WAG Georgina Rodríguez in Bikini Enjoys “Recovery” with Cristiano Ronaldo

Georgina Rodríguez is soaking up the summer in her bikini. In a new social media post, the model and her pro soccer stud partner, Cristiano Ronaldo, flaunt the famous figures while lounging in a hot tub. “Recovery con mis 2 amores ❤️,” she captioned the Instagram snaps. Lots of fire emojis followed, as her fans embraced how stunning she is. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here are her top tips for staying in shape.
Eat Healthy
Georgina enjoys cooking. She whips up healthy meals for herself, her partner, and their kids. “We tend to eat the same because we always eat together,” she told InStyle. “My star dish is lentils with chorizo sausage,” she said. She recently whipped up tortilla de patatas for her followers. However, she will cheat on occasion, especially if her baby daddy is away. “If he’s with the team or traveling to an away match, me and the kids spoil ourselves. We ask for pizzas for example. Or we stuff ourselves with popcorn,” she revealed.
Find a Workout Partner
Georgina’s workout buddy is Cristiano, with whom she regularly hits the gym. She confessed to Women’s Health that she was initially “embarrassed” to train with the athlete. However, she made it a priority to keep up with him—and it shows!
Do Yoga
Georgina is all about Bikram yoga, an intense form of the practice. Why should you do yoga? “Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years gained less weight during middle adulthood,” says Harvard Health. “People who were overweight lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) than those who did not. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”
Go Running
Georgina enjoys running on the treadmill and the beach. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is excellent for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.
Use Resistance Bands
Per Rodriguez, you don’t need expensive equipment or heavy weights to exercise. She uses resistance bands, a great tool to increase the burn. They are especially helpful for her leg and lower body workouts. In this reel she demonstrates different leg workouts at home with a resistance band placed above her knees.
