Bianca Belair is a top WWE star, known for being the longest-reigning WWE Women’s Champion of this era. Alongside her wrestling career, Belair recently launched a new collection with Contenders Clothing, which she modeled in an Instagram post. Belair captioned it, “NEW! 💋Bianca Belair Signature Sets. AVAILABLE exclusively on @wweshop @contendersclothing.”

The powerful athlete also focuses on maintaining a balanced lifestyle with a healthy diet and exercise regimen. Passionate about her career, she makes time for self-care and mental health, ensuring she stays grounded while creating her legacy both in and out of the ring.

1. She Eats Lean Meats

Belair makes sure to eat healthy. She talked about her diet in an interview with Women’s Health. Belair says that she eats a lot of lean meats, since she works out so much. “I also work out late at night pretty often, and so after I’m doing high intensity cardio, lifting really heavy weights, and using up a lot of energy, I try to eat lean meats.”

2. She Eats A Healthy Breakfast

Belair makes sure to eat a healthy breakfast. “It doesn’t matter if I wake up at seven, eight, or noon, I’m still having breakfast food first thing when I wake up,” she told Women’s Health. “Breakfast is when I try to focus on getting lots of protein in. I might do a piece of cinnamon toast to get some carbs in there. I’m also a big coffee drinker, since I’m not a morning person it helps me wake up.”

3. She Doesn’t Obsess Over Her Diet

Belair tells Women’s Health that she doesn’t obsess over her diet. “I feel like every woman has this moment where they have to figure out what works for them. For me, I don’t do diets because I find myself becoming a little obsessive. I’ve had to learn that food is not my enemy. I work out once or twice a day and I’m lifting super heavy weights. I need fuel to keep going.”

4. She’s Passionate

Belair talked about the passion she has for her career with Essence. “I feel like it just has to be a part of you and you have to love what you do,” she said. “If you don’t love what you do, you’re kind of just going through the motions. But I truly have a passion for wrestling, and a passion for WWE. It helps that my husband is in the business as well, so we get to share these amazing moments together. I feel like I get to bring my family along for the journey. They’re coming to WrestleMania, they’re at every single show, so I get to see the excitement in them. But also, it’s creating a legacy. I’ve done so much and I’ve created so much history and I’m having a legacy of being undefeated at WrestleMania and I can pass this legacy down for generations to generations. That’s inspiration. Representation to me is so important. I know I am where I am because of my role models.”

5. She Makes Time For Herself

Belair shared how she takes care of her mental health to Essence. “I have to remember to rest. I have to remember to do things that I enjoy. I think that mental health and self-care sometimes has a misconception when people think that it’s this extravagant thing where you have to go to the spa, you have to get cucumbers and put them on your eyes and get massages. Sometimes I just need to sit down and decompress, lay in my bed and do my guilty pleasure and eat in my bed and watch all my shows. But also finding hobbies that don’t really have a purpose other than just enjoyment. Sometimes people turn their hobbies into… I need to make money off of this hobby. I love to sew, but I sew a lot for wrestling gear. So I will sew something random—a dress, a shirt, I love to read. It was a time when I first got into WWE and I went a year and a half and I realized I hadn’t picked up a book. I love to read because those books take me on journeys and it eases my mind. So it’s really just resting and finding things that you enjoy.”

Beth Phoenix is a very successful wrestler known for being a WWE Diva. Phoenix shares a lot of workout videos on Instagram. She recently posted a video of herself in workout gear, showing off her abs. Phoenix captioned the post, “GLAMOROUS ain’t about the makeup honey. It’s about the MOOD.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Beth Phoenix stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Weight Trains

Phoenix shared some of her fitness secrets with WWE. “Other than eating a healthy, clean, natural diet, women shouldn't be intimidated to get into the gym to lift some weights. I know some women are afraid that if they weight train they are going to gain bulk and get really muscular and heavy. But that only happens to Glamazons. As far as weight training, it strengthens your bones, gives you healthy muscles and protects your joints.”

2. She Doesn’t Over-Train

Phoenix tells WWE that she doesn’t over-train herself. “I recommend that women eat healthy, weight train, do some cardiovascular training and as far as mental health goes, I think taking a break is important, too. Over-training can be a problem. It can definitely set you back farther than it can set you ahead. So definitely take that time to relax, kick your feet up and bask in the glow of all your hard work.”

3. She Does Squats

Phoenix shared this video on Instagram of herself doing exercises. In it, she is seen doing squats. She captioned the post, “Easy Super Set on @gopureplank …Dumbbell (or medicine ball, any object, weight, or even your sweet baby!) wide leg squat… 10 reps. Superset with… Pure Plank leg raises…SQUEEZE that 🍑 10 reps. Repeat Superset 3-4 rounds. FEEL that heart rate climb!!”

4. She Does Yoga

Phoenix loves to practice yoga. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing a pose, captioning it, “I love you coffee. And also. Here’s a quick sequence for incorporating a classic yoga pose into your @gopureplank routine. CrossFit, yoga and many of style of training can be hard on the wrists. Using the Pure Plank not only takes the pressure off of delicate wrist joints, but the stationary handles allow you to apply tension to the arms with push and pull. This activates the biceps and triceps to amp up the calorie burning!”

5. She Works Her Back Muscles

Phoenix works her whole body. Including her back. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing back exercises. Phoenix captioned the post, “Back day. Slow torture.” She also shared these photos of herself in the gym. She captioned the post, “Adding back weights into my routine… bring on the horseshoe!”

Belair tells Muscle & Fitness that she’s confident in herself and her abilities. “I don’t ask for opportunities because I feel like whatever comes my way is what I deserve and I don’t have to ask for it, but I’ve been sitting here proving myself over and over, and I finally got that spotlight. A lot of people were like, ‘Who is this girl?’, ‘Where has she been hidden?’ or ‘Oh, she’s so good now’. It’s not now, I’ve always been good, it’s just now you finally know who I am and now you are seeing what I’ve been saying [all along]. 5. She’s Consistent

Belair tells Essence that she makes sure to stay consistent with her workouts. “My husband and I; we constantly workout all the time,” Belair says. “We’re always in shape, but we really start hitting it even harder on the roads for WrestleMania. So I’ve been dieting, I’ve been working out extra hard, going to the ring, working out in the ring. You really just want to bring your best self to the table because there’s going to be 70,000, 80,000 plus people in the stadium and millions of people watching on their TV screens.”

Flair talked about how she got into wrestling in an interview with Muscle and Fitness. “Yes, I’m Ric Flair’s daughter, but just because he was a wrestler didn’t mean that I wanted to be a wrestler,” she says. “[But] having the sports background, and playing volleyball in college, the athleticism came naturally to me. I think that was the only thing that kept me in the game when I first started.”

2. She Does A Variety Of Workouts

Flair shared her workout secrets in her Muscle and Fitness interview. She says that she does workouts without going to the gym, and does a variety of different things. “I’ll cycle with an app where we do 20 seconds on, and 20 seconds off, or I’ll ride around the park. We’ll do pull ups, dips and push ups before we start the workout. I was a gymnast when I was younger, and there is something to knowing your body, like how to hold it, and balance.”

3. She Strength Trains

Flair shares a lot of her workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is weight train. She’s seen using a lot of weights in this video. I never believed that I could be on TV, or be a performer, or any of those things … why did I tell myself that for so many years? And now, here I am, the most decorated women’s champion of all-time. Why do we tell ourselves that we can’t do something? It’s because we are scared of it. So, do what you are scared of. That biggest fear that you have…do that!”

Bayley, one of WWE’s most accomplished wrestlers, is known for her incredible fitness and tenacity in the ring. The longest-reigning SmackDown champion, Bayley has also held Raw and Tag Team titles. In a recent Instagram collaboration with fellow wrestler Indi Hartwell, the two stars playfully faced off, with Bayley captioning the post, “Dis town ain’t big enough for da both of us, honey.” Behind her WWE success, Bayley credits her rigorous training and disciplined lifestyle for her achievements. Here's how she stays in shape and continues to dominate her field.

1. She Does CrossFit

Bayley makes sure to stay fit. In this YouTube video, she is seen doing CrossFit exercises. Star Valley Health states that CrossFit is very beneficial. “Crossfit combines high intensity interval training or HIIT and is as simple as doing a handful of exercises for a certain duration either as fast as you can or for as many repetitions as you can in a certain period of time. This type of varied training is fun because you can ALWAYS improve. Some exercises such as walking or running can get repetitive and boring, or require longer periods of time but a HIIT workout can be as short as five minutes and really wipe you out.”

2. She Lifts Weights

BayleyCeltic Warrior Workouts/YouTube

Bayley is seen lifting weights in this YouTube video. According to The Mayo Clinic, using weights has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

3. She Wants To Prove Herself

Bayley talked about her career in an interview with Indulge Express. “I always feel like I have something to prove. This being my first solo WrestleMania, it’s something that I have fought for for a long time. It’s something that I openly wished for and openly said that I wanted to do and accomplish. This is only Iyo’s second WrestleMania. The fact that she is in this championship match says a lot about her. I’m excited. We’ve never been in the ring together, so it’s gonna be crazy.”

4. She Eats Healthy

Nutritionist,Giving,Consultation,To,Patient,With,Healthy,Fruit,And,Vegetable,Shutterstock

Bayley tells Indulge Express that she makes sure to eat healthy. “For a couple of years, I was like kind of just doing whatever I wanted. I’m on a stricter diet now. I have a nutritionist and a strength coach and he really keeps me in check. It’s like the boring stuff you see online. It’s like chicken rice and veggies, yogurt and protein powder, oatmeal and eggs.”

5. She’s Consistent

Bayley tells Indulge Express that consistency is one of her biggest wellness secrets. “You have to be in it for the long run, and you have to be consistent. The road will always be full of ups and downs, but if you stay consistent with your goals and your work ethic, you’re going to get to where you want to be.”

In addition to her impressive acting ability, the star is a total bombshell and has one of the fittest figures in Hollywood. Here are the top 5 habits that help her stay fit at 27.

Water Skiing

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
