WNBA’s Olivia Nelson-Ododa Shows Off Abs In “Tunnel Outfit”

Olivia Nelson-Ododa is one of the WNBA’s brightest stars. After playing for UCONN, she joined the Connecticut Sun. Olivia has become known for her amazing game day outfits, also known as “tunnel outfits.” The Connecticut Sun shared one of her recent looks on their Instagram. She Practices Self-Care
Olivia shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Glamour. She says that she practices self-care each day. “Daily moments of ritual where I can invest in my personal wellness are crucial. Doing my skincare every morning and every night, for example, is such a game changer for my livelihood lately. And investing in myself in this way completely changed the way I listen to my body and decide where I have the capacity to spend my time and energy.”
She Asks Herself What She Needs Each Day
Olivia makes sure to listen to her body and make the healthy choices. “With an increasingly busy schedule, I am constantly faced with new opportunities and choices in my everyday life,” she told Glamour. “It is really easy to get desires and needs convoluted. Spending an extra hour or two in bed might feel really good, but am I listening to what my body needs? What my mind needs? Making the time to ground myself daily is such a necessity with the pace my life is going at right now.”
She Uses Clean Products
Olivia makes sure to live a clean lifestyle. “I think the beauty of holistic wellness lies in treating mental and physical wellness as interconnected,” she explained to Glamour. “With such a busy and packed schedule, self-care takes priority in my daily routines. Eating right, utilizing clean skincare and wellness products, and grounding self-care rituals help nurture both my body and mind.”
She Does Pilates
One thing that Olivia does to keep herself in shape for the court is Pilates. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing different exercises. Olivia talked about how she got into Pilates in the caption. “In October 2023, I discovered Pilates and it was like finding the missing piece to my fitness puzzle. Since then, I’ve experienced so much improvement in my strength, physique, and overall well-being. I feel more connected to my body than ever before, experiencing a deeper sense of self-awareness and mindfulness. Pilates has enhanced my core strength, flexibility, and mental clarity tenfold… I could literally talk about the benefits ALL day, they’re endless.”
She’s Consistent
Olivia makes sure to workout on a regular basis. She talked about this in the caption of her previous Instagram post. “Staying consistent with my practice has been KEY (!!!) to maximizing my results. I love seeing how much growth I’ve made over time and I get SO excited looking at how far I’ve come 🥹 Pilates has become such an essential part of my routine, a STAPLE for my wellness, that leaves me so much more stronger & centered in all aspects of my life!”
