Winnie Harlow is on the move! The model, 29, shared pictures of herself wearing brown leggings and a matching tank top, sitting on a pile of boxes outside her house. “Guess whaaat?!? IM MOVINGG 📦🏠🥹 I’m leaving LA and while it’s bittersweet, I knew I needed help making this transition as smooth as possible for Moving day success! This was my first house. I’ll miss it 🥹❤️ A whole life packed into boxes. But with it comes a new chapter, and a chance to create new memories. So here I am, embarking on a new journey thanks to Roadway moving. Because moving isn’t just about changing addresses; it’s about embracing new beginnings. And with that, I’m ready to write the next unforgettable chapter of my life!” she captioned the post. Here’s how Harlow stays fit, focused, and happy.

1. Pilates and Strength Training

Harlow loves Pilates and strength training. “I hate cardio and I have to do a lot of it currently but I really don’t like it, I prefer weight training,” she told Vogue. “Pilates is a lot of fun too, as I love to stretch. If I meet a new trainer, I always let them know that I love to stretch, and if they just make me put my arms up above my head and hold them for a few seconds I have to switch trainers. I did ballet when I was younger and I still practice my stretches after a workout. I also have a gym in my condo in Canada, so I work out a lot there too.”

2. Regular Diet

Harlow enjoys a protein-packed diet with plenty of vegetables. “I [generally] have three meals and two snacks,” she told ELLE. “Breakfast is something like an egg scrambled with quinoa and spinach and turkey bacon. Then I have a snack, like a healthy lemon poppy seed muffin. And then lunch is salmon with maybe veggies and quinoa again. And then my late night snack is protein balls or a protein shake.”

3. Work Diet

Harlow switches up her diet ahead of work. “With castings for fashion week coming up, I’m trying to eat well as it is a part of my job,” she told Vogue. “I think it’s great though because I do feel brighter and lighter when I am eating healthily. I’ll eat lots of vegetables, fill up on seafood, some fruit here and there, and make sure I take my vitamins and drink lots of water. I take multivitamins and a fiber supplement to keep my digestive system on track and a probiotic to keep everything in balance.”

4. Inspired by Cher

Harlow is inspired by artists like Cher. “Recently, I have been loving Cher’s old looks,” she told Vogue. “I’ve been looking through a lot of them and just seeing how she used to experiment with her hair, her looks and her outfits. I really want to recreate one of her looks for a shoot. In one photograph, she has this really epic outfit with her stomach out, and I just absolutely admire it.”

5. Holistic Health

Harlow believes health and beauty are linked. “If you're not drinking enough water, or you're not eating enough vegetables, or you're not working out enough, or you're not getting your toxins out, I feel like it always reflects,” she told ELLE. “When I am in the gym consistently, eating right, taking care of my skin, my skin is flourishing. Don't forget your water. You need to stay hydrated. Whatever your goals are, you always need to stay hydrated.”

WNBA star Te'a Cooper is gearing up for her strongest summer ever! The 26-year-old Los Angeles Sparks point guard shared a video of herself wearing black shorts and a matching tank top, going through an intense weight training workout at the gym. “Let’s turn the summer up ‼️💪 #beenonmygrind👑,” she captioned the post. “I love everything you are doing for women in sports, keep inspiring women all over the world! 🐐” a fan commented. Here’s how Cooper stays fit, focused, and on top of her game.

1. Solo Workouts

Cooper was forced to adjust her training schedule after getting injured at University of Tennessee. “I had to go to practice at, like, six in the morning by myself, and my dramatic self, I felt like I was all alone,” she told Slam Online. “I’m like, it was just me against the world. You know you play sad music to make you sadder? Jhene Aiko has a song called ‘W.A.Y.S.’ and I had it on repeat, walking through the gym, and I worked out by myself. You don’t have anybody to push you when you’re working out by yourself, but I had to run sprints by myself, like, who was I racing? I had to find that in myself and that was…ooh, it took me a minute to do that.”

2. Vegan Diet

Healthy,Homemade,Chickpea,And,Veggies,Salad,,Diet,,Vegetarian,,Vegan,Food,Shutterstock

Cooper says going vegan for a few months positively impacted her energy levels. “A variety of vegan foods are rich in protein,” say the experts at Harvard Health. “They include soybean products (tofu, edamame, tempeh), seitan, lentils, beans or peas, nutritional yeast, spirulina, soy milk, cashew milk, nuts and seeds, nut and seed butters, veggie burgers, and meat alternatives.”

3. Sports Illustrated Model

Cooper is thrilled to have posed for Sports Illustrated. “When I got the call, I initially [thought], ‘Did they call the right person?’” she told the magazine. “It kind of felt like I was getting ready for a game. It was really comfortable. I was super excited to just be with them and see them be out of their element, too. They are so empowering. They just really make you comfortable in your own skin.”

4. Hair Entrepreneur

Cooper is proud to have her own hair brand called Hollywood Luxury Hair. “Anyone can sell hair, but I think making the customer experience personable and relatable is what sets us apart,” she told Femina Magazine. “We want people to feel like they are buying hair from someone they know and trust while knowing they will get a great product out of the experience.”

5. Acceptance and Growth

Cooper has a glass-half-full approach to life. “I think people think my life is so perfect because I never look defeated,” she told rolling out. “No matter what I’m going through, I’m always excited about what’s next. Something terrible could have happened, but I’m excited that I’m still alive to be able to learn from that and grow from it... Learn what you can control. Anything that you can’t control, just leave it alone.”

Former professional wrestler and TV personality Nikki Garcia (one half of the Bella twins with sister Brie) is getting back into her fitness routine after some time off. Garcia, 40, shared a video of herself wearing black workout gear, using kettlebells and a barbell at the gym. “Shaking… vacay is officially over… time to get back on it! Why at times does it feel like I’m starting all over 😭 lol Also did lunges, arm exercises and more ab exercises too. PS check out those sparkly @apl Obsessed! Thank you!! I know… I should have worn black socks lol,” she captioned the post. Here’s how this busy mom and entrepreneur stays happy, healthy, and fit.

1. Low-Impact Exercises

Garcia loves yoga, Pilates, and barre workouts. “I also love power-walking,” she told Us Weekly. “It’s about having a healthy lifestyle. I don’t drink soda; I don’t eat fried food unless it’s french fried every now and then. I make sure to get protein and veggies in.”

2. Eat Your Vegetables

Garcia has a holistic approach to health and beauty. It’s important to be healthy. You live happier and longer!” she previously told What Lola Likes. “And feel better. Grilled chicken, fish and veggies are my besties. And brown rice at lunch. And you can never ever drink enough water. That’s the secret to perfect skin and smooth legs!”

3. WWE Star

Garcia is very proud of her WWE run. “I would say winning the WWE Divas Championship [was best personal accomplishment] because the company had faith in me that I could represent the Divas and that I was a role model,” she previously told What Lola Likes. “That moment that I knew I was going to win was a reward to myself for all the hard work I had put in. Not only all my hard work I put in the ring but outside the ring at charity events and overseas with our military. All the work we did outside of the ring put an incredible smile on my face. In the end I do what I do for my fans, not only do I give to them but they give to me. They make me feel accomplished and loved.”

4. Advice For Younger Self

Life,Happens,Text,On,White,Background.Shutterstock

Garcia wishes she could give her younger self some advice. “I would definitely tell my younger self to lose expectation!” she told New Beauty. “Don’t even let that word be in your dictionary. Know that life’s a roller coaster. Ride, stay on your path. Have your goals, but know life happens. And that’s O.K.”

5. Thriving In Her 40s

Garcia has no qualms about her 40s.“One thing I’ve noticed going into 40 is just what a stronger woman I’ve become,” she told New Beauty. “It’s everything I’ve heard about women in this decade! I love how much more I’m using my voice, setting my boundaries, and living my life. I like where I am at—I’m a mom, I’m a wife, I live in Napa Valley with my sister, we make wine, we have this great career. I feel fortunate and we have great health going into this next decade. I feel blessed.”

Twilight star Ashley Greene is giving fans a glimpse at the highlights of her year so far. Greene, 36, shared several pictures of herself and family, including one of the star wearing black leggings and a purple workout top, looking fresh-faced and very toned. “Life lately,” she captioned the post, adding the word “commitment” for her workout selfie. Greene is now the co-owner of a gym, and her fitness routine has adapted to motherhood—here’s how the actress stays fit and full of energy.

1. Sweating For Good Headspace

Greene previously talked about her love for Rise Nation workouts in Los Angeles. “Mentally, for me, it’s so important. It really keeps me kind of sharp and focused,” she told Women’s Health. “I kind of alternate between doing the Versa classes and strength training and I’m waiting for the day that I can do them both in one day! It’s always that thing where, even when I don’t go to the gym, if I’m just sweating and being active – even if it’s not an intense session – I always feel so much better and things are much more organized in my head.”

2. Fueling Her Workouts

Toast,With,Peanut,Butter,,Banana,Slices,,Honey,And,Almond,FlakesShutterstock

Greene eats to fuel her workouts. “I used to have to have breakfast, but it was, like, yogurt,” she told Women’s Health. “Now I have to have two pieces of wholegrain toast and almond butter, honey and bananas on top. That would bother some people because it’s got a decent amount of fat, but you have to recognise that it’s fuel; it doesn’t matter if I’m putting calories and fat into my body – I need it to do the type of strength training that I like to do.”

3. Postpartum Fitness

Greene was careful about jumping back into her workout routine after welcoming daughter Kingsley Rainn in September 2022. "I wanted to feel fully back into my body… I really wanted to focus on making sure that I gave myself enough rest for everything to go back into place, and made sure that I wasn't trying to jump back into where I was and hurting myself," she told PEOPLE. "I feel like there's this idea that you are cleared after eight weeks and you can just jump back in, and that is so far from the case. I think it's really damaging to a lot of people.”

4. Learning Self-Confidence

Greene has learned to become comfortable and confident in her own skin. “I don't know that I've ever met someone who hasn't had some type of insecure moment or stage,” she told HuffPost. “You're growing and you're learning, and some days are good and some are bad. I'm definitely the most comfortable in my skin than I've ever been. I understand that a lot of things aren't the end of the world.”

5. Gym Owner

Greene and husband Paul Khory opened their own gym NexGen Fitness in Sherman Oaks, CA, and she is thrilled her daughter will grow up being familiar with the place. “She was just running around this place that holds so much importance to all of us,” she told PEOPLE. “She’ll grow up understanding and have such a toolbox for mental health and physical fitness and reproductive rights, and that’s such a cool thing to be able to give all that to your daughter. It’s much more fulfilling to put your name and your face behind something that you truly care about."

Celebrity Sightings In London - April 12, 2023Ricky Vigil M/Justin E Palmer/GC Images

In her recent post, Harrison revealed that she is working on being authentic on social media. Specifically, she’s working on not editing her photos.“I’m currently reading power vs force and I feel this is something I need to address after finishing it. I haven’t been over editing my photos for a long time now and although I learnt my lesson I never really took accountability for the fact that I done it. So here it is…I’m sorry to you if I made my insecurities your insecurities. I’m sorry to myself for not loving my imperfections the way I encourage others too. And I’m sorry to society for once being part of the problem. I promise to continue to embrace my authentic self going forward and I acknowledge that authenticity is the highest form of love for oneself and others.”

2. She Works Out With Friends

Harrison makes sure to workout on a regular basis. Sometimes, she likes to workout with her friends. Harrison posted this video on Instagram of herself and a friend exercising on a trip together. She captioned the post, “POV - You and your bestie go on a trip to get fit, work on your self worth and laugh like teenagers again. 🏋️‍♀️☮️ @chloeothen having the best time whilst achieving so much internally and externally at @no1fitnessretreats staying in the @hotellemandala 🌕 You attract relationships that reflect how you view yourself, don’t work on changing them… Work on changing you baby and the way you view yourself because you are the bollocks.”

3. She Weight Trains

In the previous Instagram video, Harrison and her friend are seen weight training together. The Mayo Clinic recommends doing weight and strength training exercises. “Strength training may also help you: Develop strong bones. By stressing your bones, strength training can increase bone density and reduce the risk of osteoporosis. Manage your weight. Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories.”

4. She’s Embracing Her Pain

In this post on her Instagram, Harrison reveals that she is embracing the negative experiences that she has gone through in order to move forward. “Just because it hurts doesn’t mean it wasn’t meant to happen,” she writes. “Sometimes we have to experience what we don’t want to realize what we do want. That’s part of the game we’re all playing. That’s why our souls come to earth. Not just for the joy but for the pain too. We’re on a spiritual roller coaster and we can either learn to accept and love the uncertainty of this strange world we’re all currently existing in. Or waste our short experience wishing our lives would be perfect. They are perfectly imperfect , always leading us in the right direction but sometimes in the messiest ways.”

5. She Does Yoga

Harrison likes to practice yoga to stay in shape. In the previous Instagram post, she is seen doing different poses. “The purpose of yoga is to build strength, awareness and harmony in both the mind and body,” Natalie Nevins, DO, a board-certified osteopathic family physician and certified Kundalini Yoga instructor in Hollywood, California told The American Osteopathic Association. “The relaxation techniques incorporated in yoga can lessen chronic pain, such as lower back pain, arthritis, headaches and carpal tunnel syndrome. Yoga can also lower blood pressure and reduce insomnia…Regular yoga practice creates mental clarity and calmness; increases body awareness; relieves chronic stress patterns; relaxes the mind; centers attention; and sharpens concentration.”

Over the past few years, Sydney Sweeney has become one of America’s sweethearts with celebrated roles in everything from hit HBO shows Euphoria and White Lotus to big-screen movies Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and Anyone But You. In addition to her impressive acting ability, the star is a total bombshell and has one of the fittest figures in Hollywood. Here are the top 5 habits that help her stay fit at 27.

Water Skiing

Sydney Sweeney arrives to "The Road to the Golden Globes Party"

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
