. Swimming

Una.Healy.1Una Healy/Instagram

Una swims. “Earlier this year, I took up cold water swimming. I swim either at the coast or in lakes and have got the bug for it! The first time I did it, I thought, ‘what am I doing? This is horrible. It’s so cold.’ Whereas now it just feels invigorating. When you’re immersed in cold water, your body goes into fight or flight mode and is flooded with cortisol, followed by endorphins,” she told Top Sante.

Keely Hodgkinson, a rising star in track and field, has made waves on the global stage. After winning silver in the 2021 Olympics, she clinched gold in the 800 meter at this year's Olympics, solidifying her status as a top athlete. Before her triumphant performance, Hodgkinson graced the pages of ELLE UK, sharing stunning photos from the shoot on Instagram with the caption, "This was so fun." Curious about how she maintains her peak physical condition? Read on to discover five ways Keely Hodgkinson stays in shape and see the photos that prove her methods work.

1. She Does A Split 800 Meter

Hodgkinson shared her training secrets with Runner’s World. She says that she splits the 800 meter up. “There's a session I do, which is usually the last one I’ll run before a championships. It’s a split 800m, so a 400m, 30 seconds’ rest, then another 400m. The outcome is very accurate in terms of telling you what you’re capable of. When I was at the Tokyo Olympics, I did that session beforehand and I split a 1:55.3, then ended up running 1:55.8. So it’s a really honest reflection of where you’re at.”

2. She Trains 7 Days A Week

Hodgkinson trains 7 days a week. She shared her routine with Runner’s World. “So, it’s cross training on Mondays. On Tuesdays, I’ll do a session on the cross trainer and then I’ll do a track session. Wednesdays involve a 30-minute run and 40 minutes on the cross trainer, plus some gym work. Thursdays are similar to Tuesdays, but with maybe more of a tempo-type session. I always have Fridays off, then Saturdays in the winter will be a longer session and in the summer a track session. Sundays in the winter will be hills, and in the summer I’ll do a 15-minute run.”

3. She Eats A Pre-Race Breakfast

Oatmeal,Porridge,In,White,Bowl,,Close,Up,View.Shutterstock

Hodgkinson shared her favorite pre-race breakfast with Runner’s World. “It’s probably one of those questions where nearly every athlete has the same answer, but I’d say porridge – and I always have a cup of tea. Then white toast. I’m usually the athlete who doesn’t have the snacks, although there will often be some granola lying around somewhere.”

4. She Enjoys Eating Healthy

Hodgkinson revealed to Runner’s World that she actually enjoys eating healthy. “I eat pretty well. I’m not really a person who craves takeaways or things like that, because they just don’t make me feel very good. My friends will say, ‘Let’s get a Chinese,’ but I’d rather just eat a chocolate bar, to be honest – that’s my thing. So I eat pretty well, not so much because I have to, but more because I like to. I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables and good carbohydrates, but there will always be a chocolate bar, too. I think I need the calories, to be honest.”

5. She Isn’t Bothered By What Others Think

Hodgkinson isn’t bothered by what others think of her. She told ELLE UK, “You can’t get overly bothered about what everyone else is doing. I think that’s good [to remember] in every aspect of life, whether it’s how you look or what job you have – if you’re just comparing, you’re going to be miserable.”

Mattie Rogers, an Olympic weightlifter and multiple medalist, continues to inspire her fans with her dedication to the sport and her incredible achievements. A four-time silver medalist at the World Championships and a two-time Pan American gold medalist, Rogers exemplifies hard work and perseverance. Recently, she shared a photo on Instagram of her training, capturing the excitement and nerves of getting back into competition mode. “Feels good to be back 💅🏼,” she wrote, highlighting her journey as both thrilling and challenging.

She Lifts Weights

Weightlifting is the main way that Rogers keeps herself in shape. ACE Fitness states that it has a lot of benefits. “Using maximal loads for compound (multi-joint) movements like the deadlift, squat-to-shoulder press, bent-over row or chest press can improve intermuscular coordination, which is the ability of many muscles to work together to generate and control high levels of force through multiple joints.”

She Cooks

In order to help her eat healthy, Rogers likes to cook. She tells ESPN that she makes high-protein pancakes for breakfast. “It's something a little different from my normally rushed breakfasts. These pancakes are sweet, still fast and easy to make, and taste good! It's also very easy to adjust ingredients to fit my diet for any meal of the day. My own recipe. It is never exact and I've always kind of guessed as I go with the ingredients I have on hand. They're one of those things you really can't mess up too badly and can be made with so many different things. As you'll see in the recipe, I don't really measure much of it, just kind of throw some things together and hope for the best!”

She Uses A Row Machine

Rogers shared this video on Instagram of herself working out. One thing she is seen doing in it is using a rowing machine. The Cleveland Clinic states that this has a lot of benefits. “Like running or a session on an elliptical, rowing is a full-body workout. But unlike those activities, you don’t have to stand to do it. That means less pressure on your legs and more work for your upper body.”

She Does Squats

Mattie Rogers is seen doing a squat while using and exercise ball.

Rogers is also seen doing squats with a ball and a weight in the previous Instagram video. Piedmont states that these have a lot of benefits. “Squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Uses An Ice Bath

Rogers tells Barbend that she likes to take ice baths for recovery. “I’ll do this about three times a week. I know it’s a little bit conflicted for some people about how well ice baths work for recovery. I, personally, love them. If anything, they make my joints a little bit less achey. There’s a really big difference between going into a training session the next day… not recovered … versus … [taking an] ice bath, stretch[ing], and being as recovered as I can be.”

She says that the secret to her amazing skin is a healthy diet, and made sure to give some examples. “I nourish my skin from the inside out: I eat a balanced diet with lots of fruit and vegetables, oily fish and I drink six glasses of water a day.”

2. She Works Out Reguarly

Healy opened up about her workout routine in an interview with New Magazine. “I get so much done while the kids are at school. Those hours are precious because I can catch up with work, house chores and maintaining my fitness…I had a personal trainer for a while who used to work remotely, and he had an app where he’d give me loads of exercises to do. Once I got the hang of things, I made a routine for myself. It’s very basic, and I do it three or four times a week.”

3. She Takes Supplements

Healy tells RSVP Magazine that she also takes different supplements to help with her wellbeing. “I also take supplements: Nordic Naturals, Complete Omega-3.6.9 and Valens, Premium Collagen Complex in the morning.”

4. She Makes Time For Herself

Healy lives a busy life, however, she always makes time for herself. She shared some of her favorite self-care practices with RSVP Magazine. “I regard beauty and wellness as a form of self-care, whether it’s drawing a relaxing bath, popping on a hydrating sheet mask or just applying my skincare mindfully. I always feel better after a spot of pampering.”

5. She’s Confident

Healy is all about having self confidence. She tells RSVP Magazine that she thinks she’s gotten more confident as she’s gotten older. “At 41, I’m comfortable in my own skin. I think with age comes confidence. I am of the belief that ageing is a privilege denied to so many, you get one life and it’s so important to live it.”

Bec rises and exercises. “I’m glad to say I’ve been really consistent with my home workout sessions lately. I feel that getting them done early in the morning is such a good way to start the day with zest,” the model told Body + Soul.

2. She Takes Supplements

Bec takes a lot of supplements. “I take a strong Life Space probiotic daily. If my iron is low I take an iron supplement but it hasn’t been too bad lately (I was quite anaemic when I was pregnant with my twins), I take Sambuccol cold and flu tablets if I feel I’m going to get sick and it usually stops it in its tracks. The same goes for Bioceuticals Armaforce. If my kids are sick and I feel like I’m on the verge I can usually nip it in the bud straight away. It’s like magic. I also take Metamucil capsules for extra fibre and Vitalgreens when I’m really busy with work and travelling (ahhh those were the days) and I don’t feel I’m getting the vitamins and nutrients I need,” she revealed to Body + Soul.

3. She Does HIIT and Pilates

Bec does cardio HIIT workout from Keep it Cleaner twice a week and a pilates class once or twice per week, also from KIC. She shared one of her at-home workouts with her followers. “Today’s 20 minute no equipment HIIT from the @keepitcleaner app done in my lounge room. I do approx 2-3 of these a week, interspersed with their mat Pilates workouts. I’m feeling fitter and stronger than I’ve ever been and they are so easy to fit into my day,” she captioned it. “These repetitive exercises are completed in different rounds x4 so there is a lot more work to do than the sped up exercises I have displayed here.”

4. She Eats Protein, Carbs, and Vegetables

Bec keeps her diet simple, clean, and healthy. She revealed to Body + Soul that most of her meals consist of a protein (usually salmon, roast chicken, lamb or an eye fillet steak), a carb (usually rice, quinoa or potatoes) and vegetables (either a salad or steamed/roasted veggies). “Simple but delicious and easy,” she said.

5. She Plays Tennis

Another workout Bec loves? “Cardio tennis three times per week,” she told Body + Soul. ACE Fitness explains that the sport blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

Alison Brie is celebrating a major milestone in her fitness journey. The Mad Men actress, 41, shared pictures of herself wearing black leggings and a gray sports bra, holding gold ‘100’ balloons that were presented to her as a surprise congratulations. “Celebrated 100 classes @formapilatesla with surprise balloons!! (and a killer ab and glute series🥵😛) Thanks for the time under tension, gals!” she captioned the post. Here’s what Brie’s health and wellness routine looks like in her 40s.

1. Working Out To Feel Good

Brie notices a difference in her mood when she doesn’t exercise. “On days that I work out, I feel good—I feel confident I feel strong and calm,” she told Well+Good. "On days that I don't work out I feel a little untethered and a little grouchy, so it's a real priority to me, no matter where I am. I've done workouts in my trailer at work when I had a 30 minute break. I just feel like, it's good to find that time. It's good for your health, and it's good for your mind.”

2. Rise Nation and Peloton

Brie likes doing Rise Nation and Peloton workouts in Los Angeles, and Devin Wiggins and Claire P. Thomas when she wants to do an at-home workout. "I seldom do the exact thing that they're doing,” she told Well+Good. “But I kind of look at it, and mix and match those with a running list that I already keep in my phone of certain exercises that I can do on my own.”

3. Glow Training

Training for her role as Ruth Wilder in GLOW took Brie’s fitness to another level. "I have never considered myself an athletic person until I started working on GLOW. We do a month of wrestling training before shooting every season of GLOW," she told ET. "That's all of the women in the ring. Three hours a day, five days a week. And that was also incredibly empowering. Learning that your body is capable of so much more than you ever expected is pretty life-changing for me."

4. Food Is Not the Enemy

Brie changed her approach to fitness, now focusing on being strong and healthy over being as small as possible. “More than anything, I think, [with] my trainers, we honed in on healthy eating and not considering food the enemy,” she told ET. “ So it's much better for me to do something, have a lifestyle where I live in a healthy way and I work out in a way that makes me feel strong and powerful and I eat food. But I eat healthy food and sometimes I eat unhealthy food and it's fine."

5. Self-Care Routine

Brie uses Epsom salts and CBD to relax. "For muscle recovery, Epsom salts and CBD are a big part of my routine," she told Well+Good. "My husband [actor Dave Franco] and I usually will take a lazy Sunday. We're very serious about our lazy Sundays—the goal is to not leave the house at all. We do next to nothing."

Here’s how Sanon keeps herself in top shape with a variety of exercises that work both body and mind.

She Does TRX

Sanon does a lot of things to keep herself in shape. She is seen using TRX cables in her Instagram video. NIFS states that these exercises have a lot of benefits. “If you have ever taken a class or done some of even the most basic exercises, you quickly see that core activation is one of the most important aspects. The workouts are simple yet very challenging, and you can easily complete a total-body workout only using one piece of equipment in 20 minutes.”

Strength Training

Sanon is seen doing a lot of strength training exercises in her Instagram video. Strength training has a lot of health benefits. Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

Sanon is seen doing hip thrusts with a shoulder press in her Instagram video. Hip thrusts have a lot of benefits. Gymless says, “Hip thrusts are a controlled and powerful movement, mainly focusing on the glutes, hamstrings, lower back, and core. This exercise is vital for developing a stronger posterior chain, contributing to improved athletic performance, alleviating lower back pain, and enhancing overall physique. Considering that about 65 million Americans experience some form of back pain, hip thrusts are a great exercise to include in your routine.”

She Does Russian Twists

Another exercise that Sanon is seen doing in her Instagram video is Russian twists with a weight. Gymless says that this exercise is very beneficial. “Russian Twists are a great exercise that develops all parts of your core, especially the obliques, it also targets the shoulders and hips. This exercise involves rotating your torso from side-to-side while maintaining a sit up position with your feet off the ground. This rotational movement often occurs in sports, which makes it a popular exercise amongst athletes. It is speculated that this was developed during the Cold War by the former Soviet Union as a training exercise for the Russian Soldiers.”

She Uses A Stationary Bike

Sanon also shared this workout video on Instagram. In it, she is seen using a stationary bike. Penn State PRO Wellness reports that stationary bike workouts have a lot of health benefits. “Riding a stationary bike can help build strength in your legs and lower body, especially if you use a higher resistance. The pedaling action can help strengthen your calves, hamstrings, and quadriceps. Additionally, it can work the muscles in your core, back, and glutes.”

Alice De Bortoli doesn’t just light up Instagram with her stunning fashion and effortless style—she also shares the secrets behind her enviable beach-ready physique. The Italian influencer keeps her followers in the loop when it comes to fitness, beauty, and wellness, proving that looking and feeling great is all about consistency. From skincare rituals to core-sculpting workouts, De Bortoli’s daily habits make it clear that staying in shape is about more than just hitting the gym. Whether she’s cooking up homemade meals, breaking a sweat, or showing off a fresh new look, she’s all about feeling her best from the inside out. Here are five of her go-to habits for maintaining a strong, confident, and glowing presence all year long.

She Takes Care Of Her Skin

De Bortoli has impressive skin. Naturally, she takes care of it on a regular basis. De Bortoli shared this video on Instagram sharing her skincare routine. She captioned it, “The secret to perfect skin? Here is my step by step routine! ✨💦🎀 What product can you absolutely not live without?”

She Changed Her Hair Color

Alice De Bortoli dyed her hair

De Bortoli recently changed her hair color. She explained why in the caption of this Instagram post. “The good thing about this color is that it does not require frequent touch-ups and it easily adapts to natural hair growth, it is versatile and can enhance any body and face shape 🧡for those who are tired of blonde or brown, bronde is the solution to change harmony without distortion 🤍for those who have a fair complexion, the most golden tone is recommended 🤎 for the dark complexion, on the other hand, more ash brown ❤️ 🔥what can I say... For me the bronde conquered, and what do you think?”

She Cooks

De Bortoli likes to cook, and she was taught to do so by her grandmother. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and her grandmother cooking together. De Bortoli captioned it, “Grandparents are wealth in society, my grandmother loves to cook and do it with her since I was a child. She has always inspired my creativity, patience, discipline and order but above all traditions, history, and the concreteness of nature's gifts. The greatest teaching my grandparents passed on to me is respect for people, the environment, animals and the kitchen... Today together we made Carnival Frittelle, an easy, quick dessert that adults and kids love. The ingredients are few and simple (but of high quality) and, trust me, the result is guaranteed: nice round but above all soft and tasty.”

She Works Her Abs

De Bortoli shared this video of herself working out on Instagram. In it, she is seen doing core exercises like sit-ups. Core exercises are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes. Strong core muscles help athletes, such as runners. That's because weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries.”

She Works Out With Others

In the previous Instagram video, De Bortoli is seen working out with a friend. Better Health says that this has a lot of benefits. “You’re less likely to get bored when you have a workout buddy, especially a friend. While you’re catching up, having a laugh, encouraging each other, you’re also getting healthier. It’s a win-win. Chatting to a friend during exercise and breaks can help time pass quickly too. You’ll have more options as well, such as a game of tennis or squash.”

Kristin Cavallari is a reality TV and fashion icon. Since she debuted on Laguna Beach, people have clamoured for her fashion and beauty secrets. Cavallari recently shared her eye makeup secrets on Instagram, after several people asked for them. She captioned the post, “This is for the girlies in my DMs asking about this eye every time I do it. Sorry the lighting is awful. I also don’t know why the audio isn’t in sync for half of it 🫣 but here ya go 💗”

She's Less Strict With Her Diet

Kristin shares a Zucchini Almond Butter Blondies recipe

Kristin Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari has written several cookbooks, and they have changed as her diet has changed. While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. “I've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Cavallari said. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

She Loves Cauliflower

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. “I love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.”

She Loves Salad

Krisitn Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. “This salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

She Works With A Trainer

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. “He kicks my ass,” she says. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”
