Victoria Beckham is giving social media followers a look behind the scenes at her exercise routine. Beckham, 49, shared a picture of herself wearing head-to-toe black workout gear, performing a move using a resistance cable. “Whilst my @VictoriaBeckhamBeauty Priming Moisturiser in Golden helps with that instant golden glow, I can see the difference in my skin texture and radiance from taking care of myself, with regular exercise and other wellness tricks I’ve picked up along the way from experts and friends,” she captioned the post, adding that she works out five times a week with trainer Bobby Rich. Beckham’s fitness and diet routine has been a source of fascination for decades—here’s what she does to live her best, and healthiest, life.

1. Wrist and Ankle Weights

Beckham says Gwyneth Paltrow introduced her to the mantra that working out should be as normal as brushing her teeth. “I usually workout every morning prior to beginning my day and recently incorporated strength training into my routine which has been a fun way to switch up my regime,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. “When I want to sneak a workout in and I’m low on time, I love wearing the Bala Bangles wrist and ankle weights: They’re a sneaky way to feel that burn in a short amount of time.”

2. Tracy Anderson Method

Beckham swears by the Tracy Anderson Method to give her a strong, toned physique. “Each morning, the first thing I do is have three tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, followed by a mug of hot water and lemon and multiple coffees,” she told Net-a-Porter. “I then like to get my workout done – and I have to say, the coffees help me do that. I dance a lot, and I’ve done the Tracy Anderson Method for over nine years now; you focus on every single muscle in your body and it’s quite intense. Tracy is a really great woman, and since being introduced to her Method, it has changed how I feel, my confidence levels and how I hold myself. For me, it’s about making the best of what I have and maintaining it rather than doing anything drastic.”

3. Skincare First

Beckham takes good care of her skin—after all, she is the best representative of her beauty line! “I'm religious about my skincare routine,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. “I struggled with my skin for years, so ensuring it's clean and healthy is a big part of my beauty routine. I cleanse my face every morning and night using the Augustinus Bader Cleansing Balm, follow with our Victoria Beckham by Augustinus Bader Cell Rejuvenating Power Serum, then add the Cell Rejuvenating Priming Moisturizer.”

4. No Screens At Bedtime

Beckham makes a point of putting her phone away before bedtime so as to relax and sleep better. “Studies that have really shown support for light’s impact on sleep onset and melatonin production are much more people using screens for two hours straight prior to bedtime,” sleep medicine expert Michelle Drerup, PsyD, DBSM, tells the Cleveland Clinic. “That’s in contrast to someone checking to make sure they don’t have any messages to respond to an hour before bed. Or someone looking over their schedule for the next day and then doing something to relax.”

5. Baths At Bedtime

Beckham relaxes in the evenings with a nice bath. “I love a warm bath, especially on days when I’m on back to back calls, I like to use Epsom salts to unwind from the day,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. “I usually follow this with the Osea Undaria Algae Body Oil and use it on my damp skin to lock in moisture.”
