Wags to Riches’ Keeta Hill in Bikini Is “Snatchedddd and Glowing!”

Keeta Hill is keeping August hot in her bikini. In a new social media post, the Wags to Riches star shows off her famous figure in a brown bathing suit while on the beach. “So pretty,” commented one of her followers. “Snatchedddd and glowing!” added another. How does the reality star maintain her perfect physique? Here are her top diet and fitness habits.
Pilates
Keeta does Pilates and even teaches classes. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body’s inner core while increasing flexibility, resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.
Running
Keeta also enjoys running, both outdoors and on the treadmill. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is excellent for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.
Strength Trainings
Keeta is an exercise influencer and regularly shares videos of her strength training workouts. She even started a fitness brand, Own Flow, sharing diet and fitness content with her followers. Most of her workouts involve heavy weights and various body weight moves. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and build lean muscle mass, and increase calorie burn. Strength training may also help you:
- Develop strong bones
- Manage your weight
- Enhance your quality of life
- Manage chronic conditions
- Sharpen your thinking skills
Yoga
Keeta is also a yogi. “Moving with intention,” she captioned a post of herself showing off her moves. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. “Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood,” they said. “People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”
Jet Skiing
Keeta stays active while on vacation by jet skiing. “Juicy water & Jet skis,” she captioned this post. According to Health Fitness Revolution, the average 150-pound rider will burn a surprising 238 calories during a half-hour ride. The sport is also great for cardiovascular endurance.
Snowboarding
Keeta also enjoys snowboarding. “First time snow boarding,” she captioned a video. According to the University of Rochester, snowboarding, like skiing, is a great cardiovascular workout. “Because they are also weight-bearing exercises, they strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles,” they say. “Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for chronic diseases, and lower blood pressure. They also help you maintain a healthy body weight. Through regular aerobic exercise like skiing and snowboarding, you lower your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and heart disease, having a stroke, and perhaps even getting cancer.”
