Victoria Beckham is hitting the gym broken foot and all. In a new social media post the Spice Girls singer turned fashion designer shows off her famously fit figure in a sports bra and leggings during a workout session at Gold’s Gym. “Can’t keep me out,” she captioned the Instagram Story. How does the forever young 49-year-old approach health and wellness? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.
1. Exercise Is “Part of Who I Am,” She Says
In an interview with The Guardian’s Weekend magazine Victoria explained that exercise is a daily habit, and “a really positive thing for me,” she added. “It’s part of who I am now, and I really enjoy it. That was a big part of why I wanted to work with Reebok – I had very specific ideas about the workout clothes that I wanted to wear and couldn’t find.”
2. Two Hour Workouts
Victoria works out a whopping two hours every day, breaking her fitness bouts up throughout the day. She runs a 7k on the treadmill at 6am, “a mix of uphill fast walking, jogging, running,” followed by a training session with a personal trainer, “30 minutes legs, 30 minutes arms, toning and conditioning, then loads of planks and that kind of thing for my core.”
3. Podcasts and Cardio
Victoria told Allure that her favorite podcast right now is SmartLess, which she listens to while she’s on the “stair climber thing,” getting her steps in. She does this before her trainer session five days a week.
4. Balance
During the interview with Allure, Victoria was asked if she ever sits on the coach and eats potato chips. “I’ve never been that person,” she responded “Look, I love to go out and have a drink and have fun. It’s got to be about balance.”

Beckham was also asked whether or not her daughter Harper knows about her breast implants, which she had removed a few years back. “If I’m honest, I wish I’d never [gotten implants]. It was a moment in time, and I think I can share my experiences with her,” she said. “But we’re not there just yet.”
5. Red Wine

During the interview with Allure, Victoria drinks red wine. “Red wine, in moderation, has long been thought of as heart healthy,” says the Mayo Clinic. “The alcohol and certain substances in red wine called antioxidants may help prevent coronary artery disease, the condition that leads to heart attacks.”
