In a new social media post the WWE star shows off her amazing body in an Olympics themed crop top and leggings. “I’m just an (American) girl,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “QUEEN!! 👑👸🏼,” commented one of her followers. “Gentlemen start your engines!!! 🇺🇸 🇺🇸🇺🇸” commented another follower. 1. Gymnastics

Tiffany was a gymnast as a child. She shared a video from one of the meets she competed in as a youth on social media, and her skills were impressive. “Same s**t, different day✌🏻 (yes I was brunette at one point,” she captioned the post. According to Pinnacle Gymnastics, there are physical and mental benefits of gymnastics. Physical benefits include flexibility, balance, and muscular strength. “These skills improve bone health and delay the development of high blood pressure,” they say.

2. Strength Training

Tiffany relies on strength training to stay in shape. At the gym you can find her lifting heavy weights. “A Big goal of mine has been to hit a 300 lbs back squat.... and today I did that,” she captioned a post from one of her sessions. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

3. Tennis

Tiffany is one of Tiffany’s leisure sports. “Change of plans, I ain’t playing fair,” she captioned one of her posts, showing off her figure in tennis clothes. ACE Fitness explains that tennis combines cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

4. Hiking

Tiffany also hikes, a great workout because it engages your muscles “from head to toe and everything in between,” says the National Parks Service. Physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

5. Swimming

Tiffany spends a lot of time in the water swimming, which is an amazing aerobic exercise that burns calories. Other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.
