According to The Cleveland Clinic, swimming has a lot of benefits. "Cardio activity is one of the keys to a healthy heart, and swimming's cardiovascular benefits are clear. It's been shown to: Improve cholesterol levels. Reduce blood pressure. Lower your risk of heart disease."

She Wants To Inspire Her Kids

Nara opened up about her decision to appear on the show in an interview. Nara was diagnosed with leukemia, and wanted to push through it. She says that she wanted to inspire her kids to push through things. "When they invited me to be on 'Dancing with the Stars', obviously the situation was more stable. Before signing the contract, I asked the doctors whether I could accept while receiving treatment. They told me 'yes, 100 per cent, do it'. This experience, especially the younger ones who did not understand what was happening to their mum. They will feel like everything is fine. I'm dancing to show that I'm fine."
