Vanessa Lachey On Instagram Shares “Bikini Bob” For Netflix

Vanessa Lachey is one of Netflix’s busiest employees. She and her husband, singer Nick Lachey, host the massively successful dating show, Love Is Blind. Recently, Vanessa did another project for Netflix, and she made sure to pick the right outfit. Vanessa shared a set of photos on Instagram of herself posing in front of the mirror. In them, she is seen in a black strapless bikini, showing off her figure. Vanessa captioned the post, “Bikini BOB. Got glam in a bikini, only for @netflix!” How does Vanessa Lachey keep herself in shape? Here are 5 of her secrets.
She Takes Care Of Her Skin
Vanessa has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared some of her secrets with New Beauty, via Yahoo Life. “I wash my face every morning and night, and I moisturize right after. I keep an exfoliation cleanser in the shower, which makes it easy for me, and I use it probably twice a week.”
She Embraces Her Body
After having her second child in 2015, Vanessa didn’t pressure herself to lose weight. “For me, the key was embracing my new body and loving how I am as a mother,” she said to New Beauty, via Yahoo Life. “I tried to surround myself with positive, loving people, and that helped. Also, just taking everything in baby steps, no pun intended. It took your body nine months to get there, and it’s not going to go back over night.”
She Works With A Trainer
Like many people, Vanessa works with a trainer to keep herself in shape. Her trainer, Gregg Miele, talked about working with her to E! News. “I train her like any one of our athletes here at our facility Heart & Hustle Gym, in Los Angeles,” he says. “[The program is] head-to-toe, front-to-back and left-to-right training to teach the body how it was meant to move.”
She Works Her Entire Body
Vanessa makes sure to work her entire body. Gregg shared what her typical workout is in his E! News interview. “We assess her through basic movements patterns on day one and from there build a structured, progressive strength and conditioning program,” he explains. “It’s effective because it’s a total body, athletic-based circuit consisting of all the components (strength, cardio and flexibility) necessary to initiate change.”
She Watches Her Portions
One way Vanessa changed her approach to eating was changing her portion sizes. She encouraged others to do the same in an interview with Us Weekly. “I think portion control is always the biggest thing that people can do, because it’s impossible to say, ‘Change the way you eat.’ I have three kids, like, I’m gonna constantly be eating whatever’s on their plate. That’s just how it is.”
