She prepares the most delicious-looking meals entirely from scratch for her adorable family, all while wearing an effortlessly chic 'fit. Talk about kitchen goals! To top it all off, Smith narrates each video in her soothing voice.

It's clear the 23-year-old TikTok star makes sure to eat a nutritious diet, and we rounded up just some of the essentials she typically eats in a day.

1. Bananas

Based on her content, Nara Smith includes plenty of fresh fruit in her diet. One fruit that's featured in many of her mouthwatering recipes? Bananas.

Smith compiled a "What I Eat In A Day" series on her TikTok, where one video shows her preparing a fruit smoothie in the morning. She includes sliced bananas, wild blueberries, orange juice, cilantro, and collagen.

In another Instagram video, Smith is shown popping a tray of bananas in the oven "to ripen them further" for her divine chocolate banana bread recipe. Yum!

Bananas are chock-full of potassium, which can help decrease high blood pressure. This nutrient has also been associated with a lower risk of heart disease and stroke, according to Harvard Health Publishing.

2. Strawberries

In Smith's "What I Eat In A Day Series," strawberries make many appearances. In one video, the model completed her breakfast with a bowl of coconut yogurt, strawberries, honey, and chia seeds. In another clip, Smith enjoys a grain-free waffle topped with fresh strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and peach jam.

On Instagram, Smith shared another variation of her breakfast waffle: cassava waffles topped with peach puree and chopped strawberries.

3. Lemon Water

Although lemon water technically falls into the "beverage" category, it's a crucial part of Smith's daily routine. She kicks off each morning with a tall glass of lemon water, which is an incredibly healthy habit to pursue.

According to the Cleveland Clinic, pouring a fresh glass of lemon water is a stellar way to boost your hydration first thing in the AM. It's also an excellent source of vitamin C.

4. Yogurt

Smith enjoys eating yogurt for breakfast and snack. To give you an idea, one of her TikToks shows Smith preparing the most delightful blueberry chia pudding with coconut yogurt, and of course, fresh strawberries.

5. Sweet Potato Noodle Miso Salad With Chicken

For lunch, Smith shared a go-to choice of hers: the most aesthetically pleasing sweet potato noodle miso salad with chicken. It's packed with vibrant-colored veggies like edamame, carrots, cucumbers, scallions, and red cabbage—and the chicken gives it a nice little protein boost.

6. Deconstructed Burger Plate

In the same TikTok clip, Smith walks viewers through her dinner: a deconstructed burger plate, complete with burger patties, lettuce, tomato, asparagus, pickles, healthy-looking French fries, and a serving of homemade guacamole.
