Witney Carson first became known as a contestant on the ninth season of So You Think You Can Dance. She then joined the cast of Dancing With The Stars. Carson won the nineteenth season of the show with her partner, Alfonso Ribeiro. The pair recently reunited on Instagram, and Carson posted a reel of them dancing on Instagram. 1. She Hikes
Carson shares some of her fitness secrets on her blog. In this post, she revealed that she hikes to stay in shape. “Hikes are a go to for me. Carson likes to do at-home workouts. I’m more motivated than ever to master them! If it’s too much on your toes and shoulders at first, lower down to your knees for a modified version.”

Carson likes to cook healthy meals for herself. She shared some of her favorites in this blog post. “Chicken tacos are a great meal to end the day. Packed with protein, these are super filling and keep you full for the rest of the night. Begin by combining chicken, lemon, olive oil in a large pan over a medium heat. You can then add seasoning with garlic powder, onion powder, and bay leaf. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink. Once the chicken is cooked, you can place the chicken in a soft or hard taco shell based on your preference. Then place lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, salsa, sour cream, and guacamole on top! In her workout blog post, Carson revealed that she loves to practice yoga. Specifically, she likes going outside to do it. “A sunrise or sunset yoga session is a must during the Summer. I love doing yoga at the beach or at a scenic outlook. It’s a great way to unwind, take in nature, and tone your muscles. Recently I have been thinking about taking some yoga teacher training classes, like those offered by SiddhiYoga.com. I am so intrigued by all the different techniques.”
5. She Stays Hydrated
In order to stay in shape for Dancing With The Stars, Carson has to eat healthy. She shared her food diary with People. She says that staying hydrated is important to her. “The most important thing is to drink as much water as you can throughout the day – it will keep your skin healthy, your body healthy, and your mind. Nothing feels as good as being healthy does!”
