Naomi is a wrestler with the WWE. In April, she met up with her friends and fellow wrestlers, Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair. The three danced on Belair’s TikTok, and Naomi shared the video on Instagram. She captioned the post, “Follow the #wwebig3 on the tik plsssss😝 @jadecargill @biancabelairwwe (@thetrinityfatu @jadecargill @biancabelairwwe tik tok).” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Naomi stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Does Cardio

Neon,Light,Tube,Number,5Shutterstock

Naomi shared some of her workout secrets with Athleisure Magazine. “I just do a lot of cardio,” she says. “I’m not a stickler for any kind of regimen. I just get in there and really do what I want. I don’t really lift heavy with a lot of weight. I do more of a full body workout and lots and lots of cardio. I do at least an hour of cardio the 5 days that I’m on the road and then when I’m home, I’m off.”

2. She Has A Balanced Lifestyle

Naomi tells Atheisure that she believes in balance when it comes to diet and exercise. “If I eat bad, it just means that I have to work harder in the gym and if I eat better, then I don’t have to work as hard. So I just try to always balance things out. For the most part, it’s just eat healthy, a balanced diet. I feel like as long as you’re active and moving, it doesn’t matter. As long as you’re using your body and making it do something, you can feel when you’re working and when it burns. You can feel when you’re tired. I feel like as long as you’re pushing your body to do something, you will be ok! If you're working, your body will work. If you don’t use it, you will lose it.”

3. She Works Out Everywhere

Home,Gym,With,Weight,Rack,,Bench,,Dumbbells,,Resistance,Bands,InShutterstock

Naomi makes sure to stay consistent with her fitness, even when she’s traveling. “I workout everywhere,” she told Athleisure. “My husband and I have talked about getting a gym membership, as when we’re home there are a number of gyms but then when we travel, those gyms may not be in the cities that we are going to! Sometimes we’ll be in the Midwest and there won’t be a LA Fitness, they have Planet Fitness so we get to the town and look up the gym and we just take a day pass. When I’m home, I just train at our home gym in my garage.”

4. She’s Stronger

Naomi tells Madame Noire that being in the WWE has helped her become stronger and overcome challenges. “I think being a woman and being a minority, there definitely have been certain obstacles I think for myself that I’ve had to navigate through or face that others may not understand or have had to deal with. But I think it’s made me who I am and a better performer. I think it has pushed me beyond limits and barriers that I didn’t even think I would be faced with or would be capable of overcoming. It’s been great. And the one thing I will say about the WWE is that I feel like it may not happen when you think it should happen or want it to happen, but we’re given those opportunities no matter who you are. I think the opportunities that I have been able to get and have been given, I’ve been able to capitalize on them and really represent for women and women of my culture. It’s been a blessing.”

5. She Wants To Inspire Others

Naomi tells Athleisure that she wants to use her platform to inspire people. “I used to be very private and protective of my personal life – I mean now with social media and so many opinions, so many critics – I was protective of that. But I also saw the bigger picture, the platform that we were being given and I did want to be able to tell our story as women in the business as well as seeing the other side of us. To see how hard we work, that women can do it and to motivate others. I knew that there would be a different audience that we would be able to connect with and reach out to that we can’t always do with wrestling. That’s why along with speaking with my partner at the time, we decided to go ahead and do it together. It was a package deal, we had to do it together.”

Cora Jade is one of the hottest new young female wrestlers in the WWE. She recently linked up with her friend and fellow WWE wrestler, Jacy Jayne. The two enjoyed a day at the lake. Both wore swimsuits that showed off their figures. Jade captioned the post, “Two girls on a boat.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Cora Jade stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Worked Hard

Jade is a hard worker. She told Daily DDT that this is how she got to WWE. “I worked very hard and a lot of people helped me along the way, but this is kind of exactly how I envisioned my career going just because I was so passionate about it from such a young age. You never know when you’ll get your time to shine. I definitely didn’t expect it to be so soon, but I’m incredibly grateful that it is and I’m learning so much.

2. She Doesn’t Care About Haters

Jade has to deal with haters and critics. However, she told Daily DDT that she’s learned to ignore them. “Fans can be really wishy-washy for any business, but it’s very fun to experiment with what people like and what they don’t like,” she said. “Seeing all the reactions and feedback… sometimes it’s tough criticism, but I obviously was a wrestling fan and there were things I’d watch and say, ‘Oh, I really like that,” or, ‘I really don’t like that.’ I think it’s cool to be on the other side of it and you understand why certain things the way that they are and how they operate.

3. She Worked With A Trainer

Young,Woman,Doing,Hard,Exercise,At,The,Gym,With,AShutterstock

Jade shared the training process that got her to the WWE to The Mark Moses Show. She says that she worked with trainers to help her get in shape. “It was definitely probably one of the hardest things I’ve ever done, but luckily one of my trainers, Kevin Quinn, he trained CM Punk, Lita, John Cena. He had a hand in so many people in wrestling, and he had been to Japan and done a bunch of stuff. He ran a training school.

4. She Did Cardio

In her Mark Moses interview, Jade revealed that Quinn made her do a lot of cardio work. “He would put us through these Sunday training cardio days he would call them. It was so much conditioning, it would be so much, and at the time it was so exhausting, but I think that really prepared me for the tryout because he kind of pushed us as much as we could be pushed then.”

5. She Pushes Herself

When it comes to wrestling, Jade makes sure to push herself. “I feel like sometimes in wrestling, it works differently: what you’re closest to can be uncomfortable and you have to step out of your comfort zone,” Jade said to Daily DDT. “Maybe I don’t speak for everybody, but for myself and all of my friends, we come from quiet, introverted, nerdy vibes and we’re into the same stuff and we’re all little introverted weirdos. To be larger than life on a different stage, you have to be something bigger than yourself.”

She shared a set of photos on Instagram showing off her championship belt. In it, James posed in her two-piece wrestling outfit. She captioned the post, “BTS 📸 One year ago today. I think it’s time KJ gets some gold around her waist again.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Kiana James stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Does Martial Arts

Young,Woman,Or,Girl,Mixed,Martial,Arts,Boxer,Fighter,TrainingShutterstock

Being a wrestler means that James has to know how to fight. In order to do that, she has to know martial arts. USMartialArts.org states that martial arts have a lot of benefits. “Mastering techniques requires a lot of concentration! This enhances your ability to concentrate in all areas of your life as well. For kids, they often start focusing better in school very quickly. Teachers and parents notice the difference. For adults, they find themselves being more productive and focused at work, and achieving greater things.”

2. She Goes Fishing

James spends a lot of time by the water. One thing she enjoys doing is going on fishing trips. She shared these photos on Instagram of herself on a trip in Tampa. In them, James holds up several fish she caught. She captioned the post, “Trophy fish for this future trophy wife.”

3. She Swims

Another thing James does to stay in shape is going swimming. She shares a lot of photos on Instagram of herself in the water. James posted these photos of herself wading in the ocean with a cocktail. The CDC reports that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming can improve mood in both men and women. For people with fibromyalgia, swimming can decrease anxiety, and exercise therapy in warm water can decrease depression and improve mood.”

4. She Gets Some Sun

"UV exposure is the primary method of boosting serum vitamin D levels, which accounts for numerous health benefits. Higher levels of vitamin D are associated with protection against cancer development, including melanoma. Latitude, season, skin color, and sun protection determine UV absorption and vitamin D production," says NIH. Just be sure not to get sunburnt. "Increasing UV exposure without causing sunburn maximizes vitamin D production."

5. And Of Course, She Wrestles!

"Balance, strength, coordination, and overall body awareness is fundamental in having success in the sport. Year after year kids will start practice with gymnastics, calisthenics, and activities that develop these skills. It provides a foundation of athleticism," says the NWHOF, which gets kids ready for the sport. "As an individual sport the only person responsible for success or failure is the individual themselves. Wrestling teaches self-awareness and how to be responsible for your actions. What you put in is what you get out."

Wrestling champion Tiffany Stratton is embracing her blonde bombshell image with the help of fellow fighter Nikkita Lyons. Stratton, 24, shared pictures of herself and Lyons posing in bikinis that emphasized their toned athletic figures, against a background of blue skies and greenery. “Paint the town blonde 💣,” Stratton captioned the sultry post. “Blondes do it best!” Lyons commented. How does the athlete stay fighting fit? Here are 5 ways she takes care of her health.

1. Trained By the Best

Wrestling legend Greg Gagne trained Stratton and says she was impressive right from the start. "She was a handful,” Gagne says. “A friend of mine asked me, I wasn't doing anything, 'Would you train this girl? She wants to be a professional wrestler.' She had a great background, she [had] five years with the U.S. gymnastics team, and she won first place. And then she went into bodybuilding, first place, set a record in her weight lifting class, and she wanted to wrestle."

2. Inspired By Shawn Johnson

XVI Pan American Games - Day 13Dennis Grombkowski/Getty Images

Stratton has a background in gymnastics, and says she was inspired by Olympic gymnast Shawn Johnson. “When Shawn Johnson came in, it turned everybody’s heads because, like I said, she was very dominant. She was strong,” she says. “She did all these really cool, powerful skills. Then when the United States went to the Olympics, she actually helped the team be super dominant compared to all the other countries. I think that was the moment where I fell in love with her.”

3. Heavy Metal Lover

Stratton uses music to help push her to work out harder. “I listen to heavy metal when I work out,” she says. “Like, I listen to screamo music, like Disturbed. I listen to Shinedown. I listen to, what’s another one, Three Days Grace. I’m into all that screamo music when I work out. When I workout I want to work out hard and that music gets there.”

4. Confidence Is Key

Stratton says her skills have grown with her confidence, making her a fighter to be reckoned with. “My confidence has changed a lot,” she says. “I definitely feel like I found who I am in life, but [also] in the ring. I’ve really found who I am in the ring, and I think that’s a big factor that people don’t realize is just figuring out who you are in the ring and what drives you and what motivates you. I’ve really honed in on my craft and I think that has been the biggest game changer for me is just figuring out who I am in this industry.”

5. SmackDown Fan

Stratton was a big fan of wrestling before she ever decided to take it up as a career. “I was a gymnast up until I was 19 or 20 years old,” she says. “I kind of saw wrestling on TV. I always knew about it; my brother and my dad would always watch it growing up. I never really got into it until later on. I was still a gymnast and I saw SmackDown on my TV one day flipping through the channels with my family. And I saw it and was immediately like, ‘wow that’s so cool, I feel that’s a lot of the things that I can do.’ I saw Charlotte Flair doing her corkscrew moonsault out of the ring. I saw that and was like, ‘that is so cool, I can totally do that, I do that on the trampoline like every day.'”

1. Toni Storm

WWE Mae Young ClassicShutterstock

Toni Storm talked about her wellness routine and changes she’s made to Muscle and Fitness. “I’ve always trained, I’ve always stayed consistent, but it’s really in the last year that I’ve really started to see myself developing as an athlete,” she says. “For example, when I was in NXT, you can even see in the footage, I’m not in the greatest physical condition that I ever was, but with moving to America from the UK, huge lifestyle changes, Covid, life just in general can really be harder at times than it is in others, and during my time in NXT I didn’t feel like I was perfect with my training and my nutrition, but really in the last year I’ve been kicking it into gear and taking it up a notch. I’m training the most consistently than I’ve ever been, and I’m starting to see some really good results.”

2. Jamie Hayter

Stardom - No People GateEtsuo Hara/Getty Images

Jamie Hayter talked about how she changed her wellness routine during the pandemic to Sports Illustrated. “I started taking my diet more seriously and got into better shape. I stopped drinking. I needed to focus entirely on lifting myself up. If I was healthy on the inside, I’d be healthy on the outside.”

3. Britt Baker

New,York,,Ny,-,May,15,,2019:,Britt,Baker,AttendsShutterstock

Britt Baker shared some of her go-to workouts in an interview with Muscle and Fitness. “I’m really big on Pilates too,” she said. “It’s something I have got way better at in the last year or so. I actually work with a stretch therapist twice a week just to help with my flexibility because I’ve had my fair share of injuries. I think one thing that is really important for your body is mobility.”

4. Nyla Rose

New,York,,Ny,-,October,3,,2019:,Nyla,Rose,OfShutterstock

Nyla Rose is the first out trans wrestler. Unfortunately, she’s had to deal with a lot of backlash. She talked about this in an interview with Sports Illustrated. “People might feel it’s a conflict of their beliefs by simply respecting someone else, but it’s not,” Rose says. “You don’t have to understand or even agree with somebody’s situation to show them simple respect and kindness, like respecting their pronouns and respecting their way of life. I’d love for people to be cool with it, but if that’s not your thing, it’s not your thing. But shouldn’t people want to treat their fellow humans with a little respect and kindness?”

5. Jade Cargill

Atlanta,,Ga,,Usa:,May,19th,,2023,:,Jade,Cargill,AttendsShutterstock

Jade Cargill shared some of her fitness secrets with PopCulture.com. She says that she has made some changes to the exercises she chooses to do. “Instead of doing a lot of squats, for example, I do leg press,” she says. “So I try to compensate and do two for one because I'm not trying to burn myself out too much. And I'm trying to more so maintain rather than get big, if that makes sense. So I'm not trying to over-exhaust myself. I take rest days, like tomorrow I'm going to take a rest day."

6. Leila Gray

Leila-GrayLeila Gray / Instagram

Leila Gray talked about her success in an interview with Toned In. She says that her success is due to believing in herself. “Everything is starting to pay off. And just believe in yourself. Things are possible, dreams come true. And it sounds cliche, but it's really true. If you apply yourself and you believe in yourself, you can really achieve anything."

7. Kiera Hogan

Kiera Hogan opened up about her approach to the Knockouts Tag Team Championship with WrestleZone.com. “I feel like people are finally going to just understand why we are the best and why we are going for these titles at Hard To Kill. That’s exactly what we are, we’re hard to kill, especially me. I’ve been there for four years now and I’m ready to prove it. I’m ready to leave it all in the ring and leave it all on the line.”

8. Madison Rayne

Madison Rayne makes sure to stay in shape. One thing she likes to do is weight train. Rayne shared this gym video on her Instagram. In it, she is seen stepping on and off of a stool holding a weighted ball, and using hand weights. She captioned the video, “Let’s go!”

9. Mercedes Martinez

Mercedes Martinez talked about the evolution of women’s wrestling in an interview. “I’m one of the fortunate ones that has been able to keep my career on the up-and-up and be able to see these ups and downs and these changes … and maybe even influence some of these changes. I take credit, I pat myself on the back all the time, to know that I am a part of this women’s change in wrestling. There’s still a lot more to go, trust me.”

10. Kris Statlander

Kris-StatlanderKris Statlander / Instagram

In an interview on the No Longer Novice! Now What? A Fitness Podcast, Kris Statlander talked about how wrestling helped her deal with an eating disorder. “Once I started wrestling, and getting involved in wrestling, and training I realized how winded I was getting. I was getting to the point where my legs would go numb. I had horrible circulation. I was like, ‘I guess I should try and eat something, and get food down, because I need to try and get better at this — I need to get stronger’. And then, I remember, I started actually really work out, and I would eat. I think I gained like 40 pounds once I started eating again. But I wasn’t upset about it. I was happy about it for the first time, because I was like a lot stronger now.”

11. Serena Deeb

Serena-DeebSerena Deeb / Instagram

Serena Deeb makes sure to keep her fighting skills intact. She shared this video of herself practicing some moves with a trainer on Instagram. Deeb captioned the post, “Big thank you to Jason Mello for teaching me some fight choreography and knife work. It was so bad ass to train with you!”

12. Taya Valkyrie

Taya Valkyrie talked about how she wants to focus her energy and her career in an interview with SHAK Wrestling. “I just really wanna work and make an impression and continue to build my legacy. For now, I'm still incredibly happy working absolutely everywhere. I'm not a person to sit at home and sit still and drink a tea and talk about the weather. I’ve never been like that, I get bored very easily, so this has really kept me on my toes and kept me inspired and motivated. We’ll see what happens this year. I’ll just keep moving along and being the Taya Valkyrie that everyone knows.”

13. Paige VanZant

Paige VanZant shared her diet secrets in an interview with Women Fitness. “Dieting is a huge part of being any sort of professional athlete,” she said. “My husband and I love cooking and we really enjoy making healthy meals together. I like to think of myself as a chef and have competed on many cooking shows. We of course have our occasional cheat day here and there. But once we have a flight scheduled it’s down to business. Then after we fight we go a little bit crazy and eat everything in sight.”

14. Marina Shafir

2015 Marina Shafir TrainsHans Gutknecht/Getty Images

Marina Shafir talked about how she got into wrestling in an interview on Ronda Rousey’s website. “The day I decided to just do it was like any other day, but the decision to do it was more that this is an amazing opportunity to learn a whole lot about myself that I didn’t know and couldn’t find out through fighting. Because fighting, you kind of suppress emotion and fight through emotion. And in pro wrestling, you have to harness those emotions. Everybody fights different, but personally, it was a brand new, refreshing way to engage myself.”

15. Leyla Hirsch

Leyla Hirsch talked about her career on an episode of the AEW Unrestricted podcast. In it, she talked about what inspires her in the ring. “I would say amateur wrestling," Hirsch revealed. "I honestly feel if I didn't do amateur wrestling, I wouldn't be this type of wrestler. Also, training at CZW, I wasn't going to be a girl that put on a lot of makeup. I wanted people to believe in everything that I did in the ring.”

16. Athena

AthenaAthena / Instagram

In an interview with the Dallas News, Athena talked about her life and career. She says that she wants to inspire other girls like her. "I just want to show people that it's OK to be you. That it's OK to defend everything that you want in life to accomplish your dreams no matter what other people say. That's my main goal."

17. Red Velvet

WRESTLING: JAN 26 AEW DynamiteFrank Jansky/Getty Images

In an interview on the Wilde On podcast, Red Velvet talked about her journey to wrestling. “I quit dance, I was kind of in a bad place, I switched the channel, and at the time WWE was casting for Tough Enough. You didn't need any experience, you just needed to submit a video that you are Tough Enough. The training didn't matter. I kind of geeked out and was like, 'I don't know what's going to come of this, but let's just try.' I went to my friend's backyard, I had moved on from the break up, I dyed my hair red, it was super red. 'Let's do this.'”

18. Skye Blue

Skye-BlueSkye Blue / Instagram

In an interview with the Daily Star, Skye Blue talked about what her career goals are. “I would definitely like to break some of the standards and the mold. I would love to have an intergender match on TV. I would love to do a hardcore match on TV. I love doing hardcore matches even though I really shouldn’t. But just something, you know, I want to show that the girls can do it too.”

19. Willow Nightingale

Willow Nightingale talked about how she approaches her career in an interview with Pitchfork. “For a long time I’ve been this bubbly, cheery, enthusiastic character, but I know in my heart I can’t be eternally happy, because that’s not life’s journey,” she says. “We change, we grow, we evolve.”

20. Thunder Rosa

New York Comic Con 2021 - Day 3Bennett Raglin/Getty Images

In an interview on Busted Open Radio, Thunder Rosa opened up about some mental health struggles she went through after getting hurt. “It made things much more difficult than they were mentally for me. There were days that I — I’m gonna be honest and I’ve said it on my YouTube channel, I wanted to kill myself. Everything stopped and there’s nothing you can do and I’m so thankful that I have a really good team and a really good family. My son, I think he’s the one who’s helped me the most and he helped me many times many nights, just telling me everything’s gonna be okay and I was lucky enough to have some resources and I was able to be in therapy. There were not good sessions at times. There was a lot of crying, there’s a lot of letting things go and accepting things that you cannot change and you’re just moving forward.”

“Just a girl and her barbell,” she captioned the post, letting her strength do the talking. From lifting heavy to outdoor adventures, here’s how Speegle stays in peak condition.

She Lifts Weights

In her Instagram post, Speegle is seen lifting weights. According to ACE Fitness, doing this has a lot of benefits. “Using heavy weights increases intramuscular coordination, the number of type II motor units and the amount of muscle fibers engaged within a specific muscle. Have you ever felt your muscles shaking while lifting heavy weights? This is because you are recruiting and activating the larger type II muscle fibers, which are only stimulated to work when a muscle is challenged with heavy resistance or working to fatigue.”

She Golfs

Speegle likes to golf to keep herself in shape. She shared a video of herself on the course in this Instagram post. According to Randa aerobic exercise. “Golf can help strength and balance, improve quality of life and provide aerobic exercise. On a regular 18-hole course, most players will walk between four and five miles, burning up to 2,000 calories.”

She's Into Jumping Rope

Speegle shared this video on Instagram of herself competing in Crossfit events. In it, she is seen jumping rope. According to The Cleveland Clinic, jumping rope has a lot of benefits. “Benefits of jump rope can help improve your coordination, get your heart rate going and help burn calories — and it’s an easy, affordable way to get some cardio in.”

She Hikes

Speegle likes to hike to keep herself in shape. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself hiking the Koko Head Summit. Speegle captioned the post, “Woke up and chose pain today. Every 45 min X 3 rounds: Koko head 💀💀💀 Then sat in my car and stared into the abyss while munching on Banan 🥲🥲🥲”

She Does Cold Plunges

Speegle makes sure to recover. One thing she likes to do is cold plunges. Speegle shared this video of herself jumping into a tub. According to The Mayo Clinic, these have a lot of benefits. “Research on cold-water immersion has found evidence that it helps reduce the degree of exercise-induced muscle damage that can occur after physically challenging activities. Less damage leads to less inflammation, which in turn reduces soreness and helps restore physical performance the next day. These benefits may be the result of rapid constriction of the blood vessels due to the cold water. The cold can trigger responses in your body, such as decreased metabolic activity, alterations in hormone production and blood flow, and activation of the immune system.”

Tvesa Malik isn’t just a pro golfer—she’s a powerhouse athlete dedicated to staying in peak shape. The SuperSport Ladies Championship winner knows that strength and endurance are just as important as skill on the course. That’s why she takes her fitness seriously, incorporating weightlifting, core work, and mobility exercises into her training.

Last year, Malik gave fans a look at her workout routine in an Instagram video, where she powered through hanging crunches, lunges, and weightlifting sessions. She captioned the post, “Got some major work to do before my next session,” proving that even elite athletes are always striving to improve. Here’s a closer look at how Malik keeps her body strong and ready for competition.

She Lifts Weights

Malik is seen doing a lot of weight lifting in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that this has a lot of benefits. “Lifting heavy weights elevates levels of anabolic hormones—specifically testosterone, growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1)—which are used to repair muscle fibers damaged during exercise. This helps the muscle fibers to become thicker and capable of generating higher levels of force.”

She Does Lunges

Malik is seen shifting into lunges in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that lunges are a form of unilateral training, and that makes them effective. “Unilateral training is a more effective way to build functional strength (than using both legs) because these types of movement mimic other everyday motions, like walking and climbing stairs — and not just to the working leg. Research suggests the strength gains to the nonworking side are about half of the strength gains of the working side.”

She Does Core Workouts

Malik is seen doing core workouts, like hanging crunches in her Instagram video. Core workouts are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “While it takes aerobic activity to burn fat in your stomach, core exercises can strengthen and tone the underlying muscles. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes.”

She Does Pull-Ups

An upper body workout that Malik likes to do is pull-ups. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing them at the gym. Malik captioned it, “Got some major work to do before my next session.” Asphalt Green says that pull-ups have a lot of benefits. “Pull-ups are a fantastic way to improve upper-body strength. This exercise primarily targets your back and biceps, but involves many stabilizing muscles in your core, arms, and shoulders. Depending on the way you grip the bar, you can even work your chest. Plus, you don’t need any fancy equipment to do a pull-up. Tree branches, scaffolding, and even door frames are all places people can do pull-ups.”

She Golfs

Golf is obviously one of the ways that Malik keeps herself in shape. Better Health says that the sport has a lot of benefits. “Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”

Camila Guper is more than just a fitness influencer—she’s a motivation powerhouse. With 1.1 million Instagram followers, she inspires her audience with workout routines, wellness tips, and a disciplined approach to staying fit. Recently, she took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her latest gym session, including a stairclimber workout, a snapshot of her Apple Watch tracking her progress, and a post-workout mirror selfie in pink workout gear.

Her message? Consistency is key. “Don't underestimate the power of small, consistent actions! Every effort is worth it when you know where you want to go,” she captioned the post. From intense stair workouts to leg-sculpting exercises, here’s how Guper stays in top shape.

She Uses A Stairclimber

In her Instagram post, Guper is seen using the stairclimber. Stair workouts have a lot of health benefits. ACE Fitness says, “Improving metabolic health in terms of lower risks of heart problems and other complications, also by definition improves fitness. You can feel your heart working harder and the fire in your lungs when you ascend stairs. And that’s provoking important changes in your cardiorespiratory system that will make physical activities, like running and walking, feel easier.”

She’s Consistent

Guper makes sure to stay consistent with her workout routines. One way she does so is by staying disciplined. Guper talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Good morning! May we always have the discipline to do what is good for us. Amen 💪🏽🙏🏽✨ 40 min stair + shoulder and chest workout today.”

She Does Lunges

Guper shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video. One thing she is seen doing is lunges. According to The Mayo Clinic, lunges have a lot of benefits. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles.”

She Does Leg Extensions

In the previous Instagram video, Guper is seen using the leg extension machine. Asphalt Green says that leg extensions have a lot of benefits. “These machines provide isolation exercises for your legs. This type of exercise works only one muscle or group of muscles, which means you can build up that part of your body quickly. If you want your thigh muscles to really stand out in those shorts you just bought, the leg extension machine is for you!”

She Spends Time Outside

Guper likes to spend time outside. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself enjoying a day by the pool with her dog. Guper captioned the post, “Good Morning! What book are you reading? 📖💚🐺🌮 I'm loving reading How to become super natural! I'm already sharing saying it's a must-read.”
