Veronika Rajek in Two-Piece Workout Gear Reflects on Her Body Turning 28

Here are her top health habits.

Veronika Rajek is discussing aging and flaunting her washboard abs. In a new social media post the Slovakian model discusses what happens to the body as you age, sharing a photo of her six-pack at 27 and hoping to debunk the myth that you will start "gaining weight even from a sip of water" after the age of 25. "I've treated my body well so let's continue in next years," she added in her Instagram Stories.

1

Limited Diet

Veronika doesn't really follow a strict eating plan, but only likes a few foods. "I cannot share my secret – I don't have a diet," she told Pillow Talk podcast. "I only eat like five or six foods all year long. I only eat greek salads, tomato soup, grapes with Nutella and strawberries, spaghetti and some Slovak food."

2

Exercise

Veronika works out regularly "I workout normal, like running, squats and abs, 1hr 30 mins of workout time," she added on the podcast. Rollerblading is another one of her favorite calorie-blasting activities. In one of her latest Instagram Stories she reveals that she skated 15 miles in one day.

No Fast Food

Veronika avoids fast food. I don't eat healthy, but I don't eat trash or junk food," she said on the podcast. "I had McDonald's when I was like 16. When I was working as a model in Milan and I only had a few Euros. I went to McDonald's and didn't know what it was because I was 16. I got a cheeseburger and didn't like it."

4

Supplements

Veronika takes Alo supplements. "Celebrate progress, no matter how small," she captioned a post, holding up a bottle of multivitamins. While supplements shouldn't be a replacement for food, they are a great way to ensure your body is getting the proper nutrients if your diet is deficient of some of them.

No Plastic Surgery

Despite accusations she has gone under the knife, Veronika denies any plastic surgery. "I was forced to do this check-up to get people to believe me," she told The Sun, revealing she had to go to a doctor to have them confirm to the world that her chest is "real, with no enhancements, objects or scars," she said. "My doctor was really surprised as she thought I'd had surgery too and said I had the most beautiful natural breasts." She maintains that because she worked out during her teen years, she built chest muscles giving them a "nice shape." She said: "God gave me these gifts and I want people to believe me."
