Vladislava Galagan is flexing in her two-piece workout gear. In a new social media post, the bodybuilder flaunts her muscular figure in an exercise set at the gym. The Instagram Stories image highlights her super fit physique. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.
Training Since She Was 16
Vladislava has always been athletic. “I started going to the gym and lifting when I was about 16 years old. Before that, I was involved in various sports (running and basketball). I just liked going to the gym. In the beginning, I had no goal other than to get a beautiful body,” she said in an interview.
Bodybuilding Changed Her Life
How has bodybuilding changed her life? “I have become more disciplined. I learned a lot about my body. I can say that I got to know myself. I gained complete control over my body and awareness. I feel my muscles and control them, and this is an indescribable feeling,” she said in the interview.
Protein
Vladislava prioritizes protein. “You can take any type of protein both plant and animal. I alternate, Dieting isn’t an easy thing for me because I love to eat delicious food but I cook in advance and it helps me stick to my diet,” she said. According to clinical trials, consuming more protein than the recommended dietary allowance not only reduces body weight (BW), but also enhances body composition by decreasing fat mass while preserving fat-free mass (FFM) in both low-calorie and standard-calorie diets.
Yoga
In addition to bodybuilding, Vladislava does yoga. “Birds of a feather 🫶🏻 @anna_kanyuk
#yoga #motivation #sea #stretch,” she captioned a post. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. “Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood,” they said. “People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”
Disclipline and Consistency
