Isla Fisher is currently starring in Peacock’s horror series, Wolf Like Me. Her previous memorable roles include Confessions Of A Shopaholic, Wedding Crashers, Tag, and the live-action Scooby Doo movie. Fisher shared a carousel photoset on Instagram advertising Wolf Like Me. In the first photo, she is seen in a white swimsuit. She captioned the post, “Got your attention!” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Isla Fisher stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.
1. She Boxes
Fisher likes to box to keep herself in shape. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself sparring outside with her trainer. Fisher captioned the post, “‘I’m better at unboxing’- yup that’s my best punchline sorry.” The Cleveland Clinic states that boxing is a full-body workout. “The conditioning exercises in fitness boxing classes also use a whole-body approach. You’ll tone muscles you never knew you had!”
2. She Cooks Healthy Food

In an interview with The Sun, Fisher broke down her daily routine. She revealed that she and her husband, actor Sasha Baron Cohen, cook a lot of healthy meals. “Sacha makes an amazing tomato sauce. He crams it full of secret veggies and it’s honestly better than any marinara I’ve ever tasted – even from Italy! If I’m cooking dinner then I like to make chicken soup, grilled fish or something child-friendly like schnitzel. If I was on death row my last meal would definitely be Thai green chicken curry.”
3. She Gardens

In a 2013 interview with Women’s Health, Fisher shared some of her wellness secrets. She revealed that she grows a lot of her own vegetables. “I’m in the garden,” Fisher answered when asked what she does in her free time. “Seriously! We grow tomatoes and stuff. We keep chickens. Not for the apocalypse, but I am quite convinced that the end is nigh. In a colourful, amusing way.”
4. She Eats A Balanced Diet

Fisher shared her diet secrets in her Women’s Health interview. She says that she doesn’t like to deprive herself, and believes in balance. “I’m a tempura junkie and I love a French fry. And I have ice cream when I feel like it. I struggle with desserts. But I eat a lot of fish for omega-3 and salads and veg too. I do actually like organic vegetarian food. But the reason I prefer the veggie option is I l just love my animals too much. I can’t eat anything that breastfeeds.”
5. She Does Yoga
Fisher tells Women’s Health that she likes to practice yoga to stay in shape. “After my second pregnancy, a friend recommended I try this yoga teacher, Kirschen Hagenlocher, so I do that three times a week. She comes to my house and I have a group of friends over too. Yoga’s great. It helps with posture, muscles, cardio. I do vinyasa, with lots of inversions – headstands and handstands. And we incorporate a lot of pranayama breathing techniques. It’s true, after yoga, you really do feel happier!”
