1. She Uses The Right Ingredients In Skincare Products

Beckham has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared her secrets in an interview with Glamour. “Over the years I’ve really learned what ingredients work for my skin,” Beckham says. “I like to use very powerful formulas that have many benefits and include key active ingredients like niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, and Professor Augustinus Bader’s TFC8 technology. That’s why our Power Serum is my holy grail for both day and night. It contains all of these key ingredients plus vitamin E and olive fruit extract, which help protect against free radicals and blue-light damage— so important for how much time I’ve been spending in front of the screen.”

2. She Cleanses With Cold Water

Beckham tells Glamour that she likes to wash her face with cold water in order to cleanse her skin. “In the morning, I start by splashing some cold water on my face to reverse any puffiness or dullness (or glass of tequila) from the prior night. I learned this little tip from Melanie Grant, my favorite facialist. She taught me to dunk my face in ice water, but most mornings I just use ice-cold water from the tap.”

3. She Uses A Serum

Beckham shared her favorite serum in her Glamour interview. “I follow up with my Cell Rejuvenating Power Serum. I can’t start my morning without it. It’s almost like a multivitamin for my skin—it is supercharged with Professor Augustinus Bader’s TFC8 technology, which jump-starts my skin cells’ renewal process. It treats prior damage (including time!) and strengthens my skin barrier to protect against any future damage. Trust me, it’s an absolute must-have.”

4. She Keeps Her Skin Moisturized

Beckham keeps her skin moisturized. She shared her favorites in her Glamour interview. “In the daytime, I follow with my Cell Rejuvenating Priming Moisturizer, which also contains Bader’s TFC8 technology. I really enjoy this step because you see instant results. My skin is immediately moisturized, pores are blurred, and I’m left with a subtle light-reflecting glow. It is beautiful alone or under makeup, honestly. I have barely even picked up my foundation because this healthy glow is enough. Now that the weather is warming up, I’ve swapped my illuminating shade for the golden shade for a subtly bronze glow.”

5. She Works With A Trainer

Beckham and her husband work with a personal trainer to stay in shape. Their trainer, Bobby Rich, talked about working with them to Vogue. “We’ve been training with weights regularly, for four or five years now,” Rich said. “It’s as much mental as it is physical. Victoria treats training like brushing her teeth–it’s something she wants and has to do and it sets her up for the day. It’s just part of her lifestyle–in fact, I train both of them five days a week, in person. When they’re on the road, it’s remote, five days a week. Nothing changes.”
