Silvstedt recently spent time in St. Tropez, and shared highlights on Instagram. In two photos, she is seen in a red and white striped swimsuit. She captioned the post, “Hello beautiful September.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Victoria Silvstedt stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Believes In Balance

Silvstedt talked about some of her favorite workouts in her VictorDeMonaco.com interview. She says that she likes to run to keep herself in shape. “I love working out outdoors,” she says. “I prefer to go running outside rather than to workout at the gym.” Better Health states that running has a lot of benefits. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight-bearing exercise. Strengthen muscles. Improve cardiovascular fitness. Burn plenty of kilojoules. Help maintain a healthy weight.”

3. She Does Pilates

Silvstedt talked about some of her favorite workouts on Instagram. In this post, she revealed that she loves Pilates. The Cleveland Clinic states that Pilates has a lot of benefits. “Pilates is a form of strength training, but it doesn’t look like some of the other strength training exercises you might be familiar with. Pilates focuses more on improving muscle tone than building muscles, but the result is similar: greater stability and endurance. Pilates isn’t going to bulk you up — if anything, it’s designed to cultivate a longer, leaner look. Still, it can lay a strong physical foundation for muscle-building activities — and may even reduce your likelihood of injury.”

4. She Loves Yoga

In the same post, Silvstedt revealed that she also loves to practice yoga. According to Hopkins Medicine, “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

5. She Loves Celery Juice

Silvstedt shared some of her favorite foods and beverages in an interview with Monaco Life. She says that she likes to drink celery juice. “Every morning I have celery juice and hot water and lemon,” she says. “We are all trying to find the fountain of youth so I keep looking for it every day. But I swear by the celery juice. I got the idea from my health guru on Instagram, Medical Medium. Let’s see if it works and I live to be 120!”
