Victoria Silvstedt is getting a workout in – in her two-piece workout ensemble. In a new post, the model shows off her incredible body – including her flat abs – in a sports bra and leggings, while stretching. “Monday motivation,” she captioned the Instagram Stories. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.
1. Mediterranean Diet
Victoria is all about the Mediterranean diet. “I try to avoid eating carbs and especially before a photo-shoot. I also try to limit my amount of red meat intake. I guess you can describe my diet as a Mediterranean, wholesome and vegetable-based diet,” she told Arabian Moda about her eating habits. She is “not your green juices 24/7 kind of girl,” adding that she has a few cheat meals and drinks. “I must have a dessert everyday and especially chocolate. And what is a night like without a glass of wine?”
2. Supplements
Victoria ensures she is getting all her nutritional needs met with the help of supplements. “So many people ask me how I stay healthy and in shape…my secret is taking this cell-enhancing anti-again total balance women’s Premium for 10 years,” she revealed in a recent Instagram post.
3. Yoga, Pilates, and Running
Victoria has a few go-to workouts. “I love working out outdoors like doing some yoga and pilates every now and then. I prefer to go running outside rather than to workout at the gym,” Victoria told Arabian Moda. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.
4. Sleep

Victoria also gets her rest. "Good sleep is the best,” she told Fans Share. Why do you need lots of sleep? According to the Sleep Foundation, it is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.
5. Stretching

In her latest post, Victoria stretches. “Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints,” says Harvard Health. “Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage.”
