Sol Pérez is dancing in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Argentine weather girl shows off her body in a bathing suit while also showing off her impressive dance moves. In the TikTok video she dances around in a tiny, brown two-piece, wowwing her fans. “Beautiful,” commented one of her followers. “Pretty,” added another. 1. Conquer Your Mental Battle
“The biggest limit is not physical, it's mental!” she captioned a video of herself lifting a whopping 176 pounds. “Becoming the best version of yourself, that's what it's all about,” she captioned another post.
2. Stick to Super Intense Workout
Sol works hard for her body, exercising regularly and making every workout count. Most of her Instagram workout clips involve her lifting heavy weights, doing intense bodyweight exercises, and doing moves that combine cardio and strength training.
3. Run
Sol also does a lot of cardio. She prefers running outdoors than on a treadmill. In this photo she goes for a jog with her mother. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.
4. Cook Your Own Meals
Sol, who appeared on MasterChef Celebrity Argentina, cooks her own meals. “This program helped me get to know myself, I don't give up. Everything can be done with effort and dedication, don't look at what the person next door is doing or if they deserve it for you or not, see what you can do to improve yourself, to be better. THANK YOU,” she wrote after the show.
