WWE Legend Stacy Keibler Shows Off Midriff In Two-Piece Outfit

Stacy Keibler is a legend of the WWE. She’s worked with the SmackDown and Raw brands, and was inducted into the hall of fame in 2023. Stacy and her family recently enjoyed a vacation to Antigua Guatemala, and she shared some highlights on Instagram. In one post, she wore a summery outfit, a white and blue floral patterned two-piece, which showed off her amazing abs. Stacy captioned it, “First time in Antigua, Guatemala 🇬🇹✨Exploring a new city is always magical — but doing it with 25 friends who had also never been? Next level. She Works Out On A Regular Basis
Stacy makes sure to workout on a regular basis. Even if she only has 10 minutes or so, she’ll do some physical activity. Stacy encouraged her followers to do the same in the caption of this Instagram post. “This is your reminder to stop scrolling and move your body for 10 minutes. Stretch, a brisk walk, or dance to your favorite song – just get that blood pumping! 💪”
She Eats Organic Food
Stacy shared some of her diet and exercise secrets in an interview with Organic Spa Magazine. “It’s important to me that I eat organic nourishing foods with minimally processed ingredients and added sugars. Since I eliminated dairy, sugar and gluten from my diet, I have never felt better in my life. Try eliminating items from your diet that don’t nourish your body, mind and soul.”
She Does Pilates
One of Stacy’s favorite ways to stay in shape is practicing Pilates. She talked about this in her Organic Spa Magazine interview. “Moving your body consistently is so important for your physical strength, mental health and overall well-being. I love Pilates, personally!” Stacy is also seen doing exercises on a reformer and on a barre in this workout video on Instagram. She Boxes
Stacy may no longer be in the wrestling ring, but she’s still doing fight training. One thing she does to keep herself in shape is box. Stacy was seen punching a bag in the previous Instagram video. According to research done by Harvard Medical School, fitness boxing is a great way to stay in shape, since it’s an aerobic exercise. “Aerobic exercise gets your heart pumping and helps lower the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. It can strengthen bones and muscles, burn more calories, and lift mood. Aerobics can also boost your endurance, which helps you climb a flight of stairs or walk farther. Plus, aerobic exercise is associated with improvement in certain brain functions.”
She Jumps Rope
Stacy makes sure to do some cardio exercises, and in the previous Instagram video, she is seen jumping rope. According to Piedmont Healthcare, jumping rope is a great way to stay in shape. “It’s an amazing total body exercise that engages all of the major muscle groups,” says Clinton Maclin, ACSM CEP-CPO, an exercise physiologist and safety coach at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center. “You can use it to warm up or as a stand-alone exercise, and it incorporates cardiovascular exercise and resistance training.”
