The Victoria’s Secret brand has produced several stars in the modeling world. One of them is Angel Stella Maxwell. Stella is known for her amazing figure and skin, even when she’s not on the runway or in front of the camera. Recently, she shared some photos on Instagram of herself in a two-piece set workout gear. Stella captioned the post, “Endless summer.” Stella’s amazing abs were on display. Naturally, she makes sure to take care of herself to maintain said abs. From a protein shake recipe, to yoga, here are 5 things that gave Stella Maxwell her supermodel looks, and the photos that prove they work.

She Makes This Protein Shake

 

Sometimes, Stella makes a protein shake in the morning. She shared her recipe in an interview with The Cut. “Depending if I’m working or not, either I’ll go work out and then maybe have a protein shake — I’ll make one with protein powder and some almond milk. Sometimes I’ll add some chia seeds and cinnamon, just to make it seem kind of pleasant.”

She Does Yoga

Stella shared some of her favorite workouts with The Cut. She says that she loves practicing yoga, and does it when she travels. “When I’m traveling, I always make sure I pack all my Victoria’s Sport. I bring my yoga mat sometimes with me. Yoga is a great thing to do because you can just practice it by yourself in your hotel. My friend showed me how to do it the first time. She had a private class at her house and I joined in. It’s an hour of time when you’re focusing on your breathing and your body. You take yourself out of whatever is going on in your life and spend that time focusing on your body and your thoughts.”

She Switches Up Her Workouts

For Stella, working out means variety. “I do a bit of everything,” she says to The Cut. “It’s good for your body not to get too used to the same routine. I have a trainer I see regularly here in L.A. I also like to do a lot of outdoor exercise. I think that’s a more special experience, especially if you can go with your friends — hiking, even going to the beach for the day and swimming, or maybe some surfing.”

She Works With A Trainer

Stella, like many people, works with a personal trainer. She shared what she works on with her trainer in an interview with Byrdie. “I have a personal trainer as well that I go to see, and she does a lot of toning and lengthening. I think trainers look at models and sculpt them kind of like dancers—kind of long and lean. To do that, they use a lot of bands.”

She Uses A Stairclimber

Stella loves using the stairmaster when she goes to the gym. She tells Byrdie that she loves the satisfaction she gets from completing a session on the machine. “I like the step machine and the climber because it says, ‘You’ve climbed the Eiffel Tower’ [when you hit goals], and it’s really satisfying and you’re like, Wow, I did that in 20 minutes.
