Victoria Beckham turned 50 last April and doesn’t look a day older than 30. The Spice Girls singer-turned-fashion designer is famous for her regimented approach to diet and exercise, so it comes as no surprise that her skincare routine and approach to anti-aging are similar. How does she keep her skin taut, tight, and glowing? Here are all her skincare secrets.

Here Are Her 3 Go-To Skincare Products

Backham is such a fan of Augustinus Bader, she collaborated on products with the skincare company. “For me skincare is super important,” she said in a video posted on the brand’s website. First, she targets key concerns with the VB x Augustinus Bader's Cell Rejuvenating Power Serum. Next, she hydrates and protects her skin with The Rich Cream. ““I became totally obsessed with this moisturizer,” she said in the video. Third, she primes and preps for makeup with the Cell Rejuvenating Priming Moisturizer

Beckham is a big fan of beauty gadgets. She uses an LED lamp to stimulate collagen production and reduce inflammation. “I have noticed such a difference using an at-home LED light and I try to use it every night,” she said via Instagram.

Victoria does eye and face masks regularly. “I love to wear eye masks to revitalize tired eyes after a long day. The 111SKIN Black Diamond is my favorite,” she told Byrdie. For her face, she uses Dr Barbara Sturm Deep Hydrating Face Mask. “After sleeping in this mask, which soaks in so it doesn’t look funny or feel sticky, my skin feels amazing. Super hydrated, clear and very soft,” she says.

Hydration and Clean Eating

Beckham nourishes herself from the inside out. “I always want that healthy glow, so I do everything I can to take care of myself both on the inside and the outside. This starts with the basics—making sure I drink enough water throughout the day, eating clean, sustaining meals, and getting enough sleep (the last one can be tricky),” she told Byrdie.

Steaming

Another one of her go-to rituals? She is a fan of “steaming” her face. “I sometimes even travel with a portable steamer!” she told Byrdie.

Gisele Bundchen is one of the most iconic models of all time. She is best known for her time as a Victoria’s Secret Angel, where she pioneered the horse walk runway walk. Bundchen is still looking amazing today. She shared some photos of herself and her family on the beach on Instagram. In the first photo in the set, Bundchen is seen in a brown two-piece swimsuit, her figure on display. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Gisele Bundchen stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Eats Healthy

Bundchen shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Vogue. She says that she makes sure to eat a healthy diet. “I think we are what we eat,” Bundchen said. “And that food should be our medicine. It is very important to drink plenty of water and eat food that comes from the earth, like fruits and vegetables, rather than processed food. All of this is reflected directly on the skin.”

2. She Does Breathing Exercises

Yoga,Breathing,Inhale,Exhale,Sign,At,Fitness,Class,On,LightboxShutterstock

Bundchen likes to do breathing exercises. She shared one of her favorites in her Vogue interview. “There is one breathing exercise that I did a lot of when I was prone to panic attacks that still helps me refocus today: alternate breathing. You just have to inhale, block the right nostril to hold your breath for a few moments and then exhale from the left nostril. Then, the same with the left nostril. You can continue the exercise for 1, 5, or 10 minutes depending on the time you have available, as soon as a need for calm is felt.”

3. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Bundchen has amazing skin, and she shared some of her tips in an interview with Vogue. “I always remove makeup with organic coconut oil (the same one I use for cooking) because it is, in my opinion, the easiest way to remove all traces of makeup. I put it all-over on my face, remove it with a cotton ball and then rinse it all off with lukewarm water. Then I intensely nourish my skin with a good moisturizer, before applying makeup. This is the secret to making it healthier and smoother. And of course, drink lots of water!”

4. She Stays Hydrated

Bundchen shared some more of her habits for healthy skin with Vogue. She says that she makes sure to stay hydrated. “Water is your best ally to have beautiful skin, so you need to drink plenty of it,” Bundchen said. “I also rely on electrolytes, which help better absorb water and increase hydration tenfold. I take a drink with a lemon flavor which is a very good bonus.”

5. She’s Consistent

Bundchen makes her skincare a priority in her life. She tells Allure that she makes sure to stay consistent with skincare. "Taking care of your skin is a lifelong practice. I have learned that in order to have healthy skin later in life, you have to make skin care a priority when you are young. Everyone's skin is unique, so you need to find high-quality products and a daily skin-care routine that works for you."

If I’m home with my family, I keep my routine simple and just embrace it and let it be.”

Jodie Comer is a highly successful actress from Liverpool, known for her great depths and good looks. She first made waves when she appeared in the miniseries, Thirteen. Comer’s most well-known role was as Villanelle in the popular series, Killing Eve. She earned an Emmy Award for this role. Comer has also appeared on the stage, starring in the West End and Broadway adaptations of Prima Facie. She won both a Tony and Laurence Olivier Award for the role. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 7 ways Jodie Comer stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

London,,United,Kingdom,-,December,04,,2023:,Jodie,Comer,AttendsShutterstock

Comer makes sure to take care of her skin. She shared her morning skincare routine with Vogue. “I cleanse first and foremost. Then, given the weather [is cold and grey] at the minute, I’ve been really enjoying using serum a bit more. Noble Panacea recently brought out its Vitamin C Booster, and I like mixing it with the Prime Radiance Serum to give my skin a little extra moisture in the mornings. If I have time, I love to depuff. I’ll use some kind of cryo ball which I keep in the fridge or freezer to take any puffiness down – I probably only do it like once every few weeks though.”

2. She Moisturizes Her Under Eye Area

London,,United,Kingdom,-,December,03,,2023:,Jodie,Comer,AttendsShutterstock

Comer shared that she is working on keeping her under-eye area moisturized to Vogue. “I went for a facial recently and I was told my under-eye area is extremely dry. I’ve been trying to be a bit better about using eye cream. I always feel like in the winter it’s easier to indulge in all the skincare steps. In summer you’re focusing on SPF and light make-up, and you feel like you need less, so I always enjoy this time of year, having all of these little skincare rituals.”

3. She Gets Facials Done

Jodie,Comer,Attends,76th,Annual,Tony,Awards,At,United,PalaceShutterstock

Comer loves to get facials, and he tells Vogue that she goes to specific people to get them done. “I think if you are able to treat yourself to a facial every now and then, going to a place or a person who is really going to take the time to give you a bespoke treatment that’s tailored to what your skin needs [really helps]. The last thing that skin is is one-size-fits-all. I love to lie down, have someone stroke my face and fall asleep, but if you want to get your skin clear, do your homework and go to someone who knows what they’re doing.”

4. She Does Yoga

London,,United,Kingdom,-,April,02,,2023:,Jodie,Comer,AttendsShutterstock

Comer tells Vogue that she practices yoga to stay in shape. “As with anything in life, the things that make us feel better we tend to push to one side… I’m really loving my yoga at the moment, and I know if I get up early and do it before my day starts, the day is completely transformed. But it’s also the first thing that I will talk myself out of. But I do love yoga – there’s something about the mind-body connection that I really, really enjoy.”

5. She Meditates

London,,Uk.,May,12,,2019:,Jodie,Comer,Arriving,For,TheShutterstock

Comer tells Vogue that she likes to practice meditation. “I think breathwork is really powerful as well. There are so many amazing apps now. For instance, Insight Timer, which has meditations and guided sessions that, if you’ve got 10 minutes, you can do anywhere. Between the matinée and the evening show when we were in the Harold Pinter theatre, I’d do a little 20 minutes, which always seemed to help.”

6. She Does Pilates

Comer shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Net-A-Porter. She says that she does Pilates to keep herself in shape. "I’ve realised I have to really look after myself for my mental health,” Comer explained. “So I enjoy Pilates as exercise."

7. She’s Vocal About Boundaries

Los,Angeles,-,Jan,04:,Jodie,Comer,Arrives,For,TheShutterstock

Comer revealed to Net-A-Porter that she knows what she’s comfortable with and isn’t afraid to speak out about it. “I think I’ve noticed it in myself and finding my own boundaries and what I’m comfortable with and not comfortable with, and the ability to be vocal about it,” she said. “I wish I would have found that earlier, but you have to go through your own experiences in life, so that’s how I feel the change. But I haven’t had any awful experiences to speak [of]; I’ve been extremely lucky.”

Heidi Klum is dancing it up in a luxurious swimsuit! On Saturday, the German supermodel got the world’s attention, showing off her moves and her hot body in a bathing suit. Her message? Her new single collaboration for Germany’s Top Model theme song, Chai Tea with Heidi, played in the background. How does she manage to make 48 look like 24? Read on to see 8 ways Heidi Klum promotes longevity and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Beauty Boils Down to the Basics

According to Klum, her forever young beauty boils down to the basics. “A lot of beauty comes down to common sense,” she told Who What Wear. “I get bombarded with products from all over the world, and I love trying all of those different things, but for me, the basics are most important. When I eat well and keep hydrated I can see the difference in my face when I look in the mirror. You’ve got to look in the mirror and see if there is something up. That way, you know if you break out it could be because of the garbage you ate. If you look dry and your skin doesn’t snap back, you’re not hydrated. If you just look at yourself and listen, you know what to do.”

2. Her Diet Is Healthy

2021 MTV Movie & TV Awards: UNSCRIPTED - ArrivalsAmy Sussman/Getty Images

Klum maintains that you are what you eat. “For me, beauty is all about food. There is only so much you can do topically. I learned that a really long time ago. I’ve been in this industry since 1992 and I’ve always believed you are what you eat. Having said that, a lot of work has to go into every meal to make sure you’ve got all of the fatty acids, vitamins, antioxidants and hydration you need. We can’t do it all because it’s a lot of work to prepare. Often, I’ll find the time to do the prep (like put chia seeds in to soak overnight), but not everyone has the time and freedom to do things like this, especially as we get older! I find that a supplement is a great add-on to my already pretty healthy diet. A couple of years ago I started taking one Perfectil a day because I was getting older and thought, ‘What do I have to lose?!’ Of course, no pill will solve your beauty problems. Food always comes first, but I do think it’s a good boost,’” she told WWW.

3. She Washes Her Face with Baby Shampoo

Klum uses shampoo as a face wash. “A long time ago, I went to see an eye doctor because I had a sty and they told me to wash my face with Johnson & Johnson Baby Shampoo. Some days I’ll get home from work and have multiple layers of fake eyelashes on and lots of makeup and they told me that Baby Shampoo will mean I can really get into the eye and clean all of the makeup out. It made sense to me! Now it’s all I use. It’s not super-harsh unlike all of these products at the moment that strip your skin. Personally, they don’t work for me,” she told WWW.

4. Coconut Oil Is Her Favorite Product

Homemade,Coconut,Products,On,White,Wooden,Table,Background.,Oil,,Scrub,Shutterstock

Klum revealed to WWW that one of her favorite skincare products is actually cooking oil. “I love using just plain, old coconut oil that you get in the supermarket. Especially in Los Angeles right now, everything is so dry and I’m outside a lot. I love to lather up some coconut oil in my hair and on my body too. It’s so inexpensive and it just makes everything feel so yummy and nourished. In general, I like going more towards the natural things instead of the sorts of products that are full of perfumes and astringents. I really love trying all of those things but very rarely do I actually stick with it. I’d rather use coconut oil,” she told WWW.

5. She Uses Sunscreen

Amy Sussman/WireImage

Klum revealed to Harper’s Bazaar UK that she hasn’t always slathered on SPF. "I have added sunscreen to my daily routine. I grew up without a lot of awareness of how important it is to keep your skin protected from the sun. I remember tanning with baby oil – can you imagine doing that now? I have always been a sun bum. I’m at my happiest on a beautiful beach in the hot sun but, now, I put on sunscreen first. I like the tinted sunscreen by La Roche Posay,” she said.

6. She Takes Supplements

Amy Sussman/Getty Images

"I definitely think that you can buy all the potions and creams but it is essential to nourish your skin from within,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. “I drink a fresh smoothie every morning that is made from fresh fruit and vegetables, and I take two Perfectil Vitamins which are targeted for my skin, hair and nails."

7. She Exfoliates

2019 American Music Awards - Red CarpetJeff Kravitz/FilmMagic

Klum revealed to Elle UK that she is all about exfoliating, getting body scrubs at Beverly Hot Springs. “It's the best one I've ever had. They get off all your dead skin, I love it!” she said.

8. She Loves Drunk Elephant Products

In one of her Instagram posts, Klum revealed some of her skincare go-tos. They included Drunk Elephant T.L.C. Framboos™ Glycolic Resurfacing Night Serum, Drunk Elephant T.L.C. Sukari Babyfacial™ 25% AHA + 2% BHA Mask, and Drunk Elephant C-Firma™ Vitamin C Day Serum.

Blake has trained with Don Saladino for around 15 years. His goal is “to combine these worlds of performance physiques,” he told Women’s Health.“She's got to be on the red carpet, she's got to be in movies, she's got to prepare for specific roles.” He also preps her body for life. Resiliency is a big priority. “I want to make sure her being a mom of four, her being on the road, changing time zones, running businesses—we got to make sure her body doesn't break down,” he says.

They Start by Assessing Her Needs

Saladino starts each session by discussing how she is doing. “When her body doesn't feel right or she gets a really bad night's sleep, we might go heavier on the steps or we might do more restorative work,” he says. Another example? If Blake's back hurts or is tight, he will focus on glute activation or posterior chain work. “We recognize how she's feeling day in and day out,” Saladino says. “If it's not the day to put the foot on the gas, it's not the day to put the foot on the gas.”

Activating Muscles and Increasing Heart Rate

Next, they will spend 10 to 15 minutes activating different muscles and increasing her heart rate. Saladino also tries to “make sure that she's feeling ready,” he says.

Strength Training

Blake does four to six workouts a week, focusing on strength training. Her workouts are split into "linear days," working on bilateral moves, and "lateral days," doing unilateral movements, which really engage her core. Saladino usually splits their workouts into upper and lower body days. He told Women’s Health that her sessions start with her carrying a weight, like a farmer’s carry, to engage her muscles and warm up. Next she does kettlebell deadlifts, split squats, and bilateral and unilateral presses.

She Does Circuits and Lots of Reps

They also strengthen the core and glutes, as well as her arms. "She's picking up kids all day," he says. Blake does about 15 to 25 reps for each move, Saladino says. “She just connects with it a little bit better” than doing, say, eight to 10 reps, he adds. She is also open-minded about her circuits. “When she goes, she likes to go,” Saladino says. She might do more reps than he asks her to. If “she's feeling it, she's in the groove, I'm like, ‘Go for it,’" he adds.

Supersets and Tri-Sets

Blake Lively is spotted out for an evening in NYC's SoHo

They also do many supersets or tri-sets, performing two or three back-to-back exercises. “We like to keep moving,” Saladino explains. “We like to make it a little bit about endurance.” He also adds higher-intensity cardio bursts at the end of their workouts.

Walking

Blake Lively attends the 2024 LACMA Art+Film Gala

He also ensures she gets her steps in by walking on the treadmill. She aims for a zone one or zone two restorative cardio range with low-to-moderate cardio levels. “My goal with her is not to break her down,” Saladino says. “We need to make sure that every day she's waking up, she's feeling great, she's feeling energetic, and she can rinse and repeat.”

"My heaviest, I was like 203, and I’m 5 foot 3 and a half," Clarkson told Whoopi Goldberg on an episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show. "It’s funny because people assume, ‘Oh she must’ve been miserable, depressed, whatever,’ and I was like, ‘No I was not.' I was never insecure about it, I was happy,” she added. However, she recently embarked on a weight loss journey, with reports she has lost a whopping 60 pounds. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? On the May 2024 episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show, Clarkson revealed that she used a weight-loss drug – not Ozempic – to lose “a lot” of weight. “Mine is a different one than people assume, but I ended up having to do that too because my bloodwork got so bad,” she said. She noted that it is “something that aids in helping break down the sugar—obviously my body doesn’t do it right.”

According to Kelly, her doctor "chased [her] for, like, two years" to take the medication, and she resisted because she was concerned about how her thyroid would react to it. But she finally caved. “All of a sudden I paused it, and I was like, ‘Who is f*ck is that?’” she said. “You see it and you're like, ‘Well, she’s about to die of a heart attack,’" Kelly said. On January 29, 2024, Kelly told King of Queens star Kevin James that she “was told I was prediabetic,” by her doctors. “That was literally what happened,” she continued. “They were like — and I was, well, I wasn’t shocked. I was a tiny bit overweight. So, yeah, but I wasn’t shocked by it. But they did. They were like, ‘You’re prediabetic. You’re right on the borderline.’” However, she didn’t do something about it initially. “And I was like, ‘But I’m not there yet,’” Kelly said. “And then I waited two years and then did, however, move into the — I was like, ‘Okay, I’ll do something about it.’”

“I was very unhappy in L.A. and had been for several years. I needed a fresh start,” Kelly told People in 2024. “We told NBC, ‘I’m not trying to sound ungrateful, I just can’t stay here anymore for my mental health; for me and my kids.’ They weren’t doing well either. For the past few years, I’d just been showing up and smiling and doing what I’m supposed to do, but you can only compartmentalize so long until you break."

She Started Walking More

After moving to New York City, Kelly started walking with her kids a lot more. “We go walk the dogs a few times at the park,” she told People. “We'll go for ice cream because my daughter will wear me down. We'll go make slime and we go to the museum. Walking in the city is quite the workout."

Kelly focuses her diet around protein. “I eat a healthy mix,” she told People. “I dropped weight because I’ve been listening to my doctor—a couple years I didn’t. And 90 percent of the time I’m really good at it because a protein diet is good for me anyway. I’m a Texas girl, so I like meat—sorry, vegetarians in the world!”

Kelly’s diet is "healthy mix," with room for treats. “I still splurge. The other night I had a frozen yogurt with my daughter, and it was magical," she added.

In 2018, Kelly explained that she modifies her favorite meals to make them healthier. “It’s the same stuff you eat—I just use different ingredients,” she said. “Even like fried chicken, I use cassava flour, tapioca, or almond flour, and you use non-hormone chicken.”

Cold Plunges

Rayna Vallandingham is flashing her washboard abs – in a two-piece exercise set from Alo. In a new social media post the actress flaunts her impressive midsection during a workout at the gym. “dojang diaries,” she captioned the series of snaps. “Magnific! Very very beautiful,” commented one of her followers. “♥️More like diaries of a hottie♥️” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here are her top lifestyle tips.

Be Consistent

Consistency – at the gym and the martial arts studio – is the key to success. "It is a way of life," Rayna says. "It's not only teaching your body movements and being in synchronicity with your body, but also just like the mental aspect of it."

Fight Your Way to a Hot Body

Rayna is a big fan of martial arts. She has been doing taekwondo since she was 2, earning her first black belt at 6. "In the very beginning, my parents put me in the sport because I was just really shy, and I think they could tell that I needed something," says Vallandingham, who lives and trains in Los Angeles. "Immediately, I just loved it. I felt at home, and every single day, instead of watching Dora, I wanted to go to the dojo,” she told Well + Good. Studies confirm that the practice helps with balance, cognitive function, psychological health, weight loss, and physical fitness.

Work on Strength and Flexibility

Rayna recommends prioritizing strength, flexibility, and power. "Of the three, I think strength and flexibility are the top two," Vallandingham says. "We used to have people stand on my legs and force my knees to come down in butterfly stretch," she says. "I have permanent damage to my body—I have tendonitis [because of this]."

Lift Weights

If you want a strong, lean body like Vallandingham, you must lift for it. The star strength trains, focusing on supersets, doing two moves back-to-back that target the same muscle groups to double down on their gains. One of her favorite exercises is a goblet squat. She stands with her feet shoulder-width apart, folded forward until she can slide her palms underneath her soles (you could also hold your ankles or calves), then bends her knees, lowering her butt toward the floor while lifting her chest, coming into a deep squat. She'll bend and extend her legs several times in this position. Then, it's on to the main event, holding a weight in her hands while bending down into a deep squat. "I love utilizing a Bosu ball—they're pretty much in every single gym," she adds.

Stretch

Rayna never skips stretching. She starts by by lying on the floor with her legs up the wall and then allowing them to open out into a side split. "I let gravity do its work because that's my body telling me, okay, this is where we're at," she says. "My hips are opening on their own, and I'm not having to force anything." “Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints,” says Harvard Health. “Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage.”
