Valentina Vignali isn’t just known for her striking beachside photos—she’s also got the fitness routine to match. The Italian model and professional basketball player keeps her physique in top form with a mix of adventurous activities and everyday habits that keep her moving. Whether she’s soaring high above the ocean, hitting the basketball court, or simply playing with her pup, Vignali proves that staying in shape doesn’t have to be boring. If you’re looking for fresh ways to feel fit and fabulous, take a page from her book.

She Parasails

Vignali does a lot of things that get her adrenaline going. While on her Aruba vacation, she went parasailing, and included a photo of herself doing so in her Instagram post. Vignali talked about this in her post’s caption. “Parasailing in the middle of the ocean, if you’ve never experienced it, it’s a unique emotion (it’s simple, you can book the experience directly from the gazebos you find on the beach).”

She Swims

Vignali likes to swim to keep herself in shape, and she made sure to do so while in Aruba. Vignali included a photo of herself wading and herself snorkeling in her Instagram post. She also talked about snorkeling in the caption. “Snorkeling on the reef at the rocky beach of Boca Catalina (there are also turtles), I recommend suitable shoes because walking there is very uncomfortable.”

She Hikes

Vignali made sure to see all the sights while she was in Aruba. Naturally, she did a lot of walking and hiking there. Vignali shared photos of herself on trails in her Instagram post. She talked about exploring the flamingo island in her caption. “The famous flamingo island was failed because I discovered that they are not native animals and free but forced to stay there for tourists unable to migrate or move freely, so I didn't want to go there.”

She Plays With Her Dog

Basketball is the main way Vignali keeps herself in shape. According to Fitness Advisory, the sport has a lot of benefits. “Basketball, in its purest form, is essentially another aerobic exercise that helps you burn a great deal of calories. For each hour of basketball, you can expect to burn somewhere between 600-900 calories, depending on your weight and the intensity of your pace. Exercise is only boring if you make it so. Diversify your workouts and come up with a workout routine that is not only enjoyable, but also one that you can stick to. Contact our fitness experts today and we’ll be happy to help.”

Supermodel Bella Hadid was born from good stock—her mom is a former model and her siblings are models—but that doesn’t mean she was born healthy. She has to work for it. The payoff is clear in her recent Instagram photo, in which, hair braided under a bandana, she poses in a bikini and a sarong, sitting on some stony steps. Read on to see 5 ways Bella Hadid stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bikini Photos!

1. She Keeps Her Fridge Organized And Full of Healthy Foods

Hadid Instagrammed a photo of the inside of her fridge a few years back. "If anyone wants me to shop and organize their refrigerators I work mornings," the supermodel captioned the photo. Inside was the inspiration for your next grocery shopping list: Justin’s almond butter, 365 cashew butter, Siggi’s yogurts, Stumptown coffee, BluePrint juices, Harmless coconut water, kombucha, raspberries and other berries, celery sticks, carrots and hummus.

2. She Tries to Feel Good Year Round

Hadad has worked with nutritionist Charles Passler on her meal planning. Regarding his work with celebrities, “my goal is to help them be able to maintain that actual body composition 365 days a year so that they’re not scrambling at the 11th hour to be sure that they are going to fit into a dress or fit into a bikini,” Passler told People. For Hadid: “It’s adequate protein, adequate fat, and lots and lots and lots of nonstarchy vegetables,” said Passler. “That is typically the most bulletproof, easiest, soundproof way to make sure that somebody stays on track.”

3. She Eats an Early Dinner

Whether it’s because she had early family dinners or for health reasons, Hadid doesn’t like a big late night meal. “All of my friends are like, ‘What do you mean, 7? Let’s go at 10.’ Ten is my bedtime,” she told Harper’s. "The goal is to finish eating dinner, and any dessert, at least 2-3 hours before bed," Sydney Greene, MS, RD, from Greene Health tells Eat This, Not That!. "For most [people], with hectic workdays, this is not entirely realistic so set a non-negotiable 1 hour before bed that is food-free. Research shows that those who go 2-3 hours without eating before bed have a decreased cancer risk, insulin resistance, and inflammation."

4. She Goes Hard During Workouts

“I train and I work out hard for two hours — I don’t like to do the whole yoga thing. I think yoga is calming, it’s amazing, but if I’m going to go for it, I’m going to go hard,” Hadid said in an E! News interview. "For decades, competitive athletes have added brief bouts of strenuous exercise to their workouts to boost their performance. Known as interval training, this practice is now moving into the mainstream, bolstered by emerging evidence of its health benefits for all sorts of people, including those with heart disease," reports Harvard Health.

5. Here’s a Sample Workout She Has Done

What's your daily workout? "When time is on my side, I train with my coach for intensive sessions. I run non-stop for 20 minutes followed by a boxing session and finally a series of weights targeting the abs and glutes. We keep the routines varied, so the sessions are always fun," she told Vogue France. To sculpt her curves: "Definitely boxing. But also Body Ballet, I've only tried it out once but I can see the long term results amongst my friends." For washboard abs: "Nothing other than boxing and a series of targeted ab workouts."

Heidi Klum is making the most of her anniversary trip to Italy. On Thursday morning, the 48-year-old supermodel welcomed the new day by showing off her ageless figure in a pink bikini. “Buon giorno,” she captioned a series of images of herself. Earlier, on Saturday, she was among the stars in Capri for the Unicef Summer Gala presented by LuisaViaRoma, with her husband Tom Kaulitz and daughter, Leni Klum, 17. Her silver gown was by Lebanese designer Elie Saab for the event. How does Heidi have the same fantastic figure that she became famous for in her twenties? Read on to see 5 ways Heidi Klum stays in shape and the bikini photo and other photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bikini Photos!

1. She Doesn’t Starve to Slim Down

heidi-klum-italyHeidi Klum/Instagram

Heidi refuses to starve herself to stay slender. “The myth that models don’t eat is totally not true,” she told Shape. “I just think that because we’re in this business, we have to choose more wisely.” She avoids junk food, opting for fruits, vegetables, and lean protein instead.

2. She Exercises to Stay Healthy

Celebrity Sightings In Los Angeles - April 23 2021Crown Media/MEGA/GC Images

Heidi works out, but not for the sake of just looking good. “It’s not just about doing the cardio so that you’re nice and fit, and slim and trim, but your heart needs to pump, too,” she told Shape. “Whenever I need motivation, I think of the big picture. I want to be as healthy as possible for myself and my family.” She also avoids overdoing it. “I don't really exercise that much,” she admitted during an interview with Buro27. "I mean, two times a week for sure. I will do the Stairmaster I've got at home or a running machine. I also think it's important not to exercise too much. I don't think you have to do a lot, but if you do a little bit all the time, I think that's important. Sometimes I'll do some little weights while I'm running.”

3. Her Lifestyle Is Very Active

Heidi is always on the move. “I try to be active as much as possible,” she told Shape but “I don’t have time for workouts every day.” She also tries to mix fitness with family. “Balancing my work and their schedules makes it hard to find time for a traditional exercise routine, so we try to do as many outdoor activities as a family as possible. We love to go on bike rides, take our dogs hiking, or jump on the trampoline. That’s the best way to stay fit and healthy—do things that don’t feel like work.”

4. She Drinks a Daily Smoothie

Heidi reveals that drinking one smoothie per day ensures she gets all of the fruits and veggies she needs. “In 2013, I made a New Year's resolution to drink a fruit and veggie smoothie every morning. It's one of those that went from a resolution to a life habit. My kids and I do it together, and we love it,” she told Shape.

5. She Is a Fan of Intermittent Fasting

Klum revealed to ET a few years back that she does intermittent fasting. "My last [meal] is at 6 p.m.," she said. "I eat with my kids, so I think that also helps a little bit. I think that when you eat a little on the earlier side, it has time to digest and I think it is a little bit better for your body."

Flavia Palmiero is heating up South Florida in her swimsuit. In one of her most recent social media posts the Argentinian actress shows off her amazing body in a blue bathing suit while vacationing in Miami. “Goddess,” commented one of her followers. “Beauty,” added another. How does the 57-year-old maintain her forever young figure? Here are some of her top lifestyle habits.

1. She Gets Non-Invasive Treatments

Once a year Flavia gets “non-invasive” treatments like “facial Ultherapy” (“and with this we tighten the muscle achieving a lifting effect”). She added to Caras: “I have treated the stubborn areas of the body with Coolsulpting. Weekly I do a Body Ter Premiun to tone my legs and abdomen. All treatments that are non-invasive and keep me going.”

2. She Eats 6 Meals a Day

Meal,Schedule,With,Clock,Face.,Figures,Show,The,Time,OfShutterstock

Flavia’s son, Gianmarco Batelini, encouraged her to take care of herself “a little for a genetic reason” and to “live a healthy life,” she told Caras. “And although it was hard at first, I'm already used to it and I eat my six meals a day, strictly adhering to the schedules and I no longer need so much discipline.” She calls it “not a diet but a new life plan.”

3. Here Is What She Eats in a Day

Flavia eats every three hours, starting with a breakfast of coffee, egg whites and green juice. “It is not as strict as diets but I do not consume flour and very little meat, although I really like a good roast. I eat many raw fruits and vegetables; chicken, fish, lean red meat, oatmeal. Zero alcohol and soda never existed in my life,” she said.

4. She Works Out

“Today the gym is a pleasure for me with the routines that my staff Aldo Martínez puts together for me,” Flavia said about her workout routine, which divides the body into two zones. “For the upper part, up to the waist, we do chest, shoulders, triceps; We worked on everything for a day and added back, with pull-downs on pulleys to the chest. We also perform flyes with 2 kilo dumbbells; triceps with pulleys of 2 or 3 kilos each and with planks of 5. They are series of three with fifteen repetitions. Then 30 minutes of aerobics that can be: 10 rowing, 10 climbing and 10 treadmill. The next day we worked on our glutes and legs on a stretcher, with lunges, jogging, tapping, with ankle straps on machines and stairs. In addition, we alternate climbing and aerobic; One minute we run, one minute we walk and so on for 20 minutes. We do another routine with elastic bands and we vary the work.”

5. She Does Pilates

Once a week Flavia does Pilates on the reformer. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

6. She Eats Slowly

It’s not just what you eat, but how you eat it, says Flavia. “I understood that many times one eats out of anxiety. Now I take my time to do it. I eat slowly and that's how I lowered that anxiety. I also learned to reduce the portions of what I eat,” she told Caras.

7. She Also Loves These Drinks

Flavia swears by drinking lemon juice with warm water in the morning. “But I only do that for two months and then I stop; because it is not so good if one abuses it,” she told Caras. “I always have my jar with some very natural juice like ginger, mint and water or green apple, celery, spinach, cucumber and carrot.”

Eva Longoria is feeling sporty! The 46-year-old actress represented her city and showed off her washboard abs on social media Tuesday. “Always reppin’ #LA,” she captioned the photo of herself wearing a LA Dodgers hat with a crop top and black workout leggings. What is the star’s fitness, diet, and wellness ethos? Read on to see 6 ways Eva Longoria stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bikini Photos!

1. It All Boils Down to Diet and Exercise

Eva is pretty blunt when it comes to health advice. "Especially as you get older, people want to know the secret to looking good and there is no secret. It's diet and exercise," she told Vogue Australia. "People say they eat well but they don't exercise. Or they run 20 miles a day but they can't lose weight. You have to do both."

2. She Does a Lot of Different Workouts

Instead of relying on one type of workout to stay in shape, Eva is constantly rotating them. "I do a lot. I'm a runner, I do yoga, I do pilates, I do SoulCycle and I'm just constantly mixing it up," she told People.

3. She Eats Her Veggies

The Academy Museum Of Motion Pictures Opening Gala - ArrivalsMatt Winkelmeyer/WireImage

Eva makes sure to eat lots of veggies and an all-around healthy diet. "After I run, I eat probably the same thing every morning, which is egg whites with spinach and turkey bacon," she told The Cut. "I could easily be a vegetarian because I love vegetables so much and I feel like L.A. is a place that can support healthy living," she added to InStyle. "I love cooking with vegetables and I have a secret for cooking with vegetables, [which] is that they don't need a lot. A lot of people cover them in cheese or cover them in a sauce, and vegetables really only need olive oil."

4. She Works Out Like It’s Her Job

Eva weight trains with Grant Roberts and regularly shares videos of her sweat sessions on her Instagram feed. Some of the exercises she does? Compound moves to work multiple muscles simultaneously, like squat/rows, sled pushes, battle ropes, and school deadlifts.

5. She Tries to Have a “Healthy Outlook”’

Eva is realistic when it comes to her health and maintains that skinny does not equate to healthy. She once told Health that at her skinniest, she was also the unhealthiest she had ever been. “I try to have a healthy outlook. I'm your everlasting, hopeless optimist!” she said. "I don’t feel like we should go by these rules and social constructs of society where you have to be a certain size to be pretty," she added to Health a few years later.

6. She Has a Healthy Approach to Wellness’

Recently Eva has been obsessed with trampolining, using her JumpSport trampoline for fun workouts. “Saturday workouts are better with a trampoline,” she wrote alongside an image of the springy workout tool, which she has dubbed the “Rolls Royce” of trampolines.

Eva Longoria, 46, is one of the fittest female stars in Hollywood, as can be demonstrated by the slew of swimsuit snaps she has been sharing this summer. The activist and Desperate Housewives actress, star of the current film The Boss Baby: Family Business, doesn’t pretend her toned curves come naturally: Her Instagram feed is also filled with lots of photos and videos about her incredibly hard core diet and fitness ethos. Something must be working, given how good she looked on National Bikini day last week. Here is everything she does to stay so fit—including her diet, workout, and wellness secrets, and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Is Disciplined About Diet and Exercise

There is no magical, easy way to stay in shape as you age, per Eva. It all boils down to discipline.. "Especially as you get older, people want to know the secret to looking good and there is no secret. It's diet and exercise," she revealed to Vogue Australia. And it isn’t a one or the other type of equation. "People say they eat well but they don't exercise. Or they run 20 miles a day but they can't lose weight. You have to do both."

2. She Does a Lot of Different Workouts

3. She Loads Up on Veggies

Eva eats her first meal post workout session in the morning, and tries to keep her diet clean and filled with veggies. "After I run, I eat probably the same thing every morning, which is egg whites with spinach and turkey bacon," she told The Cut. "I could easily be a vegetarian because I love vegetables so much and I feel like L.A. is a place that can support healthy living," she added to InStyle. 4. She Is Disciplined When She Needs to Be

While she is generally “a moderation girl” when it comes to her diet, sometimes she takes more extreme measures to slim down — including going sugar-free for three months. “I'll cut out all sugar and simple carbs that turn into sugar — rice, pasta, bread. I'm not a big carb person anyway, so it's not that hard," Longoria revealed to Glam Belleza Latina. After welcoming her first child, she attributed her weight loss to “eating air” for six months. “I haven’t drunk wine. I haven’t eaten sugar. I haven’t seen a carb in awhile,” she told Us.

5. She Food Preps

While Longoria loves to cook, when she is on set she gets food delivery to help keep her diet healthy. “Before I could afford a food delivery system, I would make my breakfast and lunch, I'd pack some snacks, and put almonds in my purse. I was always prepared because I was always hungry," she told Health.

6. She Trains Hard

Eva works out with trainer Grant Roberts, and isn’t afraid of serious strength and weight training. Her Instagram feed is filled with clips of her hardcore workouts, which involve a lot of compound moves to work multiple muscles simultaneously, like squat/rows, sled pushes, battle ropes, and school deadlifts.

7. She Is Into Trampoline Cardio

Toni Breidinger is no stranger to pushing limits, whether she’s dominating the racetrack or powering through an intense workout. The NASCAR driver and social media star isn’t just about speed—she’s also serious about strength, endurance, and staying mentally sharp. In her latest update, Breidinger gave fans a glimpse of her exercise routine, proving that her fitness game is just as strong as her driving skills. From explosive box jumps to tracking her progress with fitness apps, she follows a well-rounded approach to training that keeps her in peak condition. But it’s not just about the physical—her mindset plays a huge role in her success. Here’s a look at the habits that keep her at the top of her game.

She Doesn’t Let Pressure Get To Her

Breidinger tells Marin Living that she doesn’t let the pressures of racing get to her, and that this has helped with her career. “I don’t really feel added pressure, more like a sense of responsibility to pave the way so other minorities have better opportunity to come up through motor sports,” she says on how she feels about her groundbreaking status. “I take a lot of pride to be able to represent in NASCAR and it’s amazing how much support I’ve received from Arab girls and women.”

She’s Motivated

Breidinger is extremely motivated when it comes to her career. She talked about where this comes from to The Modems. “I am very ambitious and stubborn so I feel like I naturally keep myself motivated to reach my goals, but I also have my bad days where motivation is just a struggle. I’m lucky because the people I surround myself with are always there to lift me up and keep me on a positive mindset.”

She’s Positive

Breidinger is a big believer in having a positive mindset. She tells The Modems that this is one of the reasons for her success. “I’ve gotten so much good career advice over the years but the best one was, ‘Mindset is what separates the best from the rest’. I always knew a positive mindset was important but I never really applied it to my life until this year and it really has changed my life for the better. It sounds cliché but I swear by it.”

She Tracks Her Fitness

I also use MapMyRun to record all my runs so I can keep track of those as well. It’s so handy to be able to keep track of all my health goals easily all in my phone.”

Alice De Bortoli doesn’t just light up Instagram with her stunning fashion and effortless style—she also shares the secrets behind her enviable beach-ready physique. The Italian influencer keeps her followers in the loop when it comes to fitness, beauty, and wellness, proving that looking and feeling great is all about consistency. From skincare rituals to core-sculpting workouts, De Bortoli’s daily habits make it clear that staying in shape is about more than just hitting the gym. Whether she’s cooking up homemade meals, breaking a sweat, or showing off a fresh new look, she’s all about feeling her best from the inside out. Here are five of her go-to habits for maintaining a strong, confident, and glowing presence all year long.

She Takes Care Of Her Skin

De Bortoli has impressive skin. Naturally, she takes care of it on a regular basis. De Bortoli shared this video on Instagram sharing her skincare routine. She captioned it, “The secret to perfect skin? Here is my step by step routine! ✨💦🎀 What product can you absolutely not live without?”

She Changed Her Hair Color

De Bortoli recently changed her hair color. She explained why in the caption of this Instagram post. “The good thing about this color is that it does not require frequent touch-ups and it easily adapts to natural hair growth, it is versatile and can enhance any body and face shape 🧡for those who are tired of blonde or brown, bronde is the solution to change harmony without distortion 🤍for those who have a fair complexion, the most golden tone is recommended 🤎 for the dark complexion, on the other hand, more ash brown ❤️ 🔥what can I say... For me the bronde conquered, and what do you think?”

She Cooks

De Bortoli likes to cook, and she was taught to do so by her grandmother. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and her grandmother cooking together. De Bortoli captioned it, “Grandparents are wealth in society, my grandmother loves to cook and do it with her since I was a child. She has always inspired my creativity, patience, discipline and order but above all traditions, history, and the concreteness of nature's gifts. The greatest teaching my grandparents passed on to me is respect for people, the environment, animals and the kitchen... Today together we made Carnival Frittelle, an easy, quick dessert that adults and kids love. The ingredients are few and simple (but of high quality) and, trust me, the result is guaranteed: nice round but above all soft and tasty.”

She Works Her Abs

Alice De Bortoli doing ab exercises

Alice De Bortoli/Instagram

De Bortoli shared this video of herself working out on Instagram. In it, she is seen doing core exercises like sit-ups. Core exercises are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes. Strong core muscles help athletes, such as runners. That's because weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries.”

She Works Out With Others

In the previous Instagram video, De Bortoli is seen working out with a friend. Better Health says that this has a lot of benefits. “You’re less likely to get bored when you have a workout buddy, especially a friend. While you’re catching up, having a laugh, encouraging each other, you’re also getting healthier. It’s a win-win. Chatting to a friend during exercise and breaks can help time pass quickly too. You’ll have more options as well, such as a game of tennis or squash.”

Kristin Cavallari is a reality TV and fashion icon. Since she debuted on Laguna Beach, people have clamoured for her fashion and beauty secrets. Cavallari recently shared her eye makeup secrets on Instagram, after several people asked for them. She captioned the post, “This is for the girlies in my DMs asking about this eye every time I do it. Sorry the lighting is awful. I also don’t know why the audio isn’t in sync for half of it 🫣 but here ya go 💗”

She's Less Strict With Her Diet

Cavallari has written several cookbooks, and they have changed as her diet has changed. While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. “I've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Cavallari said. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

She Loves Cauliflower

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. “I love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.”

She Loves Salad

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. “This salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

She Works With A Trainer

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. “He kicks my ass,” she says. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”
